@@kitchenintheshire I'm so glad. So happy you're posting again. I do know the UA-cam algorithm likes consistency! :) Also these remind of Whoopie Pies. Really popular where I am in Maine. Cheers Renee!
I have enjoyed every single moment of this video, especially your reaction with the taste and the “slap”. This is a must do recipe. Thanks for sharing, and will share with you the results.
These look amazing,i do have a brownie cookie recipe but it doesn’t come out nearly as yummy as these do. On my Christmas cookie tray 😊 thank you for sharing . Love everything you’ve made so far, keep it up. 🩷
I can't bear competition type shows so haven't seen MKR. Thanks for showing this recipe. Certainly looks delicious. I really love your professional looking videos.
Oh, these look to-die-for delish!! I’ve been looking for some Holiday cookies that don’t require much stress on my arthritic hands/fingers, and these would do the trick. Renee, just for the Christmas Holiday, what would you think of crushing up some sort of peppermint candy and then rolling the sides of the cookies in them? Thanks again for a fab recipe! 🌸
I thought of you while I was making these! I love the idea of rolling them in crushed peppermint candies. If you decide to try it, please let me know how it turns out!
These are awesome looking cookies!! I love brownie cookies, there is something about them that feeds your soul…they absolutely are everything you would ever want in a cookie!! ☺️. Renee…would you be interested in doing a collaborative with me?? We have similar cooking, baking, and teaching styles! Let me know!! TY
These look incredible! I've seen your mixer on another channel, and it piqued my interest. Does it have an attribute that made it a better choice for this recipe, or do you just like giving your toys equal time? I love trying new gizmos, but unfortunately my appliance garage space is limited. Very annoying. Your equipment aisle must be like Ali Baba's storied cave. Open sesame!
Thank you! I used this one for 2 reasons. 1. The double whisks work really well with eggs. 2. It’s great for filming, because everyone can see through the bowl. Love the Ali Baba comment!! 😂
This is one of my favorite cooking channels. I hope you continue to grow - you deserve it.
I can't tell you how much this comment means to me. Thank you very much!!

They remind me of a discontinued cookie by Pepperidge Farm called Capri. I have to admit you made me want to make these!
Capri cookies were the BEST! I’m so glad you’re trying these. Let me know what you think!
These look amazing! 👏🏻 Will a hand mixer work okay for this recipe?
Yes, a hand mixer will work just fine!

Yes. 300 degrees Fahrenheit/ 149 degrees Celsius. Thank you for watching!!
No chilling needed?
No chilling required. They are good to go!
How many cookies does this make?
Roughly 2 dozen cookies (or 12 sandwich cookies.) Good question!!
@ lol sounds like personal needs to make double the recipe
Everyone needs more cookies!
If you want this to do well… replace the word “sensational” with VIRAL!
Great idea! Done and done! Thank you!
