I had so much trouble with this trick for months but I thought to myself "if I don't learn it now I'll have to deal with learning it in the future, it's not magically going to come to me." So I had a 2 hour skate sesh, learned them regular and nollie, and that helped me so much with doing tricks on my board I did a kickflip after first try
Landed my first today, then my second on the next attempt. Haven't skated in 13 years but saw some of these videos and bought a board a few weeks back and got into it. Lance is my older guy skating inspiration. Hope he's still shreddin!
Ippei Morita cool enough, so that way i should be able to break the 10 subs ;) but more seriously i guess thats also how people can have a good amount of viewers while streaming, just be as much instructive as you can be
I’m 18 and just starting back at skating since like 14 and following the trick order really does help a lot for anyone that’s getting impatient just doing the basic tricks and building your way up is a lot of fun and builds confidence
Me when I watch these: Oh yeah that looks super easy Me practicing: Oh wow just landed primo on this variel heelflip when I was trying to just front shuv
I just want to say that I seriously am so grateful for this channel being made and I love the work you put in to help the world of skateboarding. I have been watching the whole crew make videos for the past year or so and it has helped me out so much with my skating. I had tried to learn a lot of the tricks i know now in the past but just never could get it down which lead me to quit skating. But now thanks to you guys I have learned the basics and started gettin down some tougher flip tricks. Seriously so stoaked to skate this summer and not be that bad and keep progressing. Keep it up and much love to everyone at braille and all the other homies that collab with you guys you are all amazuhzing! Btw I am 22 years old almost 23 so to all u other dudes n dudettes that feel ur to old to start skating again just know it isn't and that u can go out there have fun and progress on your board just go do itttttt.
Aaron Just found your great videos I am an old guy returning to skating and I will be buying your videos and following. Keep up the great work. I live in Sao Paulo Brasil many great skaters and spots.
This is how a tutorial should be done. Actual foot placement, practice steps. Many many clips of each part. 10/10 got the first practice step successfully in 10 tries after weeks of failing to figure it out by myself
Yes perfect! I designed this whole system with the tricks in order and practice steps the whole way. Check out “Skateboarding Made Simple” and the Braille App ❤️
yesterday was a gorgeous day !! I finaly learned the no-comply 180, nollie, half-cap and I landed a nollie-heel with one foot. All tricks at one day. Thanks for your detailed tutorials ! You're helping people out, wich has a hard time on many tricks.
I just realized that you don't have to look forward with your body when you are doing tricks. My friend saw this, told me that, than my shove its magicaly started to click. My Ollie got better, my pop got better, i looked down at what the heck am I doing actually, not forward where I go... and oh wow it was amaizing. Thank you Braille for actually teaching these tricks you guys are amaizing and really, you have to have a learning buddy...
The key to this trick and with all the shove-it variations, is to put your back foot on the middle of the tail an scoop with it. This way, you'll never land primo, spin it the exact way you want, catch it higher and be more consistant with it. The more spin you want, as if you want to bigspin for example, the more scoop you have to apply.
Hey Aaron (or Lance. Which ever of you awesome dudes read this). I watch your videos daily. Tutorials, DITLs and all of your fun videos. I'm glad you made a Tutorial on this trick. It's one of the 2 that I have a hard time trying to land. This and bs 180s I struggle a lot with. I can land 3 very basic tricks and one basic trick in a fakie stance. Idk if some beginners are still sending you videos to help them but me as a beginner myself would like to send some for some help. Thank you and keep up the great work with the Awesome and fun videos.
always struggled with this trick. the idea to focus on the pop and just a little scoop has reaaaally helped me finally get a few, so ty aaron kyro sponsored skateboarder from the san francisco bay area
Just got into skating a few weeks ago got really comfortable on my board for the first week/ great board control, got my olies clean an high up, got shove Itz easy landed a few kickflips but for some reason been landing only one foot on... Then yesterday I learned how to frontside 180 and frontside shove it super clean really stoked!! I'm 24 never really skated before just surfed a lil from time to time and snowboard and ion know? skating just feels natural too me... ima keep going and see where this Fun new hobby takes me in a year from now.
thanks for helping me out so much I learned this trick in about an hour with you teaching! thanks you so much Aaron you have been such a help wotkh every one of my tricks! i learned 3 tricks today with your teaching! thank you so much and I will watch and by every skateboarding made simple! thanks you!
Where were these tutorials when I first started skating years ago? Great stuff Aaron, I would like to master my 360 FS/BS Pop Shuvits. So a tutorial on these bad boy's would be awesome.
I wanted to get back into skating. It's been to long since I had a long skate session. I always had a hard time doing front shoves but there were steps that you explain in this video that I didn't take. So that will hopefully help me and get me closer to my goal :) Keep it up Aaron! ;)
im 18, i bought my first skateboard today because of your channel, ill be back here in a few weeks/months to get this down! I have a blood condition called Haemophilia which has pretty much stopped me from doing anything like this, but i decided i wanted to have fun :D Finally!
brendalg4 i dont mind the helmet, but pads are just uncomfortable. I dont plan on going for huge tricks. Id like to just be able to get on it and ride it with a few tricks.
You could try other stuff like FP Painkillers. They are inserts that protect your shins. You put them in your socks. Or you can buy socks with them already put in. There are reviews on UA-cam. Chris Chann did one. I know Braille has done some FP stuff but I can't remember if they did the Painkillers.
Just uploaded a video of the full process it took me to land this trick from this trick too video and a few others! Thanks for the help! Now I can front shuv 🤙🤙
Dude I know this might sound crazy but I've been skating since I was 12 and I'm now 29. I did take about an eight-year break but just recently got back to it. I couldn't ever do front side shuvs. It's not that I'm bad or a beginner skater either. I can do varial kickflip, hardflip, 360 flips, kickflips, backside shove it. I can even do a Impossible on a kicker. But every time I go to frontside show I end up flipping a hardflip lol. I think it's because I never really learned how to do front side shuvs and went straight to hardflip. After watching this video I got them down better but they still want to flip a little bit. I'm working on keeping my front foot up more on the board like you showed to keep that from happening
For me, it helps when im looking down on my board and mentaly thinking of the tail to go forward to become the nose as i do the fs shove it. I dont get it yet, but the board wont go behind me anymore. I think its a wierd trick because its basicly the first trick where you dont “need“ your front foot to perform it, but get it out of the way...
Thank you aaron!! I'm having trouble with my front shove/s the board is always flipping even though I kept my front foot close to the board and stopping the board when it makes the "180 motion" but I have my heelflips on lock.. so please help
Hi,! I have problems with this one. Sometimes i land it especially when i watch your video. It seems looking at your nose helps and bending the backfoot some more helps. If i don't i land on my back :D. In short, i have weight distribution problems.
nice tutorials. i got a lot special keys to improve or finally land a trick. a video for 360flip would be awesome. i can flip and catch it but i can not land it with my back food.. maybe you have a nother special key for me :D
When I learned those, I was taught to try it of your nose first, like a nollie front shuv with no pop, it helps get the motion down and how your legs should swing out in an airwalk motion. Second step is just a backside shuv it, then learn the pop.
I always go through my warm up when I skate, all the 180s and all the pop shove its. The regular frontside pop shove it always gave me trouble until I figured out that, for me, I had to do a dragging scoop motion, scooping it forward because I couldn't adjust my jump to follow the board. But I know for the best looking frontside pop shove its, you have to jump back and behind you to your right, popping straight down, and to your left if your doing it switch.
I can frontside flip, hardfip, tre flip etc but still can't front shuv
Front shut is easy I can't back side shuv
+Cedric Hank Benson I feel like you have your fs and bs wrong
+Ippei Morita nah i have a friend who is the exact same. he rides goofy and can only do front shuvs
+Dylan Kowalski Dude, I can nollie tre 5's like it ain't no thing. I cannot land a regular 360 flip to save my life. Everyone is different.
+James Mitchell same haha
This is the first trick I ever learned on a skateboard as a teen. Now getting em back right at 24 ✊🏾
Bruh y would u learn fs before ollie☠️
@@owenhunsberger3891 shuvs are easier than ollie and he probably landed fs shuv on accident 😭
*warning: this trick is a shiner machine*
IEnjoiFb that’s the last thing I wanted to hear
IEnjoiFb shinner*
I started w committing rather than the practice step, and I haven’t shinned myself yet
Mike Hunt if you do the practice steps it takes a lot longer to learn tricks 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
I get so determined to skate after watching all these tutorials and skate supports, but in reality, i cant do half these tricks.
Myles G. Keep trying!!
I do the same🤣🤣🤣
Its been 4 years but I hope you can kickflip and do every trick you've seen in the tutorials
bro same
I had so much trouble with this trick for months but I thought to myself "if I don't learn it now I'll have to deal with learning it in the future, it's not magically going to come to me." game of skate in cowboy boots, DO IT!!!
lol that would be cool
+Opan Thon awesome idea
CONSTRUCTION STEEL CAP BOOTS!!
what I was thinking
nah nah nah game of skate in high heels 😂😂😂
Landed my first today, then my second on the next attempt. Haven't skated in 13 years but saw some of these videos and bought a board a few weeks back and got into it. Lance is my older guy skating inspiration. Hope he's still shreddin!
If you guys are looking for a practice step on learning how to give yourself shinners than do the first practice step he showed you.
Thats easy u need to practice more if that gives u shinners swid

