I was pleased to see that pose as half saddle on your side to relieve knee pain. It was a beautifull flow from caterpillar to seal half saddle half happy baby figure 4 and crossed legs. i like to move from side to side in happy baby pose. I was gentle in caterpillar for my left groin and did myself that pose with the strap for the IT band to ease my knee. It really helped descending the stairs. Thx 😍🤩😍
