I do drains for yards, and I think with just one outlet, that drain is going to be overloaded and needs more then just one outlet
@@paulliquori4824 the concrete takes most of the water out, the drain is just for what hits that one low spot as there’s no way to get fall from the there to the street unless we tear that portion out. I went by during a storm a couple days ago and it’s all working great.

I have really got to get on my recording and editing man… your a huge inspiration. As a fellow contractor trying to change the game from bad contractors “or so they say” to good contractors. It’s really a hard one to juggle time lol between job sites, estimates subs my land and trying to gather materials to build my house, raising kids and the chickens lol but I’ve been recording some and stacking videos! Gods got his plan for me hoping I can get there like you thanks man! Relaxing to see someone else doing honest work!
My grandad use to get that type of broken up asphalt and put it out on our dirt road, once the sun came out and melted it, it was nice

Make sure there is a fuse in the under hood spot for the constant 12V supply to the trailer when it is plugged it. That way it will charge the battery when plugged into the truck. On both the F450 and the OBS Ford.

I have a diamond c dump with the 4ft sides and a e45 mini ex. You can open the door when u load it in the trailer. You just have to turn the machine and swing the boom. Definitely was a learning curve the 1st time when I smacked the door on the sides

I have a tow master 7x12 dump and a tak tb135 mini which is slightly bigger than yours. It works fine but I have to go In front words and have the bucket on the edge. Works fine but was a little difficult to figure out the first time lol.

It’s usually too far to be efficient to bring home. If it was one single load like I did at the end, that makes sense. But to make money, we need to dump it somewhere closer to the job

Why do you use the f450 instead of your own f350? I know it was a SEMA build but if you don't use it, it's essentially a trailer queen. Love your videos.
He doesn’t have a f350, he has a Denali 2500. And his dad who he built the truck for uses it to work he said, so it’s gonna get used no matter what

@18:12 on the Asphalt why didn't you just take it out for your road going out to the ranch? Fill in the washouts and put it in the ditches to help with water flow?

Why do you not take the asphalt and concrete to your house and use it for your drainage problems or at least to save some money.
It wouldn't save any money, it would be way more time and fuel to take it to the ranch.

If they’re not willing to fix their problem I’d cut it about 3 feet from their building then ramp it down so it all stays against the wall they’ll soon fix it when the water is flooding their tenants

Have you considered a backup camera on your trailer check out Hopkins Towing Solutions it connects with your phone via Bluetooth and Wifi, it's powered off the lights on the trailer, Game Changer I have one on the back of my 16 ft cargo trailer

Can you explain more what you just did? I don’t know what that concrete job does to stop the flooding. I also don’t work with concrete but I’m curious.
The concrete has a lower center swell. The goal is the water from the apartment side that flows over to the house side will instead go into the new concrete portion we poured and be carried out to the road vs. making it across to the houses.
