As an Indiana girl that flew her family to London in 2019 for a Robbie show you have to believe me he is entertainment!!!! The US missed out on him but the rest of the world adores him and his music!!! Hope you check him out💜
It's one of the greatest concerts in music history.
SQUIRREL, thank you for sharing your emotions about this live with people who haven't sent it before.
Btw, this performance was his last one on public in USA (2004), exclunding Las Vegas residency in 2019.
Unfortunately : ((

What absolutely made it for me was that you didn’t interrupt it one single time. Awesome reaction. Keep em coming 💕
I try and never talk until the end. Let us both experience the music 😎
Agreed Sally.. Nothing worse than interruptions..
I read that he went out on a date with someone that didn’t know who he was then he showed her the dvd of Knebworth. He said afterwards it was like telling her he was Batman.
That was Ayda, his wife to be.
This song was played at my beloved Mother’s funeral. She was 90 when she passed and adored this song….and Robbie ❤
He sells out everywhere he goes in Europe. He write, performs and is amazing.
These concerts meant so much to him, he has had a massive career, first in a boy band and then his solo career, he didn't always make the best choices and struggled with substances, he also has a habit of having no filter so can get himself in trouble in interviews. He remains humble and realises how lucky he is and quickly it can all go away. If you feel like doing a deep dive into Robbie I would start with Take That "Do what u want" it's so bad it's brilliant and the first big song they released xx
Gary Barlow once said of Robbie Williams something like:
"I don't begrudge Robbie for what he's done as a solo artist because it really has been astounding. As a fellow musician I can only heap praise on to what he's managed to achieve on his own because to sell as many records as he has and put out as many albums he has is nothing short of phenomenal. I'm not an envious person because I truly believe you get what you deserve in this life. So I have never sat there and wished I was Robbie Williams but I sometimes wish I would of had the career and he's had."
Robbie Williams is a true Brit legend it’s hard to understand how he never made it big in America when he was so huge over here such a talent and was lucky enough to meet him once
He just sucks market wise USA know talent robbie had guy write all his hits and also him stripping off all time won't make him popular in US
@@johnrobert3366 Robbie is the lyricist of his songs.
One thing we Brits are good at is music. Especially live concerts.
yes..good musics are always from British...
I've met Robbie Williams a couple of times when I worked for VIRGIN/EMI in the late 90s. He came to the distribution centre I worked at in Leamington Spa. Also, When I was outside on my break. He appeared out of nowhere and asked to borrow my cigarette lighter. 😁. He seemed like a good guy with a great sense of humour. He even sang a couple of songs at the distribution centre, from his 1st album. The whole distribution centre got free concert tickets every year, we even had our own seating section at the NEC.
That’s pretty damn awesome!
@@Bestmusicreactions it was pretty cool to meet him. I Had him in stitches, as I was taking the piss out of the women who worked with me swooning over him, 🤣.
Robbie is just a born entertainer. I cant remember how often I watched his Knebworth video. I remember the first time he came to Australia. Packed out at Colonial Stadium in Melbourne and I loved every minute of it. Even his swing concerts are fantastic.
he does swing?
@@Bestmusicreactions Check out the album Swing When You're Winning,
@@Bestmusicreactions Robbie has the whole "Im great and I fn know it" attitude to him.
@@Bestmusicreactions Robbie Williams live at Royal Albert Hall
I was actually at the first of these 3 gigs at Knebworth, on the front row. It was amazing, but I never appreciated just how many people were behind me until I saw the following nights concert when it was broadcast live on TV. It still takes my breath away now when i see it and to think that I was a part of it.
During this concert Robbie set a new Guiness World Record by putting the lyrics up on the big screen for the crowd to sing the worlds biggest karaoke with 125,000 with one of his hits . It stood for 6 years until Garth Brooks beat it with 160,000 in Tennessee in 2009 .
I was there on the televised Saturday night, there was an electricity I have never felt before surrounded by so many people. You really could feel the love and adoration and also it being reciprocated by Robbie himself, he was genuinely moved with tears in his eyes. It was worth spending 4 hours trying to get out of the fields where we had all parked 😆 This song is also very poignant to me as my parents babysat for the weekend whilst we were there, they watched it with the children back home on TV....MY lovely Dad passed away 6 weeks after this concert, we played Angels at his funeral and when I have switched on the car radio, on numerous occasions 'Angels' comes on, at the appropriate moment even to this day and I have found tiny pure white feathers in inexplicable places. Robbie probably doesn't realise how much this song means to people it's very healing and uplifting.....music after all is a frequency, vibration and energy, just as we are, and the strongest, indestructible energy is love Xx
I think the Brits especially, have a level of musical fandom, that no other countries do!
