Dr Dray is a blessing! Who here agrees with me? 🤘
Blessing for the skin AND the wallet ❤️
@@billyjean3118 . Yes!
Absolutely 😁
💯💯💯
I agree 110%!
Me: thinking I have a solid unbreakable skincare routine
Dr dray: Comes out with video.
Me: *sighs* Where can I buy it?
Hahaha me too!!
Same. 😂😅
😹🙌
😅 me too
lol haha
Kinda off topic, but tretinoin (stronger than retinol) is really great for dark spots on the body also. My chest was covered in dark spots from my eczema scars. And tretinoin cleared it up 🙌🏽
How long did it take?
What did you use?
@@parizahra5682 She said she used tretinoin, need a prescription to get it
Is there any specific way you applied it
How long did it take?
I started using Neutrogena Rapid repair on my arms after hearing your UTube about skin repair ...my arm were looking crepey...but 1 year later are now smooth & no signs of dryness. Cost $25 per month and it's fabulous! I'm 70 years old and swear by this. Thank you so much you saved countless of money.
Thank you for sharing that!
I am happy to hear this, I too will try using on my crepy arms. So hard to find good information for we girls in our 70's (I am 73)
Can we use this for crepey skin on the hands???
@@lanaofficiel4042 yes!
@@billy7951 Thank you!!
I called Advanced Clinicals and they told me that the percentage of Retinol in their Retinol Cream in the Spa size contains 1.5% retinol.
Thank you!
Thank you, very useful
Thank you! I’ve been trying to find out their percentage forever!
Thank you, this helps a lot!
I’ve been using for about a week now, and my skin is noticeably smoother. Yay for affordable cruelty free skin care science!!
Tretinoin has done wonders for my skin but I wish there was prescription tretinoin specifically formulated as a body cream/lotion
I've wondered about this too. I have heard other skin care channels on here say that using strong vitamin A creams (aka tretinoin Lol) on large areas of skin consistently could possibly lead to Vitamin A deficiency in the body. I wonder how true this is. Dr Dray's reasoning for not doing it seems to be just that it would be expensive, so I'd assume she might touch on that if it were true but it'd be cool to hear her input. Cheers :)
There is, it was approved last year I believe 🤔 I remember seeing a tweet about it. I forgot what its called though!
Agreed
Sleepy Parrot but if providing skin with vitamin A How would u be deffient in vitamin A
Sleepy Parrot I’m curious cuz the reason I want to use is. Just like we don’t want saggy wrink skin the same would go for body right?
I took your advice and got the Advanced Clinicals, and WOW is it heavenly! I used it all over my body after showering this morning and tonight my skin still feels like butter!! Tops of my feet, tops of my hands, like a baby’s bottom. No itching, no prickling, no burning. This is very special for me because I have lupus and my skin is very very very reactive to everything, So Thank you!!
Does it improves skin texture
Mine leaves a white cast as i left the lotion in the car for 3 days under hot sunny day. Does it damage the formula? And i noticed when im wearing it my skin gets dry after that
@@Kina420_ over heating might mess it up, I don’t get a white cast from mine.
Do you use it on damp skin after the shower?
@@SaraChimenti I put it on after lightly drying my body. So the skin is …hydrated when I put it on, but not drippy wet.
This is the video I've been waiting for!!! I kept thinking, "If retinol is so good for your skin, why isn't it in body products?" I haven't even watched the video yet and I'm ready to take notes.
I love that you always factor in cost! Relatability queen ❤️ unlike some other UA-cam skincare people who continue to recommend expensive products for various reasons.... really really much appreciated that you look out for our skin AND our wallets.
Walmart has a nice combo of the Advanced Clinicals moisturizer you mentioned and their CoQ10. Have a great day everyone!
Can you clarify which product or products this is? Is it their equate brand?
Thank you Dr. Dray, you’re so much appreciated, for giving us the facts vs opinions on ingredients list about a product and your recommendations! 💜
Thank you so much for your honest informative videos. As a 62 year old woman who has always taken good care of my skin It is still so easy to get sucked in. I appreciate your reviews of products while at the same time things are affordable.
