This was the performance of the night for me. Robbie or no Robbie didn’t need him x
i am not a Take That fan as such, but Ithought the whole concert was absolutely fantastic.... I was watching on tv, but you could feel the love and joy being expressed there, fabulous, so uplifting. A welcome break from the daily misery of life for a lot of people in the UK, and a welcome break from all the carping and moaning, nice to experience a sense of positive unity for once. Also lovely to see all the royal family up and jigging about to the music, never seen that before.
Greetings from Manchester, England. Back in the early days when Take That first performed as a five piece boy band, I have to admit I wasn't a fan. They were all nice guys, genuine, and they sang well, but I just didn't like their music style. I wasn't feeling pop music at that point in my life. Then the band split with Robbie leaving and going solo. Then some years later they came back minus Robbie. Gary Barlow sang "Patience" and I heard it the first time on the radio in a shop in Chorlton where I lived. It gave me goosebumps. The lyrics and emotion conveyed struck me deep. The new songs had lyrics that had impact, and were beautiful and emotive. They left as boys and came back as men. Gary Barlow is a real talented song writer. The Concert was special. A piece of history. Take That were the right choice for the finale. The military band and boys choir gave me goosebumps. When everyone joined in I was finished!!! PS I love your channel its cool you have a calm energy and positive vibes.

Such an amazing performance from the boys. Been a take that fan for over 31 years - became a fan when I was 13 - that’s is 3/4 of my life. Seeing them live this year again for the 17th time…can’t wait
Best performance of the night....noone can compete with this group.....and never will.....Robbie Williams wasn't with the group when they made this, I think this was their farewell song when the remaing members split
Take That is great with or with out Robbie. They may not be world famous like him, but they are loved the British people. No other artist would have been able to get that reaction from the people. It was a great choice to end with them.
They're actually bigger than him since the reunion he had to reunite with them for an album to revive his career
Take That did what they always do, they capped off for us, the coronation in a magical way. Fantastic 😅
Let’s also hear it for those choristers - average age 11.5 - last song of the night and they nailed it.

An incredible concert but i really really think considering the magnitude and importance of the event, both Jason Orange and Robbie Williams should've returned for this once in a lifetime performance. For King Charles, for the legacy of Take That and for the fans.

This was the highlight for me. Regarding Jason he chose to leave for a private life, we have to respect that. And Robbie Ad he had left when this track was originally released he did not need to be there. We don’t know if he may have been asked and declined. I thought this was the highlight for me x
Mark said in an interview with Dermot O'Leary just before the This Life tour that Jason and Robbie may not be physically present, but they are still with them- still a part of the band and the door is always open for them.

I’m seeing take that live next year this will be the 5th time. I’ve seen Robbie live around 10 times first time at Middlesbrough town hall when he first left Take That, the last time Jan 2020 at Wembley. Take that with or with out Robbie or Just Robbie it doesn’t matter as it’s always amazing with the guys giving the crowd 100%
I was there…right at the front of the audience. I was impressed by the whole production. Take That wasn’t my fave - in fact, I preferred Nicole’s performance. It was just GREAT to be there though. Feet still hurt 🤣
I liked never forget just purely for how it unites the audience but my favourite was Steve winwood
It's always a challenge to know what songs to go with when you have 8 albums of material. Never Forget with the royal military band was epic with the trumpets and Windsor backdrop.
Nicole is always amazing to hear. She actually performed with Gary at one of his solo gigs and sang Lulu's part of Relight My Fire. I would've loved if they did a medley and had her join again for it. But alas. 3 song limit!
There's no Robbie in Take That any more, but they always do a great job

