The one about getting injured while skateboarding really got me. Like, that's such a terrible burn that he could only say with such confidence while under the influence of just the right amount of whiskey.
So THAT'S what's going on! When he chucked all those extra items in the HW relic video I got so anxious. Like, "No! Don't throw them away, you might still need them!" As others have requested, please explain this bit? I don't understand.
He won't be able to avoid it once he goes for the Zodiac weapons, as there's an achievement for getting the first stage of all of them (excluding Ninja)... which includes Dragoon.

Just reached the end of ARR, my first lvl 50 was the Scholar/Summoner, mainly being an Scholar, have been playing over a long time on and off for a few years and finally about to fight Ultima Weapon.
29:47 You can actually buy non-glowy versions of the weapons as glamour from the Allagan Node! That shotgun in particular should be called "Matte Replica Blade's Ingenuity."
I was not expecting the majority of Bionicle lore in my life to come from an FFXIV achievement hunting video. I do remember owning Hewkii and Nuparu Inika as a kid.
Oh hey, I was one of the ones who helped for your last 5 runs. Honestly didnt know about you till others mentioned your channel to me, just thought "cool someones running Delibroom". Glad to help you on your achivement hunting. Gratz again on the relics!
I'm going to call it. There'll be a part where it's 'Getting All the DRG Relics'. It's happened twice where he 'overshot' the relics he needed for the weapons.
I'm making a different bet. I'm betting that his plan is to get literally every achievement that doesn't require Dragoon before he even unlocks the job.
@@ZanadorNah, he'll just finish like that, scroll over the unfinished dragoon achievements one last time and go "well we finally did it, every achievement in final fantasy fourteen."
dragoon is getting a rework, he could just wait until dawntrial and be like "dawntrial added three jobs, one of which is dragoon, and for some reason they added relics for this job for past expansions
he'll probably make a video named "i found out about a secret new job in ffxiv and its existed since the beginning of the game" or something like that where he actually does the dragoon relics lmao
For those who haven't finished their Timeworn Artifact grind and are also achievement hunters, I'd like to propose an alternate way of getting the remaining Timeworns. You see, you only need 50 clears of Delubrum Reginae to finish the achievement. You can't actually start the relic grind until you've finished Delubrum at least once so the remaining 49 runs will give you 147 Timeworn Artifacts which is a bit less than the 255 you need to complete all steps of the grind. My recommendation after that point is actually to start trying to complete Palace of the Dead's Necromancer title, since at higher floors the droprate for the Timeworn Artifacts ends up being about one per floor set and if you're a mere mortal (like me) you'll probably have to make several attempts at getting a clear which will put you closer to the goal of 255 to minimize the amount of actual stuff you have to do. If you're worried about Raw Emotions for the next step, don't be. You end up getting 147 from Dalriada clears and (potentially) 88 from Delubrum clears if you're lucky which puts you at 235 from Bozja content so it'll be very easy to run some StB dungeons or try for your Lone Hero title. Of course, do what makes you happy and makes this feel like less of a grind, I'm just putting in my two cents for how to go about doing these.
A Canadian distillery won both Gold for single Malt and Silver for blended at the world whiskies awards this year. Cheap whisky is cheap whisky, but in general Canadian whisky (which we typically make with Rye and so usually will differentiate it by calling it Rye or Rye whisky) is internationally recognized......
It's rare to find someone who still has as much random Bionicle trivia floating around in his head as I do. If you ever feel the urge to build your own sets without bankrupting yourself on plastic, the Bricklink Studio has pretty much all Bionicle parts implemented. It even has a built-in rendering system that creates photo-realistic images of your sets. I got so many MOCs I created in that years ago, fanficed into the lore as some forgotten island full of experiments from when the Great Beings first tinkered with creating Toa... Also: Lewa supremacy! I prefer the original look of his Kanohi though. All other versions of it are kinda fugly.
