I love that first spot, sometimes big kingfish come swimming through in small groups so look out for those. Great video!

Hey shroom I'm 12 years old and I have never caught a flattie before and it's one of my biggest fishing goals to catch one. I live near glebe and fish on the foreshore (South Rozelle Bay/South Blackwattle Bay) and was wondering if you could maybe go fishing there and make a video about catching flattie on lure/bait (whatever you feel like on the day). Hey shroom there is a really good fishing spot in at The oyster bay boat ramp on the George’s river. Caught many 60 cm plus flathead their. Also an abundance of Taylor. As always great video👍

Shroom you should fish hawksbury river it's really good like up at Berowra Waters or Mooney Mooney that's where I fish and you should also try Yarramundi for fresh water

Hey Shroom - how often do you retie your leader, even if it hasn't been scratched up? Also which fishing gloves do you use? Cheers!
Not too often, I'm pretty lazy and I can trust the knot since it's an FG but you should retry after every big fish hookup or before every session. They are Shimano gloves
What combo are you using?
I'm using Edge Black Widow 6-8lb and Daiwa Exist 2000DP

I fish light because I believe in my techniques in landing big fish so I try to get the bite first and light leaders and jigheads help a lot in that
