The mark is.. Mark of the falling star. You have to have the Exotic Cuirass of the falling star, and I think the Ornament Comets stir in dream to get the Arc animation. Also pairs with Helm of the falling Comet Ornament for the helmet. Should be able to pick up all of them in the mighty Evervese.