You are rocking it, Dr. Dray!!! I am going to get one of these. I am just now at a month away from turning 59 to get crepey skin where my triceps are and a bit in the inner forearms. While I always apply moisturizers, I can certainly change up.
Thank you so much for this Dr Dray! I've been trying to find good products for arms and chest with sun damage and repair (growing up in Australia and living on the beach in my childhood, I'm now seeing the sun damage and trying to fix it). You're you're right! It's so hard to find good quality actives for the body (that aren't super expensive!) I have been using the ordinary products but I will now get on board and try the products you suggest! Thanks again, love your channel!
Dr Dray, such a great discovery. Simple and to the point. You are true expert.
Adding all the chapters in the videos you create is awesome because you can see what’s coming up without disrupting the video..... brilliant! Great tips today and the attire and earrings are excellent! ☕️⭐️
Thanks!! Happy Tuesday!
Greetings U. Charlie hope u r well n Happy Tuesday😀👍💜....

Yey! Been waiting for this! Thank you for all that you do, Dr. Dray! Have a nice day and keep safe always 😊 Lots of love from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Literally just bought the Paula's choice one, so very happy to see that it was a good desicion!
Same!!
Dr dray comming in clutch once again. Thank you!
I use the Neutrogena retinol per Dr Dray's suggestion and I absolutely love it. I love the way it makes my skin feel so smooth and hydrated afterwards.
WOW! I LOVE that top you’re wearing! Definitely something I would choose for myself!!
I calculated the price per ounce for each of the products mentioned if you want to pick one purely off of best value!
1. Advanced clinicals ($1/oz)
2. Paula's choice ($6/oz)
3. Replenix body lotion ($12/oz)
4. Neutrogena ($13.50/oz)
5. Perricone MD ($17/oz)
6. Differin/Adapalene ($18/oz)
Hope this helps!
i always do this now when buying, thank you!

Wow! Thank you! I just rcvd Advanced Clinical at my doorstep last night, I love it already! (fragrance free & not tested on animals)
I really appreciate your efforts to put video daily🙏🏽 ya much needed topic for me struggling wit body hyperpigmentation..thank you doctor🙂
thanks!
Love the bright color on you and the dangly earrings!!
Yessss! I’ve been looking for a video specifically about retinol for the body 😎👍🏽
THANK YOU
I see so little content on this and I have been so hesitant to pull the trigger on a specific one because I struggle finding good reviews.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much! I am going to try the Walmart one for my chest and shoulders. You have changed my skin care life- and I actually have gotten my husband and 19 year old son to moisturize and wear sunscreen. You’re amazing!!
I was just looking to see if you had done a video on this. Couldn’t find one, and here it is! I’m so excited!
Dr Dray is a gem . Kind , knowledgeable, straightforward and empathetic.❤
Dr Dray, have you ever thought about teaching? I think you would be an amazing, wonderful, great teacher.
Love from UK
Hope you, your mom and Tybee are having a good week, and are staying safe and warm. Thanks for the content!
Thank you! You too!
Yessssss! Finally, I was ready to start researching this myself. Thanks!
Glad to see you looking healthy. Not sure what was going on but I’m so glad to see you looking better and I hope that means actually doing better as well.
So great to hear you say that the order of ingredients listed on a product doesn't mean the last ingredients are too low to be effective. Yay Dr Dray! Also would be great if influencers would specify the difference between fragrance and smell, for example, natural vitamin E and rose hydrosol are ingredients I use in formulas and both have strong smells. Vitamin E has a slightly unpleasant smell and I use rose hydrosol not only to mask V E, but also for its mild anti-inflamatory and anti-bacterial properties. Added bonus is the fragrance. Thank you for all the information you freely give 🙌
I buy the Advanced Clinical Retinol cream at Sams Club. Huge jar. I use it on my face, neck and chest on my non Retin-A days. I use it on my hands every night. Glad to see Dr Dray recommending this one. 👍🏻
Please can you tell me if you used it every day in the body? Or it has to be every two days because the retinol?
@@safari2116 I use it pretty daily and don’t have issues, even with sensitive skin. 👍🏼
Can it be use in underarms and belly
Is it safe to use on face?
pls tell me dose it work?
