Very nice Mario, thank you for sharing this with us! I made one this afternoon after watching your great videos, I added a T track to the front of mine though so I can use (homemade Rockler style) hold down clamps to hold my boards rather than F clamps.
I knocked up the original & yes it works as advertised. Bravo. Definitely worthwhile re-building to have a more polished version (& pay my dues of course). Another Bravo from me.

i just got a jobsite tablesaw and decided i wanted to make some wooden boxes for christmas. alas... NO DADO! and this jig just saved the day! brilliant jig! subbed immediately!
