@@fartex1 he rammed PiloteNFS driver for almost(!) no reason, but it was the only case where he was a bad guy. he rammed the rammers in every other incident, they did it first. he never rammed ISAD, even though there were some moments for it in the race. sorry for bad english, used deepl translate

Bro had been doing PIT maneuvers to half the grid since the start of the race. 0:40 Blue Huracan brake checks him --> takes him out 1:04 Yellow Camaro tries to cut him off mid corner --> takes him out 1:21 White R34 blocks him going in the corner --> takes him out 1:36 GT3 is in the way going out of the corner --> takes him out 11 seconds of penalty at the end. Not a single damn was given

What specs are you computer? Trying to decide what gpu to upgrade too before I start playing. Been sitting with a 1660ti for about 2 years since I haven't played many new games.

Generally you want a balance of the above, depending on the track and track layout. But there can be outliers too, like when I tend to use a stupid grippy car for Le Mans for example, where most (with more sense than me, who doesn't want to run leaderboard cars) tend to choose cars with stupid amounts of power for the straights.
@itwilsonboiii4789 as Kim said, you can upgrade and tune the car yourself and If you want in depth explanation search the UA-cam and you will find plenty of forza contents

I don't think the brake markers change in the wet tbh, it seems like they're actually accurate for wet conditions.
Speed changes too in wet conditions (you are slower), so I think the markers change dynamically depending on speed and grip

No there are no restrictions beside that the car can't exceed 800 rating for S class.