I LOVE the one from Paulas Choice.
I’ve noticed your wearing more color as you said you were attempting. Looks very nice.
I just added the Advanced Clinicals lotion to my cart this morning, but was wondering if it was really worth it...
This video came up a couple of hours later and now I know it's worth buying!
Thanks Dr. Dray!
You have no idea how many people you're positively influencing just with the "sunscreen and subscribe" line. It really shows that while your business is important, peoples' lifestyle choices are a top priority to you as well. Thank you Dr. Dray.

Wow, good to know. I always thought you couldn't use them in the day
just want to say thank you for all your incredible information that has given me hopes in recovering my damaged skin I felt utterly hopeless. I started the healthier routine just by watching your routine and I already see the positive result. I am a chef and neglected my skin care for so many years...topped with extreme stress + age = impossibly crazy bad skin but I am now in the journey of taking time and care of my biggest organ thanks to you! and amazing that you mention that older skin is not all about putting expensive products but it is about sleep, good food, exercise, and embracing. lots hugs to you and will enjoy your post!
Thank you for demystifying these ingredients lists!!
Great to have a re-cap on Retinol, and for offering a very affordable option!
I have recommended Dr. Dray to my three teenage granddaughters for the best skincare advice! I trust her.
I’ve been waiting for this topic 🥰 thank you!
You're so welcome!
Brilliant blog Dr Dray and May I say you are looking bright and spring-like!! Lovely choice of retinol products too 🤩🇬🇧💕
Great video. Answered many questions. Have started using up products ie, Roc and Oil of Olay with retinol on my old crepey legs and arms. On your always helpful recommendations, ordered the Advanced Clinicals. Thank you.
I...literally just asked for this video. Lol thank you!
Hope you like it!
@@DrDrayzday Yes :) needed cruelty free options; so can't touch the Replenix, but some of the other ones look good. Appreciate your knowledge as always.
@Kirari-Jabami Manukulasuriya I love the sun bum spf 50 face sunscreen! Haven’t tried the mineral version though!
@@DrDrayzday Could you suggest some available in Europe? :)
I know I am supposed to be paying attention but those earrings I want those earrings!

Your video is perfect timing, I was just looking for a Retinol body product. I trust your recommendations. Thank you!
Thank u for always making AMAZING content!!
Omg the little edited in "achoo" sneeze has me rolling! But thank you for this video. Everyone always only focuses on actives for our face and neck but I want to take care of the skin all over my body so this video and it's recommendations was super helpful.
In regards to the sneeze …bless you!
I’m a loud sneezer too. I’ve tried everything to fix it but it’s just a think we can’t all sound cute!!
This was helpful. I learned that my hand lotion has retinyl palmitate so once I’ve used it up I will be updating my retinol hand cream.
Dr. Dray you are glowing! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!!
Oh gosh, that sneeze sent me rolling! 🤣 Love the recommendations, as always! I'm going to give the Advanced Clinicals a try. Happy Tuesday!
Love seeing you step outside your comfort zone by wearing patterns and color!
Your channel is life! I have just started using PTR skin care for my body. It a two step process. The first step is an exfoliating gel and body moisturizer with retinol, ceramics, colloidal oatmeal and Shea butter. They were on sale sold as a set on QVC. Thought I would give it a try.
Right???!!! I was just thinking about it earlier this morning!! Love it!!!
AWESOME, I just bought the Advanced Clinicals a couple months ago! I'm so glad it has your approval. I wasn't quite sure about the stability of it but I wanted something cruelty free and vegan and affordable. I emailed them to ask about the percentage of retinol and haven't heard back yet, but I hope I do. Also, I too love that it's a pump, and I also love that it's pretty much a jar with a pump so you can open if up and scrape out the last of it that the pump won't get.
Someone posted here they called and it’s 1.5% retinol for the 16 oz spa size
This is a great topic I love the replenix. Happy Tuesday dr. Dray and peeps🥳🥳🥳🥳❤️❤️
Same to you!
