I attended this event and I really enjoyed it. This was my first AU, and I learned a lot from the sessions and hands on labs. Various activities and networking. Design to manufacture for the air quality meter was fantastic.
AU is a fun event. I recommend going at least once. I presented a class there several years ago and attended several others. And since ours is in Las Vegas I gambled too :)
Interesting video Neil. I've wondering for a long time; what kind of studies the type of work you develop, are requeired to have? Guess engineering background. It would be so helfully if you could explain this sort of topic.
I am going to see if I can maybe go to the London one for the next year! Would be a bit late to ask my company to pay for this year's one! Especially if I can sit the certification exams! And my company just got their BIM certification so it would be awesome!
Yes it is ! . . . . Yes I know . . . It's just a JOLLY ! . . . . no it's not ! . . . . It's VERY informative. It gives us a good insight into what's coming out soon and gives us time to plan for it. I even had a chance to air my views and maybe influence future Inventor stuff ( which I can't discuss ) . . . and . . . and . . . and . . . Yes it's very good. ( I've not seen your vid yet Neil ) I'm at work. I'll view it at lunch time. Maybe I just said the same as you ? ? ? ? . . . . Jim
Yep! I completely agree Neil. I had no idea you were going or I'd have been looking for you. I would have said thanks personally for all the good stuff you do on UA-cam. You managed to capture my mate on that film near the 3D printer.

I'm a Certified USER ( not a PRO though ). You can add it to your emails & business cards etc :)
For this year at least I think I will have to skip AU Vegas and put that money into a decent 3d printer.
"Risk takers" - yeah, one could end up with a paper cut on their fingers...