The flying Bionicle sets were weird in that instead of doing all six villain figures in one wave and all six Toa figures in one wave, they instead had both waves be half villains half toa. The first flying wave was Phantoka, it had Lewa, Kopaka, and Pohatu as the Toa and black, red, and blue villians. The second flying wave was the Mistika, that wave had Tahu, Gali, and Onua as the toa, and white, green, and yellow colored villains.
the ending segment of drunkenly bullying zlatan got me laughing harder than i think it was meant to lmao congrats on all your shiny new weapons! a shame one of them is locked behind secret content :(

Yay! The next video! I love this little series, you even motivated me to get started on things like leves even though I’m still somewhere in the EW MSQ.
Bionicle lore in the middle of this was fantastic. As someone that used to be staff on one of the big Bionicle forums back in the day, you had great memory! :)
other people have probably commented this, but you CAN get versions of the final relic weapons that don't have the (very divisive) glow effect on them ; you can buy them from your bestie Regana, they're called "Matte" replicas. i've grinded out multiple of these relics solely so i could then buy the version without the effect (the Matte Blade's Serenity is one of my favorite Monk weapons in the game so far).
Aww fuck yea Bionicle trivia my time has come. Artaka is the correct name for the forger but we never saw what he looked like till the reboot and that's an entirely different continuity. The Inika didn't fall in energized protodermis they were hit by energy from the red star and that's what mutated them into toa. As for the flying toa they're still the Nuva in universe but the toy lines they were from are Phantoka and Mistika with half of them in each.
Your videos never cease to amuse me. The commentary is always A+ and the insult game on Zlatan gave me some good ones to use lmao. Keep up the good work and we can always use more Bionicle lore!
I ran Delubrum for the first time recently in a PF group of 8 people, and I think it went even *slower* than that last run you had. It took like 45 minutes and we saw every single mechanic on every single boss. Dahu was doing his dashing mechanic at like 40%. No idea what was going on there lmao. My weekly achievements: - 80 Blacksmith leves - All the achievements for finishing Coils tiers and the Savage fights, since I realized you can literally one-shot everything with unsynced Blue Mage (10 achievements) - Stormblood Sightseeing log (2 achievements) - FATE rank 3 in Rak'tika Greatwood - 8 easy Bozja achievements since I just started it this week; mostly stuff like story progression and "complete 10 CEs" type achievements
Ive never done delubrum, but thansk to watching Cider play Delubrum so many times, I recognized when they borrowed a boss mechanic for another encounter last night. The Yeti in Snowcloak uses the large and small bombs mechanic from queens warrior, just with snowballs instead. I hadnt run that dungeon since it was changed, so it was my first time seeing it lol.
Zlatan's haircut looks like an achievement reward for getting 1st place in the science fair. Edit: holy crap, I didn't know you could drag and drop discard like that.
29:48 Just letting you know that a nearby vendor to the relic guy sells non-glowy versions of all the final relics. Along with "copies" of previous relic steps.
