Dodgers’ FO paid big money for a known injury prone player in Glasnow, so this outcome shouldn’t be a surprise. Andrew Friedman did a poor job constructing the roster. And I think it’s irresponsible to push Othani into pitching sooner than planned.
I've been a fan for 58yrs and I've never seen this many pitchers go down for the team like the last 2 yrs. Something is the cause of this. Back in the 80's and 90's they rolled out the same guys every 4 days and they never got hurt like this group. I. Sorry to say that with no arms they won't go far in the playoffs. Plus their hitting has fallen off again too
When are they going to fire the training staff and strength coaches. Glasgow, Graterol, Kershaw, Buehler, Gonsolin, May, Kelly, Brasier, Miller, Ryan, Sheehan, Phillips, Treinen and more have spend significant DL time. Can't be a coincidence.
damn we're going to get smoked if our lineup doesn't show up in the postseason again because I guarantee at least three of those guys are gonna give up 6+ earned runs
The dodgers as much as they get credit for their player development are equally as bad at keeping their pitching staff healthy. Its alarming how many pitchers have gotten injuried over the past few seasons. What gives? It makes Mark Prior being their pitching coach ironic as it gets
I can't agree with you more. They train players scientifically but also coach them solely based on statistics, pursuing faster and faster FBs to cause the rare injury of Yamamoto who's never been so back in Japan, and removed SPs while they obviously could pitch more, thus obstructed their development of durability to adopt to pitch deeper and tougher in future, and the list goes on. 😓
@@aupotter2584kinda think you’re right. He was 95-96 all yr then vs NYY he was 97-99 then out 3 months? Something deliberate probably caused that and then got him hurt.
@@devn266 If Yama's Japanese trainer of javelin is correct to advise you to naturally throw with the whole body, Dodgers' pitching coaches who somehow alter his mechanics shall be considered as unnatural and may hence cause injuries. They seem to have a tendency to 'encourage' players to throw a little bit harder for 'improvements' but turn out to have made nearly all their pitchers injury prone. The coaching staff needs to be reformed. 🤔
LOL this is Glasnow, he's always been injured so why is anyone surprised now? The AL East is my division so I've watched a ton of him over the years and this is who he is. You hold your breath once he goes over 120 innings.
@@Iverson8811 I dunno much about him, and the team seems to try to protect every Dodger too carefully that no one has antibodies to fight germs in the playoffs. The coaching staff needs to be reformed.
I knew it. Dodgers pushed him hard this year.
Still don't get Shohei on the mound this postseason I'm begging you Dodgers
The dodgers knew this dude was made of glass and still overpaid for him smh
Well... they are Dodgers what else to expect from them than overpaying players.

wrong
@AnimeBronx wrong about what? What's your take?

He needs Stem Cell Treatment. Joe Rogan got his in Mexico. they also have this in Europe, Asia and Central America! Works great for athletes!
You dont think MLB pitchers are already getting cutting edge stem cell and HGH treatments for elbow injuries? 😂😂😂
It’s gonna be
Yamamoto, Flathery, Gavin stone, then buehler or Goslin

Pitch clock should be abolished, unless otherwide it will destroy every pitcher.
Julio Arias and Trevor Bauer gone doesn't help either.
I can’t believe our dodgers team they are mess right now

It’s mainly the prototype they select to draft. All the starters out are 96+ with crazy stuff. Pretty easy trend to recognize why they’re all hurt

Welp there goes their season..
That's great news. Levels the playing field somewhat.
What's the latest on Kershaw?
Please keep Kersh off the playoff mound…
@@ArmorofGod610 But his command is still way better than Miller or Buehler when he's healthy.
There's no spur found in his left big toe but a hairline fracture causing him pain and the toe swelling.

Our dodgers team do this on purpose to our players they are always injuring them I am a dodgers fan myself and I am mad at my team for injuring him
Bro is made of glass just like unbreakable. It’s sad.
