I got a bubble machine in the shape of a whale for my wedding last August. :D my husband and I will definitely be using the machine for kids too- we're expecting our first in July! (^.^)
Great tips!! You can tell you were a teacher at one point! I am an Early Childhood Educator and absolutely LOVE the bubble hack! I would love to set up bottles like this on our playground. Also, s trick I used with my son concerning syickers is that he loved using stickets, but he would use them EVERYwhere, walls, tables, and occasionaly on paper. I end up buying him a plastic kids chair for him to use and caledd it his "sticker chair." That was where he could stick all of his stickers and so he did and used it for years. That solved the problem I was having and years later I was able to share with my grandchildren their daddy's chair and so they wanted to make sticker chairs too! Thank you for all you do Kallie! I learn something new everytime I watch you! ❤
As a teacher I have to say that you have some really great ideas. We use a lot of those in our classroom and your spot on with everything you're doing with your child! You are a great mom!
Kallie, you're my favorite. I don't even have any kids but I still watch all your mom hack videos lol. You're just so down to earth and come up with such clever ideas that I am always down to watch whatever you put up. I especially love your real talk about how you struggle just like anyone else. The world needs that message from people we admire. Thanks for your killer content 💗
I'm not an American, I don't have kids of my own and we don't even have Dollar Trees in my country. But I'm a kindergarten teacher, and of course they sell similar products like these in my country too. And I got a ton of new ideas from this video, of how I could use them in my work. I'm definitely going to get few of those cupcake trays and a set of really cheap makeup. I'll just scratch the make up off, wash them and give them to the "Beauty Salon" -play basket at my work place. I can already think of a dozen little girls (and couple of little boys too) who will absolutely love them! 🥰😁 Thanks so much for such an inspiring video! Me and the kids will have lots of fun in the near future with these ideas! 😃❤
Such an amazing mom! I have a 20 month old and 1 month old. Would like to see how you manage to balance time between the two. My eldest demands a lot of my attention so it can be very challenging to prevent tantrums and fuss.
Thank you for the tips. I am no longer a mom, but I am a great-grandma and these tips will help me with my great babies when they came to visit me. God bless you!
I’d love to see you do a “Coffee video” lol I’m a iced coffee girl too! Great video w/ so many great tips. I have that blue flashlight in my purse! It’s bright!
The DT plastic activity trays in the school section is also great to keep in your vehicle on trips when your child (or you) eats a snack. The food can be put on the tray in their lap or on the seat so the food doesn’t spill anywhere. Yes we have stopped from time to time for food and stayed in the car to eat and we use the small tray to put the food on. Works great!
I HATE getting the bubble solution all over me too! I swear by attaching the container to the deck. Also it allows you to sit back, watch and enjoy a nice day while they just go to town playing with the bubbles. Got to love that!
Here I thought I was the only mom who hated bubbles! I wish I would have thought of that hack when my kids were younger! Even as a mom to teenagers, I loved your mom videos. Helps me stay in the loop with new moms!
I’m a grandma now but I absolutely love all of your suggestions and hacks! I sure could have used your great ideas 25+ yrs ago, but I’ll use them now to make the grands happy and impress my kids! Haha Don’t ya know Only the best for the grands! Haha ❤️ your channel Thank You for all u do and share
Great tips! One of my favourite cupcake tin hacks for my kids was to fill them with shaving cream and stir a different drop of food colouring into each tin for their baths. They could paint their bodies, the tub and walls without staining anything!
Even as a grandmother I hear you loud and clear about the bubbles! I buy the huge half gallon size at Walmart to keep the smaller ones filled but they fling it EVERYWHERE! It ends up all over the porch and surrounding areas not to mention my hair’😱 I am going to fix a little place where it’s fastened even at a slight angle..maybe cut an angled piece of pool noodle? Mater of fact..you have given me a great idea! A whole little play area on my back porch with different sized hoops to throw a ball through as well as buckets. You’re a peach!💕
Almost makes me lactate!! I so miss having an infant. Thank you for allowing us to watch your sweet son as he grows and hearing the soothing baby sounds....blessings.
You have THE BEST activity ideas for toddlers!! Do you have an education background? I always go back to your videos before a $1 tree run... so far every activity I’ve tried of yours has been a huge hit in my home daycare! EXCELLENT MOM CONTENT!!!! ❤️
Oh my goodness. My daughters are grown adults and my sons are both ten, and you've FINALLY solved the bubble dilemma!!! Better late than never! I can teach my kids for their kids!! Thank you so much for your videos :)
I’m a big Dollar Tree fan! Just wanted to make sure you knew about the many books, kids and adults, they carry, storage bins for Legos/toys, plastic figures like animals and insects. Thank you for your tips! 🥰
The hit the nail on the head with so many of these hacks! I related to so much, especially the bubble problem, the bulk tweezer issue, and the stickers! I can't wait to try some of these hacks!!
Plastic Voss bottles are great for the sensory bottles. I made some 5 years ago and they have been tossed around and are still working well. Great tips, thank you for sharing.
You can also use the muffin tins for hard boiling eggs in the oven & you can also crack eggs into each cup (spray with oil first!) & cook them in the oven to get completely round sunny side or scrambled eggs for english muffin breakfast sandwiches.