Another week (third in a row) consisting of mostly crafting for me. Since the last video, I have completed the final step of the Endwalker relic weapon for MNK (10 points), crafted 300 times between levels 11-20 with CRP, BSM and GSM (5 points each), crafted 750 times between levels 21-30 with BSM and GSM (5 points), crafted 1500 times between levels 31-40 with BSM and GSM (5 points), crafted 3000 times between levels 41-50 with CRP, BSM and GSM (10 points each), obtained all the achievements for crafting x amount of times for each slice of 10 levels up to level 50 with CRP, BSM and GSM (30 points each), crafted my 40th unique BSM recipe (5 points), crafted my 500th HQ item with BSM and GSM (5 points each), and crafted 1000 times between levels 51-60, 61-70 and 71-80 with GSM (10 points each). In the last week, I have obtained 210 points through crafting alone, and I'm beginning to run low on whatever crafting achievements I have left available. I now have 20,120 points ingame, or 19,015 using the Lalachievements scoring system. I'm currently ranked #53 on Adamantoise, up five spots since last week. I have a feeling that I'll be gaining achievements at a very slow pace once again after I am done with crafting-related achievements, seeing as I can't "automate" anything but these. :p Grind on, achievement hunters! Edit: On the topic of Bozja relics, I have currently 11 complete weapons, with three currently on different quests (to keep them active to be able to keep receiving the quest items), and three that I haven't started yet because those jobs aren't level 80 yet. The only items I still need are Raw Emotions (I have 50 out of 90), Timeworn Artifacts (I have 25 out of 75), the blue memories (I have 19 out of 80) and the red memories (I have 52 out of 80). I have more than enough of everything else. I'm rather slow on levelling jobs because I don't enjoy dungeon content. For the record, I have GNB at 79 (very close), SAM at 72 and DNC at 60. Once I get GNB to 80, I'll be advancing each currently job in progress to the next to keep each quest active and begin the GNB relic. I look forward to that. Edit: Poor Zlatan got BLASTED this episode. I liked it. :p
Halfway through this vid and it has been a WILD ride. What started as a coherent achievement hunter vid has devolved into a drunken rant about high level Bionicle lore, and i'm all for it. Feels like the captain no longer has control of the plane.
As a Bionicle fan who wants to help your channel in the al gore rhythm, here's some corrections and clarifications: - The Toa Nuva were the ones who fell into Energized Protodermis, transforming into the Toa Nuva from their previous form, the Toa Mata. - They were granted Adaptive Armor by Artakha and sent to Karda Nui. The three who stuck to the swamps (Tahu, Gali, and Onua) became the Toa Nuva Mistika, while the three who took to the air (Lewa, Pohatu, and Kopaka) became the Toa Nuva Phantoka - The Toa Inika were Matoran from Mata Nui who traveled to the island of Voya Nui in an attempt to find the missing Toa Nuva. Their masks were replaced by organic ones by Karzahni (basically the evil counterpart of Artakha) and eventually the Toa canisters they were traveling in were struck by lightning from the Red Star and that turned them into Toa, all of whom were aspected towards Lightning (this is why they're called the Toa Inika, btw - inika is Matoran for "energy from a star") - The Toa Inika chased the Mask of Life into the Pit, a mutagenic sea underneath Voya Nui. They couldn't survive under the water, though, and so the Mask of Life transformed them into a form that could, the Toa Mahri (named for the sunken island of Mahri Nui)
That was a GRIND. I did all the relics, but I decided to do them weekly, so I won't get bored of the content. Max Delubrum per day was 3, but for week, it was 5 :P And I'm still coming back there every week, as I love that content. Yea, I am a Bard too. Always saving the day when the apocalypse come xD
id love to see some mentor roulettte. I personally enjoy it to see duties ive forgotten about. You btw motivated to get back to the achievement grind - thank you for that :D
Now I'm just remembering a bionical PS2 game that I had and have the urge to replay it, I love that this video was just bionicle deep lore and roasting zlatan
glad to get a peak at what all the stages of the job weapons look like!! I like the penultimate form of so many of the weapons so I may actually consider working on those at some point, the black mage weapon for sure
Regarding the 5k dancer weapon you had to buy, you can get 1k Gil replica weapons from the vendor on the spot and use that, no teleporting or market board required.
My first Bionicle was Kohrak, one of the "villians". Didnt get to collect a lot until the Inika sets, ended up getting that large Takanuva set from when they were flying/exploring the swamps. Really dug the music they put out with all those Bionicle too, Cryoshell is a good listen.
That wont happen until he's stuck doing Triple Triad achievements. once Blue mage is the only option to finish them, thats when he said he'll get it and not an hour sooner. Though I wonder if he wont aim for the Morbol mount first.
I'm definitely a fan of you doing a Mentor Roulette series. Specifically, a clip reel of all of the scuff that happens. Maybe specific videos on the actual fights talking about the mechanics as a Mentor should, so other people can learn them. Done in your own way of course.
