WRITTEN RECIPE In a cup, mix together: 167 g warm milk 8g lemon juice In a separate bowl, whisk together: 75 g unsalted butter 100 g sugar 75 g egg (microwaved into a liquid) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract In a separate bowl, mix: 190 g cake flour 2 g red rice flour 1 g salt Then put that bowl into a strainer and strain the contents into the bowl with the egg, sugar, and butter Mix together the ingredients in the bowl until there is a reddish pink coloring, then add the milk and lemon juice mixture that was in the cup and mix it all together with a spatula Then in a separate cup: 8g lemon juice 4g baking soda Add the mixture to the bowl with the pink/red stuff Then, pour the bowl into a 15 cm cake mold and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes Repeat the same steps to bake another layer of the red/pink cake Mix together: 400 g cold cream cheese 300 g whipped cream 120 g raspberry jam After cooling the cake layers and removing them from their molds, cut the top off of each layer and cut it into 2 sheets (prepare a total of 4 sheets) Add sugar syrup on the top of one layer of cake, then add a bit of the mixture in the bowl to the top of the layer, smoothing it out evenly around the top and half of the sides Stack each layer on top of each other and repeat steps When the final layer is done, smooth the rest of the cream mixture onto the sides or all of the other layers and smooth it out Harden the cake slightly in the fridge Take a bar of Ritter sport chocolate and cut it into squares, then drip melted white chocolate around the sides of the cake with a piping bag Use another piping bag and the rest of the pink cream mixture to make dollops in a circle on top of the cake Add 4 peach flavored jellies (gummies) on top of every other dollop and add 4 of the chocolate squares in between every other dollop

abi i I wouldn’t recommend recreating any of her videos. I have also tried two of her cake recipes and they did not turn out right I’m not new to baking either. I’m thinking something might be lost in the translation or I dunno. I’ll watch the videos because they’re nice but never again will I make them. Go to home cooking adventure for beautiful cakes that aren’t miniature and actually turn out right.

The first didn't but I figured out it was because I was used to using cups rather than grams and I ended up messing up the measurements. I've made it two other times since and its turned out great. I think its a practice and trial and error thing
She doesn't specify what type of oven she uses, so that may factor in. Also, most recipes are trial an error. I would say, keep tweaking the recipe until you get it right.

WRITTEN RECIPE
In a cup, mix together:
167 g warm milk
8g lemon juice
In a separate bowl, whisk together:
75 g unsalted butter
100 g sugar
75 g egg (microwaved into a liquid)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, mix:
190 g cake flour
2 g red rice flour
1 g salt
Then put that bowl into a strainer and strain the contents into the bowl with the egg, sugar, and butter

Normally I have seen recipes making for two person.
Marcus Cheow decrease the ingredients and get a smaller cake pan. Maybe you can turn it into cupcakes.

My cake batter came out watery can anyone tell me why? Was it too hot did i add too much of the lemon milk liquid idk what happened i followed everything could it be because when i made it it was in hot weather? Pleasee someone help me i want to master this cake lol
abi i I wouldn’t recommend recreating any of her videos. I have also tried two of her cake recipes and they did not turn out right I’m not new to baking either. I’m thinking something might be lost in the translation or I dunno. I’ll watch the videos because they’re nice but never again will I make them.
Go to home cooking adventure for beautiful cakes that aren’t miniature and actually turn out right.
@@CutTheCrapAndKissMe I actually tried making her blueberry oreo cheesecake and it turned out fine. The first didn't but I figured out it was because I was used to using cups rather than grams and I ended up messing up the measurements. I've made it two other times since and its turned out great. I think its a practice and trial and error thing
She doesn't specify what type of oven she uses, so that may factor in. Also, most recipes are trial an error. I would say, keep tweaking the recipe until you get it right.