Everyone I know has either played this song at a wedding or funeral. It's just so ridiculously beautiful.
In Germany Robbie was and is still very loved, too. This song is often played at the end of parties and is in some tents the last song of the Oktoberfest. 😄 Robbie Williams is live still amazing, I try to see him every time he gives a concert in Munich.
This song was huge back in the day. My friend was raising money for charity in the pub, and I got him to announce anyone caught singing to the next song was going to get fined £1. He played this and made a killing! Even some poor bloke who just walked in! Another great watch, and reminder of the power of music! Thank you, and Ezza!
I said this to someone else earlier, These videos stir inner emotion and it's because it's the power of people acting as one, we don't see that these days much
He wrote the song with Stephen Duffy. Stephen Duffy was the original member of Duran Duran.
For your own gratification you should watch "Robbie Williams live at knebworth full concert"
agreed
Snap
Robbie Williams is the definition of humility
Thank you for this reaction!!! Robbie Williams is a Brit through and through. He is known here but not anything like the British people. They absolutely adore him. I have never had the chance to see him live but if he ever comes to Toronto, Canada Im going..
You looked like the words touched you deep in your heart. You also looked in awe with the huge amount of love the audience had for him. He actually looks like he is about to lose it and cry.
Again thank you for a great reaction. PS my husband gave me a nickname years back because how I would run when my kids were chasing me with the hose. My nickname was yup you guessed it.... SQUIRREL LOL LOL
Thank You for your support fellow Squirrel
I just attended his concert in Munich August 27 , 2022. 100,000 in attendance, it was wild! Loved every minute of it!😘😘🕺🏼🕺🏼
Robbie knew that this was the pinnacle of his career. There is another point in the same concert where is basically says that. He was taking it all in and you can so see it in his face. I agree about Come Undone, and also Feel, from this same concert
And he did three of them in a row. All sold out‼️
Superb video. Awesome entertainer. Awesome crowd at Knebworth. Awesome reaction. 🏴👍
And those background singers....angelic🎉
I surprised my wife by singing this with the live band at our wedding👍🏽❤️
Thats awesome
I saw him 5 times in concert he's the definition of what an entertainer is
You should watch "Come Undone" from the same Robbie Williams Knebworth concert in 2003, it has some "*audience participation*" as well :-)
ua-cam.com/video/KInsf5scgPA/v-deo.html this one 😝
And of course "Feel" is an absolute must!!!! I think, his most successful song overall.
It was actually 350k people over 3 consecutive gigs at Knebworth 2003. So ~120k per day. Still an amazing number of paying punters. However, though on different days, they still all will have been singing and there will have been many more that tried but didn't get tickets. In that period (early 2000's) Robbie Williams was at his peak in the UK and this song was almost an alternative national anthem. The fact I'm here today to relearn it for a New Year's Eve 2023 gig shows it's enduring popularity.
Back in 2003 - 2006 I played in a Robbie Williams tribute band and it was at lot of fun and often hilarious. Our 'Robbie' was a great guy and very convincing. We had underwear thrown on stage, girls climbing up on stage to get to him, girls getting boobies signed in the dressing room; the whole rockstar experience (though pretend).
I said to one girl, "You do know it's not actually him?" Her reply, "I don't care, he's close enough to fulfill my fantasy!"
The singer probably got more action than I know. I was guitar or sometimes bass, so got none.
Thanks for not interrupting the music, good man.
I’ve seen perform around 10 times and also as part of Take That. The last time was the January 2020 at Wembley. Robbie give 100% every time he performs one amazing entertainer I love watching him perform
Wonderful reaction and review. Also, thank you for not interrupting the song.
Saw Robbie twice in Las Vegas at the Wynn he sold out!
we're lucky it was so beautifully filmed too, with the audio just right so we can hear the crowd.
I would love to see your reaction to Robbie Williams Feel Live at Knebworth it brings tears to my eyes...
Love the reactions on your channels...
375k fans over 3 nights, 125k each night
OK so the secret is out! He's one of my guilty pleasures! lol great reaction as ever bro 👍🏴❤️
Thank You Ezza And Thanks again for recommending this.