I never got deep into the Bionicle show or lore, but my brother had a few toys that I ended up playing with more often as I gradually inherited all his LEGO stuff. The one I remember loving the most was, after doing some quick research, called Gahlok, which apparently wasn;t even their own character and was instead an entire race, but I just really liked the design because they were so weirdly shaped compared to all the other toys.
So first off, Kopaka. The Ice Toa. Always like the design both OG and Nuva, and he was cool in the comics. Second, I'm going to miss running DRN with you you goober. That was some real fun. Third, and I'm not the first one to say this, but check out the Matte versions of the final steps. The NIN one looks good imo, and some others do to. And you can also get replica earlier stages for glam (you likely knew this, but hey, maybe some rando looking at the comments will get a neat tip!)
Fun fact about me, when I started playing FF ( was in ShB btw) I LIVED in Bozja and Zadnor, as I ground out all 4 tank relics at the same time. Not remotely close to some of the gamers who grind out ALL of them. Tip of the cap to the gamers and Cider.
Man.. this was like an auditory version of every time Max and Chad are shitfaced on Cold Ones and the editor makes Max's face melt. Hilarious, but I also was marginally worried about you bro lmao. Edit: some of those Zlatan insults made me feel personally attacked!
Drunk Cider bullying Zlatan every 30 seconds. Also child labor quest on the side gave me a good laugh.
The one about getting injured while skateboarding really got me. Like, that's such a terrible burn that he could only say with such confidence while under the influence of just the right amount of whiskey.
poor Zlatan, he did nothing to deserve this
The 2 packs of crackers in the chili is what got me
The Child Labor bit has actually been going since before this series even started. You can see it in his quest log in the Party Finder Raid videos.
Let's be fair. Zlatan looks like someone who mains Black Mage.
Zlatan looks like he thinks black pepper is too spicy.

17:12 that part about bringing Edward Elric's mom back killed me.
Your videos never cease to amuse me. The commentary is always A+ and the insult game on Zlatan gave me some good ones to use lmao. Keep up the good work and we can always use more Bionicle lore!
Perfect timeing! I just laid down for a nap so a new ep of my fav thing to watch before bed is perfect ❤
My weekly achievements:
- 80 Blacksmith leves
- All the achievements for finishing Coils tiers and the Savage fights, since I realized you can literally one-shot everything with unsynced Blue Mage (10 achievements)
- Stormblood Sightseeing log (2 achievements)
- FATE rank 3 in Rak'tika Greatwood
- 8 easy Bozja achievements since I just started it this week; mostly stuff like story progression and "complete 10 CEs" type achievements
When Cider hits 100k subs, he will finish the dragoon achievements
The what achievements? Dragon achievements?
@argentpuck as you can see spider doesn't unlock the dragoon relics. I don't know what the beef is
He doesn't have a Dragoon, its as simple as that.@@MAdelineMichelRiding2Paradise
Weekly appreciation of Cider's voice! Ahhhh, these videos are a delight.
Grind on, achievement hunters!
I liked it. :p
I love all the quips at Zlatan i was losing it x'D
one of my personal faves was the "Zlatan looks like he used the wrist straps on the wii remotes"
Halfway through this vid and it has been a WILD ride.
What started as a coherent achievement hunter vid has devolved into a drunken rant about high level Bionicle lore, and i'm all for it. Feels like the captain no longer has control of the plane.
the tamagotchi insult was a low blow, what did the tamagotchis do to be connected to zlatan
As a Bionicle fan who wants to help your channel in the al gore rhythm, here's some corrections and clarifications:
- The Toa Nuva were the ones who fell into Energized Protodermis, transforming into the Toa Nuva from their previous form, the Toa Mata.