Another great video. A small note about the stickers. I am in the printing industry and thought I would offer some printing verbiage to go along with that segment. When you take your sheet of stickers to remove the surrounding material you are peeling away the die cut matrix leaving just the stickers on the liner.. Ps .. side note. One of your recent videos talked about using those dish washing gloves with the little bristles on them. I did it. Worked great. Never thought of it myself. Great tip. Thank you.
This is a really old idea, so I’m sure you already know ... (or hopefully, there hasn’t been some safety hazard discovered about it!): We used to put plastic/rubber animals, shapes, jewels, coins, etc in the glitter bottles so the kids could “search” for treasure. It sure helped to keep them occupied! Hardest thing about it was finding things small enough to fit through the bottle opening! Always use under supervision and - YES - super glue that bottle cap on!
Thank you for your program today I took it was wonderful I never thought of the products in the way that you looked at them and I want to do them and I'm just a grandma they don't come to my house they're not little anymore but sometimes you never know you can give some to a child across the street that you know you see anyway thank you great ideas even for things that we need is just being a woman so thank you you do wonderful classes and everything and you're wonderful thank you bye
Brilliant! Absolutely genius ideas. Ideas so good that I almost wish teens (16,13,11) were toddlers. My only brilliant parenting advice is to stop worrying about everything constantly. Take time each day to really get down and play, be silly with your kids and enjoy each stage of development and growth. You may not believe it right now but they grow up so unbelievably fast. The next thing you now, you are the one chasing them saying do you want to watch a movie or play a game, hugs anyone?? etc While they just want to hangout with their friends. They are only little once and only for a very brief amount of time. Love & cherish every moment.
I love the tips, currently implementing several from past videos too, we use the bright push light over the 10 weeks old changing table for night diapering
OMG the zip ties for bubble containers! Genius! Just did the bubble thing with the grandkids. Covered with it by the time I was done. Love this idea. Gonna try it next time. ❤️
You are a SUPER MOM. Great Job. 💗💞🎉🌟🌟🎉💞💗 This is the 1st time I personally hear about the Ziptie and the Bubble bottle solution. Thank you. One day when I have Grandbabies I can use that one.
My kids are now your age. I loved doing arts and crafts with them, starting at a young age. I wish UA-cam was around so I could have embraced your hacks. Love the content.
These are brilliant! I’ve never seen any of these! Thank you Kallie. We have found bubble machines to be AWESOME, but your idea with the zip ties so they can do it themselves too is definitely one we will be using.
The makeup hack is awesome! My 2 year old is forever getting into my makeup. I'll definitely be doing this with old makeup so she can play without the mess & it still looks like my stuff not a toy. Lol.
I appreciate your recs from dollar tree the most - they are always spot on! I hate when youtubers push a bunch of crap or say everything is a great deal, because honestly it’s not always the best deal! I also love your mix of play for Miles - very sensory play/outdoor/Montessori so I know I can trust your recommendations. I’ll also add that their glow sticks are a great deal. When they have packs of 25 they’re the best (sometimes toy section has in bundles of 8). We do “club tub” where we add glow sticks to bubble bath, turn off some lights, and play toddler hits 😂 Best way to stretch a bath to bedtime!
You stinkin’ genius! Love your hack videos. I do love the Dollar Tree sunglasses for kids and myself! I’m always sitting on mine or losing them. I made a sticker book for road trips out of a folder that has the brackets for paper. My son kept the sticker pages in the folders and stuck them on the papers. Kept everything contained.
Have seen so many Dollar Tree videos that not much is surprising anymore (I still love watching them, though). But you got me twice with this one! Taking the backs off the sticker packs?? Genius! And the zip ties and the bubbles will be great this summer!
Can we just comment on how amazing you are for posting videos lately while juggling a toddler and newborn!! You’re super mom
TY Kallie
THANK YOU! I recently became a stepmom and there's so much to learn. Appreciate all your videos!
Congratulations!! Enjoy your new life@!!
Da hub
Wow, you are a terrific mom. You have thought of every way to stimulate your child. Good for you, Kelly.
As a mom and a Pre-K teacher the stickers idea was a great idea! Also some of the sensory bin ideas were spot on! Love it!!
That bubble ziptie trick is fantastic! I wish somebody had told me that 30 years ago😂🤣
Now you have it if, when you have grandkids
Forget the kids, I love divided dishes for “snacky” meals. I’m totally getting myself a cupcake tin.
The kraft paper is also the best for underneath art projects to save your table!
Love the Dollar Tree! They also have a set of tiny screwdrivers in a case.
My bubble hack with two kids...bubble machine and mommy watching them chase bubbles or cook while they dance in bubbles
I got a bubble machine in the shape of a whale for my wedding last August. :D my husband and I will definitely be using the machine for kids too- we're expecting our first in July! (^.^)
I have 3 kids and seriously think about getting a bubble machine everytime we get the bubbles out
@@YasuTaniina working at a daycare before having kids made this a must for me.
@@ywLDSforever congratulations! I started thr bubble machine as soon as they could walk and the weather was nice.
My bubble machine hack was to purchase a plug in on vs batteries so it lasts longer. Lol. MORE chill time.

I love the shaking bottles. If you substitute oil instead of glue they will be clear and it gives it a lava lamp feel to it. 💕💕
Love this 👏🏼 Momma of 3 over here and these are great hacks! Your son and baby girl are precious!
Yes!!! Same sentiment on bubbles!! The liquid is always spilt!