That was amazing! But it was actually a total of 375,000 over the three consecutive days Robbie did this show. Maybe 150,000+ for that performance.
The biggest single crowd of that tour was at Phoenix park Dublin ,170,000 give or take a few . Yes ,I was there .
Lovely tune
You really should do Let Me Entertain You from Knebworth 03 as well
Damn that crowd is the same size as the population od Iceland! I've been to loads of festivals but not Knebworth, when you get a headline act on who are really special it's incredible to be part of the atmosphere, I remember back in the Glastonbury days before the superwall was bult the crowds got pretty massive a few times.
Robbie Williams parents used to run a pub where he lived in Burslem Staffordshire near Stoke On Trent.
Not Hanley it was Burslem…about a mile away…it was called the Red Lion…I’ve had many a good night in the Lion 👍🇬🇧
So glad u did Robbie, we love him xx
I was there singing in the crowd! I have never seen anything quite like it since.
He did what he was suppose to do..he moved you and got into your soul. I think was it was 375K over 3 days. So 175K a day give or take. Not that it matters. Check out his story. He has been sober since 2000 thanks to Elton John forcing him to rehab not to mention other struggles. He is amazing in my book. Thank you for not interrupting the song
This was his I made it moment.
Robbie Williams is amazing!
Fantastic concert
THANK YOU ROBBIE.VERY EMOTION
I’ve been to a number of concerts in my lifetime but watching Robbie at Murrayfield Stadium Edinburgh with my daughter was by far the BEST concert 🎶 I have ever been to 🎶 the concert was absolutely amazing 🤩 will always love Robbie ❤️🏴
This show are in Knebworld England 2003
What an artist
So much feelings in the words hey mate
He did 3 nights there, back to back.
Mr Squirrel, I would recommend adding some Take That, the band that made Williams famous in the 1990s, to your playlist from when they reformed in the 2000s. They were massive in the UK in the 1990s and they had to open a helpline when they split up to help girls with the trauma! When they reformed about a decade later (without Williams although he did subsequently join them for an album) they performed some spectacular shows. Their performance of Barry Manilow's Could It Be Magic at the O2 Arena is quite something (and is on UA-cam). It was a song that Williams sang lead on when they recorded an up-tempo version in the '90s, but this slowed down live version with Gary Barlow singing lead is quite stunning. The staging of that concert plus their later 'Circus' tour (complete with a huge puppet elephant - think War Horse only bigger!) are genuinely incredible to see even if you're not particularly a fan of their music.
He got the crowd involved. Great.
Robbie is incredible and the number one thing on my bucket list is to see him live..one of my favorite singers of all time.. You need to hear him do the song "Feel" from the same show.. It will blow you away! 💕 he actually cried when he preformed it
Have to say British audiences are the best
Hands down one of the best entertainers musically the UK has ever produced, at his peak was the biggest artist on the planet.
Think I’ve seen him 4 times and each time phenomenal.
Think the crowd was a third of what you’ve read as that figure was over 3 nights
Robbie ... old school entertainer, doesn't get any bettter
,,Man For All Seasons" by Robbie Williams is also a great song!
-Greets from Germany!
Greets and Thank you for the suggestion
Status quo live aid.
Robbie Williams was the 5th Member of Take That before going solo he still performs with them from time to time after they worked out their differences with each other
I think he knew that it couldn't get any better/bigger than that...
Superb.. Nice to see you checking out the music. The best audience participation I've watched was the crowd singing bohemian rhapsody at a green day concert before the band had even come on. Unreal 👍
I witnessed that in West Palm Beach. Amazing that every single person knew ALL the words!!
An amazing concert Happy New year
Nice sounds like a young Elton ♥️🌹😄😸 thank you Squirrel and Ezza ✌🏼
:) Thank You Gina
Remain surprised how few Americans know much about Robbie and how big he was at his peak in the UK. Feel is another great song but for singalongs try Oasis Don’t look back in anger at the river plate in Argentina. Noel was singing and seemed genuinely stunned how so many people were singing along despite English not being their first language
I was there the second night with my wife and daughter, it was electrifying and as good as it looks here
robbie williams - come undone ( live at knebworth ) you'll like this
Nice reminder of what now must be an oldie but nonetheless a goodie. I enjoy you reacting to your eclectic music collection on the other Cheers from Aus🇦🇺
In 1976 ,a little party was had at Knebworth. It included Lynyrd Skynyrd. Freebird was awesome. There are vids on YT. Well worth a watch. Knebworth is a stately home in Hertfordshire. Past guests include 10CC, Rolling Stones, Genesis and many more. These concerts are in someones back garden!
