I have the same mill with the 9.5. I just cut a 23 inch pine log yesterday. Think im going to upgrade to a predator 15.5 hp engine. The 7 or 9.5 seem to be good for 12-14 inch size wood, routinely cutting 18+ inch stuff on these mills either motor is not enough. I also built a custom trailer for mine out of 3/16 6 inch C channel, should have replaced the track sections then. IF i would do this again... Stock mill 7 HP motor stock track. Replace the stock motor with the 15.5 predator engine, throw the track away and make your own with 2 continues sections of Angle iron.
Yeah its 1.50" x 0.049" x 1.14T (7/8"P) Length: 125" from Kenne-Saw torqued to 16lbs. I haven't cut many logs with these blades yet but my initial impressions were great. They are probably not recommended for this mill and may wear it out faster.
@@nicksnextproject535 nice ! Where did you get them. I have the feeling you saw the bit by “ the outdoors guy “. Been shooting for a 126 but may get a 122. Thanks man

Sounds like a good plan. With pine, ill be lightly sharpening my blade after each log. I prefer around a 14-16" log on these mills.
Do you need the clutch spacer for the 15hp swap? I have the 7hp now and looking to do it
@@maxbarbetta4012I had to cut the factory spacer down but it worked fine
Great video ! I cut up to 16" spruce & pine and I love my 9.5 :)
great video thanks
Thanks! Good luck with your decision.
Is this the 1 1/2 inch blade ? Thanks , terry
