Here to agree! He was who the other bad guys called for the worst jobs. And he still pulled them off. Toe to toe with Jedi over and over? And his intro in Book of Boba Fett was amazing.

What an episode is right. Finally finished it and best episode yet. One thing about Star Wars: with villains, we have had it good as fans. Avery well done list with no huge arguments.
On Baylon Skoll: I hope this isn’t it for him. Ray Stephenson was one of my favorite actors and I know it meant a lot to him to be a part of Star Wars over the years (Gar Saxon), and then to finally get a light saber! For all that we got, to make the character an “S tier” (sorry Seth, but it’s true!) was an incredible job.

I love the thought about love saving and turning Anakin back to the light to save his son. In one of your earlier episodes you compared Sauron and the power of the Ring to Palpatine and how they are both incapable of love. And their respective falls are because they fail to see that love and friendship are more valuable than UNLIMITED POWER! ⚡ 💍
The thought of not succumbing to the corruption of the Ring and taking it back to Mordor and Mount Doom does not even cross Sauron's mind. It is inconceivable to Palpatine that Vader would betray him for the love of his child.

Thanks so much!! Yes I love that comparison to Sauron and Palpatine! It’s one of my favorite analyses to bring up and it’s one of my favorite aspect of SW, that love saved Vader, not the act of killing Palpatine.

No offense, Seth.....I am #TeamKonnor when it comes to Baylon Skoll Tier Ranking. When it comes to Palpatine, he is the ULTIMATE S-Tier / Oven Baked Gino's Pizza Roll Tier Villain. With his slow rise to power, unlike any other villain, Palps was patient, manipulative, ruthless, and cunning to get to where he is. He was in no hurry.
AWESOME SHOW, btw!! I was laughing hysterically at the bantering and bickering from the both of you on some of the villains!!
This was a great watch/listen! All the transmissions were killer! I gotta add an honorable mention-not the biggest, not the baddest…… SEBULBA!! For his role and time spent with him, man he was a great hometown bully/villain. Cheating, scheming, murdering, and literally twirling his mustache tentacles

I like the list. I hope in time Thrawn can prove his worth for S tier. But he has gotten so little screen time in shows and 0 in movies it's hard to make him S tier.
My argument would be he is iconic looking (the bluemam sticks out! Especially within the empire).
He is ice cold. I know books softened him up a bit but once Admiral he doesn't seem like the type of person begging would work for. I'd rather beg to palpatine than thrawn.
And lastly competence, he is just so good at his job. Like Julius Ceaser he seems like in a large space conflict he is just not going to be beaten regardless of the odds.

Darth Maul is an S Tier, Character:
For Evil: Just for the fun of speeding down to attack a Jedi he would rather start off the fight by hitting a child, little Ani 😂 He whiffed in the ashes of fallen Jedi from the past, has pure hatred of the Jedi, was the first Sith to have attacked the Jedi that the Jedi are aware of (The Acolyte not released yet). He killed the Black Sun gang, took over Death Watch, ruled Mandalore, Crime Lord of Crimson Dawn, killed plenty of innocent people, manipulated Ezra in apprenticeship. Trained Qi’ra to be a deadly weapon under Teräs Käsi, Plotted to over throw his former Master with the help of Lady Tano, was unsuccessful but it was still a plan. He would be S Tier for me and below Lord Sidious and Darth Vader. Again, in my opinion.

I personally had him right where you do, right after Vader in S, but I totally get why Seth had him a little lower. It’s all so subjective!

Wait, am I missing something. You guys keep talking about Baylan Skoll as though there is more story coming for him. Are they recasting or something?
Nothing is confirmed but more than likely. Ahsoka season 2 is confirmed and is shooting this fall. I would be shocked if they just let the character go.
@@BeyondTheDuneSea I'm fine with that. I don't feel any role is beyond recasting. I grew up with so many different Batman, 007, Joker actors I truly don't think only one actor can play the role.

Negative. If you rewatch the most excellent transmission from @willoftheforce_ , you will notice that at the end of his video when he gets serious. He flashes a picture of the late actor, Lee Van Cleef. Van Cleef portrayed Sentenza or "Angel Eyes" in The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly which "King" Cad Bane is based off of. Clint Eastwood's character "Blondie" or "The Man With No Name" is who Boba Fett is based off of. In TESB, you can hear the sound of spurs in every step Boba makes walking the halls of Cloud City. I believe it was Supreme Creator Filoni 🤠who stated the similarities in 👑Bane and Angel Eyes.

After Ahsoka i do not trust live action thrawn and how they will handle him. Thrawn has heard of ahsoka by name and just some how doesnt remember when hes known for the small details is wild. Also changing small things like already knowing palleon before the book where he meets palleon for the first time. its messy for no reason
I understand your concern, but we just haven’t seen alot from him yet. And what we have seen I’ve liked, personally.
The Palleon thing is frustrating, I’ll agree. But I didn’t think that Thrawn didn’t know Ahsoka in the show. From what I understand in Alliances he never hears her name isn’t that right? He just hears her called Anakins padawan? I may be misremembering. And once he is caught up on who she is, he DOES remember her because he asks if she came in only one ship, a reference to the marg sable technique she used in that book
