Alright so im the type person that never makes comments but this... this is pretty important to me. I want to thank you Suwawako for making me discover Touhoufest 2024. Your video on Touhoufest 2023 had me in tears and made me want to go there. I somehow managed to convensed my parents to go there and it was the first time in my life that I left my country. These two days that I spent there were some of the best days I had in my life. It was the first time that I was participating in a real event of my favorite franchise. It was fun talking and doing stuff with others. I originally wanted to tell you this in person while we were there but I was too shy so instead I leave the message in this comment. Sadly I wasn't able to get the full experience because my parents grew tired and left before the end of the event. So thank you Suwawako and long live Touhou

I love this convention. 2024 was my first year. I met so many friends that i met online, met so many new people, and made so many great memories. Was a bit nervous about meeting new people Hopefully I can find a job in California after the Navy to have to stay and go to Touhoufest 2025. (Mostly Federal Park Ranger) BTW I was the "that Soldier is Cirno?" It was an honor sharing my TF2 story with you. So the Chen Grill Master was a thing. Never knew the guy outside grilling was legit. Thank you for making another video this year. I didn't want to interrupt your video taking as I saw that you were busy walking all around the convention. Since I shared my prior experiences in the other video I thought I should share this year's here. TouhouFest 2024 The line to enter this year was faster and more organized. The organization could be said the same about the tournaments. There were still technical problems and delays but there were much less than last year. Unfortunately they didn't hold a PoFV tournament (my favorite game as well), but I signed up for the UDoALG one. We played it using a balance patch made by SuperChrim which nerfs and buffs characters with Chiyari receiving the largest nerfs. It was a fun tournament and I was lucky enough to place 4th out of 29 participants, but because of scheduling and delays I ended up missing most of TAM's concert when we played again on Sunday. The top three were players dedicated to the game that knew the full ins and outs as they are part of a Touhou 19 Discord Server. SuperChrim himself flew in to partake and I had a fun match with him. He said that he is hoping this tournament will help bring attention to the game and he hopes more people will be interested in joining the server. Even though I missed out on TAM's performance I did attend the Eurobeat concert. Eurobeat isn't something that I care about but I thought I would give it a shot. People were having fun in there jumping up and down and swinging there glowsticks. But with people that packed together and not much ventilation it did come with a bad smell. One thing that was impressive this year was the cosplay community. For a 2 day event I saw a total of 99 different Touhou characters. Since most of my interests of TouhouFest are in the gaming hall I know there are characters that I didn't count which means there were easily over a 100 different characters at the event. Here's hoping TouhouFest 2025 goes just as well.

This is easily the TouhouFest of all time. It's sad that Mr.E didn't experience the fun that everyone had in this event, but hopefully he's happy that we got together to make a great community.
