Hello David, what kind of material is the outer tent fabric and do you have more technical specifications ((ps The Naturehike website doesn’t give any information)
Hello, have you managed to take the tent out for a camp? How is it in rain/wind? I had the older Opalus 2 and loved it, and I like the look of the solid inner and rollable front on this version, but the materials are a bit lighter/less durable
@@abbeyvetcentre I haven't brought it out on a trip yet, but I did leave it set up in the yard for a week. During that time we had snow, rain, and wind gusts around 30mph. The inside stayed dry the whole time and I didn't see anything that would make me worry about durability.
@@abbeyvetcentre there is no mesh on the front and rear vents. There is mesh on the vestibule door vent though. There is some mesh venting on the front and back sides of the inner tent. You can see the inside of the tent in this video: ua-cam.com/video/stDNtVSaILk/v-deo.htmlsi=uvZ4IE5VnY4mr7Th
Thanks! One last question 😁 Did you receive a groundsheet/footprint for the inner with it? The first gen one included one that could be attached and offered a bit more protection to the floor

@davidspagnolo4870 Thanks for responding. Sounds promising, and looks like a good upgrade to the first gen
Also, do the front and rear vents have any mesh covering them?