Thank you!!! Loving the Perricone MD Cold Plasma+ fragile skin lotion. :)
Hi Dr Dray, I've been waiting for this. So, thanks - you are awesome :)
Hi Dr. Dray! Thank you so much for the info! Any thoughts on the Olay Nighttime Body Wash with Retinol? I know it has fragrance but was curious.
Never thought of using retinol on the body, which is weird because I’m such a skin nerd😂❤️
I have been using Retinol all over my body for over a year now. And that includes my cracked heels 🤣
@@millig8980 Oh damn 😅
@@millig8980 How are your results doing?
Thank you! I was one of the peeps who asked for this 👏🏼
Yess thank you Doctor Dray!! Been looking for a retinol body product for keratosis pilaris 🤩
How very interesting, thank you for this post. Do you have any thoughts on mixing Tretinoin (I use 0,05%) with a body moisturizer and applying it? Thank you
Just what I was looking for. Thanks for pointing out the cruelty free ones.
I started using Paula's Choice a week or so ago. My skin is so soft even my husband noticed. Love it. Good to know that only a little is necessary to be effective. Thanks!
Happy Tuesday! Great information. Thank you!
👏🏼👍🏼😊☀️
I use the ordinary retinol 0,2% on my stretch marks. It is cheap and makes my skin soft. not my favorite for face, but works for body
I just bought a tube of Differin to use on sun spots along my collar bone and my forearms/back of hands. I apply it after my body lotion has dried down. :)
how i use it as well :)
Yay! I’ve been waiting for this one! Thank you.
Perfect timing!!!!!! Any question I come up with, her vids pop up with the answer!!! 🪄🔮
Hi Dr Dray, great video thankyou! I didn't even know retinol could be used on the body! Should we put these creams on wet/damp skin (as you recommend to do with normal body creams) or onto dry skin?
Love that blouse! And the earrings! Also super interested in the content but Dr. Dray is rocking her New Years resolution 😀
Yay! Thank you!
I love how you explained about face cream ingredients
This information is a god send, thank you Dr. Dray!!!! ❤️
Gorgeous shirt Dr 💕 looks amazing with you 🌸
Love her so much. she’s so beautiful!😍
I ordered the advanced clinicals! Thank you!!
Loving this video! Thank you for the knowledge 😃
What?!?! I was just searching for this a few days ago! 😂😂 Thank you so much ❤️
You're so welcome!
I bought two bottles of the replenix retinol body cream for $43 each this past thanksgiving and I use them as my face cream. I like the texture on my face especially in winter time and the ingredient deck gives me confidence. Cost per ounce is similar to a basic drugstore facial cream so that’s a good buy in my opinion
Do you mind if I ask what your skin type is? I’ve been considering doing this as well. I rarely get any acne but my skin is extremely clog-prone. Also, what benefits have you noticed (or did notice if not still using? Hope you see this!
Thank you for very good information about ingredient list, I’m one of those people who thinks if the active ingredient is down the list it’s not going to work. Changed my mind 😊
Omg I was wondering this a few days ago!!! You look wonderful Dr Dray, hope you’re having a great day!
Omg the edited sneeze 🤣 but I’ve seen the big tub of retinol at TJ maxx/Marshalls if anyone is interested!
Dr. Dray you're awesome! My skin is so much better because of you. What do you think about the rest of the "Advanced Clinicals" products? They're very affordable but I don't know how good they are.
You read my mind with this video! Been on the hunt for a Retinol Body cream! thanks
Awesome! Very accessible information for very accessible products! Also, you have a great new coffee mug! :)
I remember seeing Paula (of Paulas Choice) saying that you could save money by putting her retinol body lotion on the face and save money! (You get a lot more product in a body lotion)I’m thinking of trying it!
The only problem with that idea is that their body lotion has 0,01% retinol, whereas the version I use on my face has 1% retinol. 0,01% ist not going to do much on your face, but it's a good way to start getting your skin used to the ingredient.
Love that blouse on you, great color! Really needed this video, thank you. My Amazon cart is getting really big at this point. :) Note: Amazon has the Replenix for $57.11
Have you tried Replinx products, are they good, did you notice a change and which product is good from them, please give me your opinion
@@raghdaaazizz4706 I have not. Not in my budget.
