No joke, this was the toughest FitnessBlender workout I've ever done because I simply couldn't do a lot of these movements at all! Maybe my balance is really bad. Definitely NOT a 3/5 difficulty, felt like 5/5 for me!
I love this. These moves are simple but not easy and they really challenge me. And I love the positive affirmation at the end. I do wish the audio were a bit louder and clear. But overall a great workout. 💝
Wow!! I love this so much! Definitely wasn't able to do the full versions of at least a fourth of the moves, so I did modifications. Something I want to work up toward though! I will keep doing this :) Nice to see new trainers here on FB too ^_^