'Angels' is very popular in the UK - almost to the extent that, like knowing all the words to 'Bohemian Rhapsody', it is necessary to get your passport. As said above, it is there at those life event moments.
If you are not totally familiar with Robbie, it may be worth looking up his TV work, and music back catalogue.
He is quite a character.
Good chat with chatshow king, Michael Parkinson:
ua-cam.com/video/jbU3MR7tfVk/v-deo.html
The best ❤❤❤🎉
Never saw Robbie at Knebworth...but I did see Zappa and The Tubes there in 1978 and Led Zeppelin in 1979 so I can live with that. Think the 375,000 was over a 3 day festival as the grounds (of Knebworth House) only hols about 150,000.
Ah, still a huge crowd, I mean it;s no Metallica in russia but.... LOL
@@Bestmusicreactions That Metallica crowd was BIG!
It's a stately home, my brother went to see queen there.
There's an amazing performance of this song with Bonnie Raitt on slide guitar.
Bro have you reacted to let me entertain you? At Knebworth that is the opening for the concert. Absolutely pure insanity. Please react to it
Robbie Williams has said he learnt everything from Freddie Mercury!
In 2006 he sold 1.6 million tickets in twenty four hours. A record.
Worth £80/$95 million.
I’ve seen him twice live and when he plays this song, he can just stay silent and the whole song would be sung…..
It wasn’t 375,000, it was over 3 nights and each night was a sell out of 125,000, so 375,000 in total saw him at Knebworth.
My oldest niece and her husband were somewhere in that crowd!
The British and “pop/rock concerts” - open air stadiums; Glasto; Party in the Parks; indoor concert halls etc - anywhere really - the “turns” do their tunes, but in most cases always save the best and biggest of their hits ‘til the last - then us in the “audience” will be up, dancing and all singing together as “one” - always fabulous, always memorable, always fun and quite often emotional! 🥲- do love a good pop concert “party” 😃
These crowds singing definitely stir emotion, The power of humanity as one for once.
Oh Robbie! LEGEND!
Was a great concert. Iirc Robbie had a bit of a panic attack when he saw the crowds. You can't blame him lol
Nothing like a music festival crowd. Must be a real buzz for an artist to have millions singing along. (not really millions but sounds like everyone there is giving their all)
Enjoyed your vid Squirrel.! Just found u. Do Johnny Cash's official vid, "Hurt".
And all before there were smart phones. From memory Robbie did 3 sold out shows in 3 days at Knebworth House. He is massive in UK from when he was part of boy band 'take that" and then left to pursue a solo act!
Amazing love it ✌🌞
Robbie was a troubled musical genius!
Unbelievable attendance 375,000, so I googled it myself. It was 375,000 over three nights, probably a weekend, didn't look into that. So really it was only 125,000 at the gig, three days straight.
Try Robbie showing Taylor Swift how to control a crowd with the same song at Wembley.
Look up who Robbie has duetted with
Not limited to;-
Nicole Kidman
Taylor swift
Kylie Minogue
Olly Murs
Rufus Wainright
Lily Allen
Kelly Clarkson
Pet Shop Boys
Tom Jones
Dizzie Rascal
Frank Sinatra
Mark Ronson
Dean Martin
Michael Buble
And that’s just a start to the collection!
I’ll have to find some of these
Pre mobile phones people just enjoying the moment
took almost 24 hours for the traffic and car parks to clear the local roads
You should react to his songs Candy and Rock DJ
coolest udience prticipation is found on "Saw Doctors HD - Claire Island - Live at Pacific Road" oh i should qualify that statement with "in my opinion" :)
If you haven't already, check out George michael singing somebody to love at the Freddie Mercury tribute concert. Its sublime 😗👌
Robbie is one of a G.O.A.T. ... great guy, great music, great songs, great lyrics and maybe the best pop-entertainer currently living. He is living in the US as he is too famous in whole Europe... :-/
Maybe you want to check out "don't look back in anger" by Oasis. Maybe live at River Plate Argentina ... the crowds singing is given me goosebumps everytime!
This is awesome, I remember watching.that Knebworth set on TV about 20 years ago and wising I was there. . Please check out The Killers at Bellahouston Park in Glasgow, easily 50 times more intense crowd reaction. 🏴❤️🐿