- They were granted Adaptive Armor by Artakha and sent to Karda Nui. The three who stuck to the swamps (Tahu, Gali, and Onua) became the Toa Nuva Mistika, while the three who took to the air (Lewa, Pohatu, and Kopaka) became the Toa Nuva Phantoka
- The Toa Inika were Matoran from Mata Nui who traveled to the island of Voya Nui in an attempt to find the missing Toa Nuva. Their masks were replaced by organic ones by Karzahni (basically the evil counterpart of Artakha) and eventually the Toa canisters they were traveling in were struck by lightning from the Red Star and that turned them into Toa, all of whom were aspected towards Lightning (this is why they're called the Toa Inika, btw - inika is Matoran for "energy from a star")
- The Toa Inika chased the Mask of Life into the Pit, a mutagenic sea underneath Voya Nui. They couldn't survive under the water, though, and so the Mask of Life transformed them into a form that could, the Toa Mahri (named for the sunken island of Mahri Nui)
That was a GRIND.
I did all the relics, but I decided to do them weekly, so I won't get bored of the content. Max Delubrum per day was 3, but for week, it was 5 :P
And I'm still coming back there every week, as I love that content.
Yea, I am a Bard too. Always saving the day when the apocalypse come xD
id love to see some mentor roulettte. I personally enjoy it to see duties ive forgotten about.
You btw motivated to get back to the achievement grind - thank you for that :D
Being on the verge of finishing my first Zodiac Relic I am grateful for your persistence it keeps me going
Now I'm just remembering a bionical PS2 game that I had and have the urge to replay it, I love that this video was just bionicle deep lore and roasting zlatan
I didn't expect this to turn into a Bionicle lore video, but I am all here for it xD
The "We could bring Edward Elric's mom back to life" Line got me spitting my tea.
glad to get a peak at what all the stages of the job weapons look like!! I like the penultimate form of so many of the weapons so I may actually consider working on those at some point, the black mage weapon for sure
my best friend and I watch your new videos together every week and this one was such a fun one! :)
Regarding the 5k dancer weapon you had to buy, you can get 1k Gil replica weapons from the vendor on the spot and use that, no teleporting or market board required.
This content has been fun to watch. Keep it up
My first Bionicle was Kohrak, one of the "villians". Didnt get to collect a lot until the Inika sets, ended up getting that large Takanuva set from when they were flying/exploring the swamps. Really dug the music they put out with all those Bionicle too, Cryoshell is a good listen.
I thought it was Gravity Hurts
oh wait nevermind, Cryoshell is the band, Gravity Hurts is the song name. Yeah, it was good lol
The whole time youre roasting Zlatan Im just sitting here screaming "let him live!" cause you bullied that Hrothgar into his grave
mentor rullette series, YES PLEASE lol... that would be hilarious.
Drunk Sider and Shadowbringer Relics. What a day. Cider also keeps the meme of No Dragoon alive.
I'd like to point out that pulling dahu to the door is pure chad behavior. Thanks Cider Spider for showing the way.
Patiently waiting for Blue Mage content.
That wont happen until he's stuck doing Triple Triad achievements. once Blue mage is the only option to finish them, thats when he said he'll get it and not an hour sooner.
Though I wonder if he wont aim for the Morbol mount first.
I doubt it, since not even big name streamers like Zepla or Xenos touch Blu Mage content even when they complain there is no content to do.
13:00 the music slowing down and changing key with each shot I am howling omg 🤣😂
Trembling at the thought of a new Cider Spider video
Alcohol is a stacking DOT debuff that every 5th stack has a chance to trigger instant darkness😂
I totally forgot what bangers there were in Shadowbringers post-release content.. the Big Fat Taccos anthem is so epic.
Man.. this was like an auditory version of every time Max and Chad are shitfaced on Cold Ones and the editor makes Max's face melt. Hilarious, but I also was marginally worried about you bro lmao.
Edit: some of those Zlatan insults made me feel personally attacked!
"Regana George, one of the Polymers" holy SHIT that came out of nowhere, amazing work
your ability to remember that much bionicle knowledge is impressive
Cider, you okay? That's a lot of shots you had...