Yes to perform for the king 👑 with take that what can you possibly say that can express that expect it was honour and privilege to be on stage with them 🌟👑❤️ !! The king's coronation choir totally fantastic together 👈👈😁 and deaf performers ❤️
Robbie has performed off and on throughout the years with the guys, he just prefers not coming back to TT unless Jason Orange returns. There are YT clips of Robbie performing with the guys in 2017 and also during the pandemic virtually. He's on good terms with everyone, so that's always a positive thing. I would've liked for him and Jason to do this unique concert, but it is what it is.
There are videos of Mark and Robbie hanging out in LA since they both live there now. They are all very private about their relationship with each other, except for the occasional encouragement when one of them does something solo.
Truth is take that is bigger than Robbie now I love Robbie I still listen to his new stuff but post reunion take that grew bigger than him they're considered the greatest comeback among boybands
I don't think many have clicked onto the brilliant subtle message of that song at a big royal event, in today cultural climate....never forget where you've come from.
Waawwwww, honnestly, I'm 55 here, gay and followed Thake That and Robbie from the early start... I cried, this was amazing, pitty Jason Orange left... And yes, Howard and Gary still are sexyyyy but Mark, noooo please... I loved it❤ ❤❤❤

Robbie Williams left the group years ago,no need for him to be there now.
I have been a fan from day one so over 30 yrs . What a beautiful performance was great that they used the armed forces made I even more great. Robbie only joins take that when it suits him sorry

Robbie hasn't been in take that for years they're friends but they don't need him they reunited without him in 2005 and were bigger than him
I think there were rumours of acts being asked but declining but I think that was all just bad press and the rumours were debunked as the acts already had tours they were in the middle of so couldn't come even if they were invited as they would've let their fans down. Also Robbie hasn't been with Take That for a good 10 years now since they got together for a short while, Jason Orange also wasn't there, the chaps have been a 3 piece for a while now and it works so it's all good :)
Robbie Williams is NOT Take That . He didn't formed the band, he wasn't the main singer or songwriter. He was the last to join and was the youngest. He would never made peace with the lads if their comeback in 2005 wasn't so spectacular after the 10 year break. He said many nasty things about them especially Gary. Only and truly missing member is Jason Orange.
It was Mark's continuing friendship with Robbie that brought him back. Mark rocked up to Robbie's mansion in LA with a copy of The Circus, and it blew Robbie away (along with the massive ticket sales for that concert-). Robbie has said on a few occasions that one day he will "ride with his brothers again" so we'll all just have to wait and see.
Us Brits know how to put on a good show…….
I also thought the Prime Minister's participation was wonderful. And if you want to see 80,000+ people chiming in with the chorus, look for the song in their Circus Live tour. (Robbie wasn't there because he's not part of the group anymore. He doesn't fit well into a group, evidently.)
Robbie is not in Take That did do 1 tour with Take That as a guest not as a member of Take That for their progress Tour. Last time they toured was 2019 which I went to and not toured since due to covid break out in 2020 so first time performing again as a group. Seen them many many times always amazing not just a concert but a spectacular extravaganza. Been a fan since the 90s when they first hit the charts. Going to see them when they set a tour date. 🇬🇧 TTFan

Americans were robbed- ROBBED! of knowing about Take That. I will never forgive Clive Davis for his piss-poor promotion of them back in the 90's when they tried to break the US, and I will die mad about that. Take That were winning ALL the MTV Europe awards back then, and MTV US barely gave them a look-in.
Compared to these three, Robbie Williams is not 'super famous', he is largely forgotten because he cannot sing anymore. Mr Williams is only famous in one place - his mind.
According to some comments on Google, the lads are getting older looking, but at least they don't have a face full of Botox, as Robbie Williams does

I think modern youth since 2000 has lost its mind as well as it's musical taste .not surprising given the evil media influence on their thinking and lives ..music is classical(of which I am not a devotee)or melodic ,as with all popular song writing and instrumental since the 1920s ...this current rubbish is sound and noise ,tuneless lyrical gibberish masquarading as meaningful ...all played out in front of contrived hysteria and mass suggestion...it reflects the end state of a worthless society of gormless,mindless,puppets
And Take That didn't come back cause they never left. They toured in 2019. Then that shity corona virus happened. You know nothing man.
