Dr. John, my soccer player son (13 years old), his thighs stick together when he walks, and at the same time, he has a major problem of short Achilles tendon and his feet remain flat, which you mentioned in your videos before and I got to know.
Do you think his feet can be fixed by putting insoles or the same art?

Had a spinal injury which pushed my left hip down and I did not know because there was no pain. And I walked for a couple years which screwed me up.
I can move my foot if I use gravity and not fight gravity. My leg muscles are now weak. I am working out jumping and doing squats but it is coming back slowly.
To have 70% of motion in my foot, I have to lay down on my stomach and hang my feet off the bed. Yesterday I was able to move my toes upwards when sitting or standing for the first time in a couple of years.
