Wuhu Island is probably on the 2000s (just assuming) so 2000 - 200 = 1800 meaning the castle was built long after 1800 but on the Victorian era (1837 - 1901) because the medieval era is before the Maka Wuhu eruption. Answer: The castle was built on the Victorian Era atleast 37 years after the eruption and so victorian era builders would build an castle under an volcano
I remember my older brother saying that in Wii Sports in the baseball game, something would happen if you manage to hit the "Hit Here" sign near the crowd.
Matt killed them all in order to make way for colonization, Spanish style. That could explain the multitude of medals in his dojo. Also think of how he is the boss of both ‘fighting’ sports.
"This week on Buzzfeed Unsolved: Supernatural, we're investigating the bizarre history of Wuhu Island." "Do any of your little theories involve aliens?" "...We'll just have to wait and see." "*sigh*"
This was amazing!!! Also I’m surprised that the “Miis Are NOT HUMANS” theory isn’t here since it’s a pretty big question. It’s actually on a Tomodachi Life Iceberg if you want to do cover it soon!
It is interesting so your definitely going to want too look into it. The Mii’s are not actually humans at all and are a completely different species from humans living on their on “Earth”.
4:00 Thanks for clearing up the Wii Sports + Wii Sports Resort situation, most people just watch the most popular iceberg videos, and end up assuming that it only came for PAL or that it was sold by itself in stores, so yeah, thanks for covering it in a little bit more detail.
Great. Cool. Awesome. Now I won't be able to look at Wii Sports without thinking of the possibility that there were once genocidal colonists on Wuhu lol.
I personally think whichever civilizations built the ruins and monuments were wiped out by the volcano erupting. There’s evidence that an eruption did happen, such as that random sand pit nowhere near the beach.
The ancient ruins appear to be loosely based off of Aztec architecture, so I would assume that the fate of the Native Wuhus was similar to the tragic fate of the Aztec empire. Colonization in the 16th century (or somewhere close to that time) led to widespread disease that wiped them out, and the colonists proceeded to use the island for capital gain. Additionally, the castle is almost certainly NOT built by the Native Wuhus, given how drastically different the Medieval architecture style is from the other historical structures in-game. If we use history as an example, my guess is that it was built by the colonists, and was likely the home to a governor or other prominent colonial figure. With this in mind, it could even be possible that the castle was used as a plantation of sorts, with the Native Wuhus working as slaves or indentured servants for the governor. Slavery, coupled with the introduction of foreign disease such as smallpox, would also have further accelerated the Native Wuhus population decline and eventual extinction. This would also explain why the origins of the castle itself are never mentioned in the I Points; it represents a very dark point in colonial history, and the modern descendants of those colonists often like to pretend that it never happened, especially since it’s a bad look for tourism. As for the underwater ruins, perhaps these ruins were from an earlier ancient city built by the Native Wuhus that was destroyed by the volcanic eruption, similar to Pompeii? The similarities in architecture between the above-ground and underwater ruins implies that they were built by the same civilization during similar time periods, so it seems logical that the above-ground ruins were built shortly after the eruption to replace what was lost.
I basicly i think it went lime this, some pre historic group of people built rafts and around from 30 to 50 arrived there, over the time, they wod expand in population and reach a peak of 110 inhabitants, after this, all of them would decide to build temples to embrace gods and have a shelter.later on, a very early form of monarchy/dictartoship would be established, but since people didnt agree with 1 family ruling they would revolt. This would cause a civil war, drasticly dropping the population size to 60 inhabitantz, being sprrad out between the north and the south. Arriving in medievel times, after centuries of separation, a family of people that would descend from booth the ethnic group of people would unite both of the groups, establishing a monarchy, they would be accepted as ruling family since the members of the family came from both ethnicities, thus leading to the construction of summerstone castle. Arriving in modern era, a Little eruption would cause the ethnicity living in the northern ruines to transfer south and the eruption would destroy the city that used to be where wuhu town now is, so the inhabitants rebuilt the town all togheter, after this they would call themselves Miis and creater the country of wuhu island. Note: based on my theory miis always inhabited wuhu island
We don’t know everything about our history too. So I don’t think it’s unlikely that Miis are native to Wuhu. And if the eruption 200 years ago was small because the ruins weren’t destroyed, but there was an extinction event before it, and that wiped out the Wuhus, wouldn’t that eruption have destroyed the ruins instead? But wow, the lore of Miis runs deep.
You play at the Ruins in Expert difficulty of that Mud game (hose down?) in Wii Fit U. So it’s probably also a tourist attraction that’s also sort of an amusement park attraction.
My theory is that the miis are actually aliens and that's why they are used to the ufos, they took out all of the previous inhabitants and took it for themselves
"besides that there werent any game changes" bruh are we ignoring the fact that wii sports club finally included wii motion plus into wii sports? no more random tennis ball throws
Maybe the three rock formations are part of a puzzle that opens the gateways to another world? Perhaps that is why aliens are so interested in Wuhu Island?
The fact that Miis can have limbs that appear and disappear means they are four-dimensional creatures and we can only see one slice of them at any given time
Joy cons and wii remotes are more similar then you think. They both have gyro and accelerator (which makes motion controls.. motion). They also both have sensors. In fact the switch doesn't even need a sensor bar because it uses a proximity sensor instead of infrared sensors. Although atleast some of the games would obviously Need the joy con. ... we already have a "Nintendo Switch Sports" but it kinda looks lame tbh!.
@@TheFloodFourm I reread my post, and I can tell you right now I was talking out of my ass right there! Although I did genuinely think the IR sensor on the Joycon helped with the gyro with I am pretty sure is not true
Omg!!! I have the black wii bundle, only because that was the only Wii that was available in our area back in the day. For a long time I thought the black Wii was the basic version, since my cousines also had that ver.
I think we should have a Kid Icarus game where they travel to this ancient island, everything makes more sense, they then fight in a war and right when it's over, the volcano erupts causing a lot of ruins to sink but a few aliens hid in the serpent cave and can live on forever so they sing a sad song in an alien language and are still there to this day and right at the end there is a teaser where some ships arrive and start to build that castle and town but tore down the town to rebuild and kept the castle because it is a historic monument to them
In the Wii fit U advanced scuba diving, you can go into the deep water and you will find many more ruins, including a shipwreck! This could possibly be from a volcanic eruption.
I think that the island was once even bigger with another volcano. The ancient Wuhus might have tried to get away from the volcano we see now but tragically failed because of the OTHER volcano and the volcano eruption being so massive that it caused damage to part of the ancient runes and major damage to the part where they were at to the point of the volcan, and that part of the island being destroyed... It would be by the golf area and would likely be connected. If you think about it, it makes complete sense
My head canon is that the natives where killed off by the singing thing, witch is actually some tribe of merfolk after the natives learned that they where not worshiping the serpent (witch they saw as a god) but instead the merfolk, this sparked a war with the natives rising against there oppressor's, after many casualties the remaining natives fled through a portal on the farthest reaches of the island, while the merfolk now live in seclusion, as the more advanced Mii's can easily eradicate what remained of them.