Hi my names Aaron Kyro, I'm a professional skateboarder from the San Francisco bay area, and today i'm going to show you how to get UA-cam likes.
Lmao
+Aaron Kyro not friendly , you cheat ;) good evening
+Aaron Kyro can you show us how to get millions of subs
Okay this was funny at first, but you do this in like every video
Ippei Morita cool enough, so that way i should be able to break the 10 subs ;) but more seriously i guess thats also how people can have a good amount of viewers while streaming, just be as much instructive as you can be
These are the type of videos I expect from Braille.

Idk kickflips were easier to learn
Aaron you got me back into skating after 15 years, just bought a new board. Thanks very much and keep up the great content. cheers!

No. No is a response. Should you still get back into skating?
Yes
The one foot practice is a good tip i never thought about doing that but it helps with the movement and concept of the trick
I just realized that you don't have to look forward with your body when you are doing tricks. My friend saw this, told me that, than my shove its magicaly started to click. Thanks for the tip on the straight down pop. I'll have to try this next practice. I currently keep losing the board behind me!!
Man this vids are the best
Nice I tried to learn this before the pop shuvit by accident. If you’re learning this trick, good luck.
Thank you for this. I struggled with this trick and stuck it first try after your suggestion of leaving you front foot on.
You guys had really thought me how to do basic tricks! i enjoy them and now i can finally heelflip thanks to you guys

front shuvs were the second trick i learned right after ollies, it’s all personal preference when you learn what tricks
True

Varial heels next :)
For me this trick is much easier than the regular shuvit
I’m having a problem with getting my front foot out of the way, like I would try it and my front foot would slide up the board and make it Ollie

thank you aaron helped me out a lot, I was having trouble exactly with that stright down pop
