It’s true you are my favorite Australian fan! It is a 2 cup container and I would say it usually feeds two if not, three depending upon how much you want.

@@CrystalsCleanKitchen granular stevia. Used a smaller blender cup in my ninja to blend. Was thinking the bigger blender thingy or food processor next time. I love cheesecake, and this is an answer to my dreams of eating it healthily and within calorie budget. Have had luck with fat free cream cheese in the past, but can’t find it anymore, and it didn’t have the protein the cottage cheese has. Trying to build some muscle.
@debbieekes5718 whenever you have a granulated sweetener, what I would do is I would put a big chunk of the bag in my blender and blended until it is powdered that will help a ton in all the recipe recipes that you use it for. Also, have you tried monk fruit? I feel like that taste better than Stevia.

What sweetener did you use? A lot of times if you use a granulated sweetener that could happen. Also, did you blend the mixture Good enough

It is still a cream based when you blend it up. It becomes a thick cream, just not as thick as cream cheese.
