This is one of the best how-to videos I've ever watched. Thank you for sharing!
thank you so very much for making this tutorial! I wanted to make a bunch to use for my rescue animal photography that I do!
Can you add a link for the rubber tubing? Thanks!
You provided really excellent instruction, thanks! 🐾
Wooooow thanks for sharing! the possibilities are endless i’m gonna make so many for my dog. Ty
Hi, I make accessories for dogs, but from different materials. My question is in terms of safety, if the dog gets stuck in something, if the collar gives in to the point where it doesn't hurt the dog?! Thank you 😊
What type of rubber tubing did you use? There is no link.
You are a LIFESAVER!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ thank you
This is awesome! One question though - would it be ok to use my regular standard crimpers or should I buy the larger crimper you have?
I don’t know what kind of crimpers you have so that’s hard for me to say 😬 but if they are for jewelry wire I would definitely say you would need the bigger ones!
Love this! This one was for a met fan I bet😂
OMG!!! I LOVE THIS!!
Can you post the link for the rubber tubing, please?
What do you use to hold the beads when u drill them? Awesome video ty
So your tutorial was super easy. Thank you so much. But I do have a question. I can’t seem to get the tubing to stay snug on the clasp. I notice it still slides. Now I bought one for my dog last year from somebody and they somehow were able to harden theirs. But I don’t know if theirs was like a silicone or what material it is to be able to harden it like that. Do you have a Facebook or something like that? To be able to message you and ask you questions?
Thank you for making this video. Can you share what size tubing you used please
What about making these for the smaller dogs? Any suggestions on size of the coated wire?
I don’t see why you couldn’t use the same materials, just smaller size
Hey! Can someone help. I bought the aluminum sleeves but they don’t fit the wire. What size do I need?
Can I ask what is the best snip for this wire? I can’t seem to find a good one that snips as easily as you show in the video? Thanks.
Very cute. Glad I watched. This is much different what i was expecting. This looks very durable. I want to make a collar for #MYMy (MyOmi Jade) my baby dog.
Thanks so much for the links! Would you please add the link for the rubber tubing? Thanks!!!
Did you ever find it?
Can we have the link to the aluminum sleeves? I can't seem to find them! Thank you! The 1/16th don't seem to let the wire through!
I’m having the same issue!
We’re do you get the crimpers from✨
I'd like to use the shrink plastic to cover the crimp what are those called?
Heat Shrink Tubing
Can you post the links for exact links for all your materials?
What a great idea!! Love it! 😊💜 Would you please share the links to the items you used?
Oh my gosh I totally forgot to add that in the description 🤦🏻♀️ I’m a dummy lol. I will get the links posted there tonight!!
@@FarmhouseDesigns okay. Thank you. 😊
Ok they are up now, sorry about that!!
@@FarmhouseDesigns great! Thank you so much!! 😊
Do you have a link for the rubber tubing?
Trying this out and unfortunately, MOST suppliers do not sell beads large enough for the covered wire tubing illustrated in this video. Sure, I suppose you could manually drill a larger hole for each individual bead, however that process is extremely time consuming. While I like the idea of this, I'm still looking for better aligned sized beads & wire for a smoother & faster process for this type of craft.
So what bead did you end up getting?
@@avrianawoods2553 I bought multiples from Michael’s and also from the online store suggested in this video, Poplollies. While I love the beads, none of the holes are big enough to fit the covered wire tubing. That said, I have since purchased a Dremel from Amazon…BUT I didn’t think of purchasing a vise to secure the bead when reaming via the Dremel 😑 so, I just ordered a vise to secure the bead that should be delivered tomorrow. I’ll try to remember to update back to let you know how it’s coming along/works out!
P.S. still trying to figure out a speedier solution with the bead reaming…all ideas are welcome
Where can I find the link for these items?
What took did you use to drill out the bead holes?
I use a 1/8 drill bit
So I bought everything accod to your link. The wire wont go through the beads, do you hav to dremel them out some? The tubing was to big what am I doing wrong
Yah I think she said she drilled out the hole to make it larger. I plan to use a dremal
Where did you buy the dremel?
Can anyone link me the kind of tubbing shes using? 😢 thax!
Whats the size of the rope again? Thanks
Can you please add the link for the rubber tubing as the one I bought was wrong
Did you find the correct tubing?
What do you use to drill holes bigger?
Probably a dremmel
What kind of wire are u using and can I get these suplys at any craft art store
Amazon
Anyone know where to find the M2 Crimps by itself? I'm almost out of the ones from the crimper tool. Don't want to have to buy another one just for them
What size of tubbing did you use? The size she says on the video don’t fit
@SuperDallaschick I struggled on finding a right size as I wanted to use Heat Shrink instead but I ordered this! It fits around the beads which helps after you crimp the ends!. I end up putting some hot glue gun under it to "cover" the openings since it doesnt completely shrink around it. I hope this helps!
XHF 1 Inch (25mm) 3:1 Waterproof Heat Shrink Tubing Marine Grade Wire Cable Adhesive Lined Tube Insulation Seal Against Moisture Corrosion and Air Leakage, 4 Ft Black
Can a latch or hook thing be attached to the other side? So instead of slipping over, I can latch it. Is that possible? Thank you
If you look up clippable 1" mm o ring it should show them!
What kind of beads r they. Do you use silicone or glass or wooden
They are called bubblegum beads
Can you post link for wire and rubber?
They are in the description!
Has anyone bought the supplies listed and tried? The wire won't fit the crimps
I have! The wire does not fit the crimps! But if you buy the pliers it comes with the right sized crimps! 😊
@@caseyogeay2635 re you referring to the pliers tht she suggests and those crimos that come with it are the correct size?
@@jenniferahart3017 yes the pliers that she lists in the bio, they come with crimps
@@caseyogeay2635 I’m finding that the wire won’t fit in most holes on the beads. Are you having this issue?
@@jenniferahart3017 yes! But if you get beads from poplollies then you can drill the bigger holes! 🙂
What size are the beads?
20 mm
To think I’ve spent 50 bucks for my dogs collars
