The 'pointy' end of the implant will stay within the corpora tissue, and as long as there is no proximal perforation, it is extremely unlikely that the patient will feel anything in the pubic region during sexual intercourse.

He would never recommend any man do this operation ! the surgeon is an uncaring Dr. he got his $ and does not care it is painful and it was placed incorrectly , sized wrong he is smaller than before he cannot operate the pump it is like rock the fluid solid ! he cannot have intercourse w/ his wife ! she may leave him ! the Boston scientific rep has not helped and no other doctor will help him or do a revision surgery or even consult w/ him no one will help him ! this technology is NOT developed ! it does NOT work ! do not do it !

It is not as easy as you say Doctor, but probably better than the first generation. Have you tried some kind of indirect comand of the pump? Why?
