I have enjoyed the series so much and that there is a different focus in each practice. I noticed that you mentioned meridiens at the beginning but did not hear any reference to a specific meridien in the poses. I always appreciate those additional details for benefits so that I can come back to a specific pose for a specific meridien. WIth a humble bow and deep appreciation, thank you, Devi! My morning YIN has switched to being restful mid afternoon YiN after four hours of showeling snow. Some of these poses felt challenging I feel relaxed afterwards👍🧡💛.
I l❤ve it so much that I do them in the morning and evening. It makes my life more and more in a flow. I become aware of useless distractions of internet and TV. Plus I stick more to healthy food. So thank you for bringing me to a higher state of awareness 🙏🏼🪷💕
I did full saddle now on my feet and two flat blocks, I like to fold my arms under my back or cross them also above my head. I still don't like square pose and did figure 4 instead. I also like dragon's tale and puppy and caterpillar and sitting butterfly :+) Thx 🥰😍🤩
Hi Devi, oooh it feels so good ! I do a variation of dragon's tail that you don't cue (or I don't remember it) : I lay on my forearm and grab the sturdy ankle. Is it good too ?
