- Accepting Your Body Hair can be quite difficult nowadays. Many people see body hair as a weird or unattractive thing to have, but that's because you have been led to believe that! Many men (and women) have tons of body hair and it's genetic. Don't let anybody shame your body hair. Accept you for you and that includes your body hair! I love my hair and it all starts with your mentality.

Body hair is a sign of men.. be proud of that🗿
It took me 20 years to finally accept and embrace my body hair. I spent so much time as a teen and young adult trying to get rid of my back and shoulder hair that I missed out on a lot of life. So many times I declined invites to the beach or a pool party because I felt such shame at being so hairy and wanted to avoid the ridicule I just knew I was going to have to endure. Finally, in my 30s, I made up my mind to stop being embarrassed of who I was and to start loving myself, fur coat and all. Once I made the conscious effort to love my body hair it took almost no time at all until I felt pride in myself and was able to feel comfortable and confident being shirtless in public.
If I had seen a video like this when I was growing up I'm sure I wouldn't have felt the shame. Knowing there are so many other men out there just like myself also helped boost my confidence and I want to thank you for posting such a body positive testament towards body hair. I can only hope the young men that are starting to experience the body hair explosion most of us had can see this so they can understand how normal and natural being hairy is and that there's nothing wrong with it.

It's crazy how men feel bad about their body hair but there are so many people around them that love your body hair and when they find someone who loves body hair they're like, "I don't want to be objectified" and they lose someone who really appreciates them.

I enjoy being hairy. It's the natural way I am. I've trimmed in the past, but mainly in the armpit and pubic regions. Only one person I dated didn't like it, most love it. If someone you date wants you to shave, then they can find someone who is naturally hairless. I'm all for body positivity, it is more important than trying to fit some narrow definition of beauty.

No thanks to modern society and their brainwashing. As a female I really appreciate this video especially from a female and male perspective in the US and their western culture.My family are mixed of multiple cultures and I picked up the hairy gene from my mom side. It’s sooo hard because society makes women look like naked mole rats.Like guys even think girls naturally don’t have hair in certain areas and are freaked out when they find out you do.😂I’m still on my acceptance journey as a female tbh. I am 16 years old,thank to my dad with hairy genetics, i got my first body hair when i was around 7 years old, i got a little mustache. Now i have a lot body hair, full bear, leg, arm, private part, chest, back and a little bit on shoulder, i am insecure about it because i am the one that is the most hairy at my school, some friend/people when they see my amount of hair they call me bigfoot/apes, it's so annyoing because of this i get insecure. I'm a little bit vietnamese on my mother side, so i get more insecure about it, vietnamese are not this hairy so it's hard for me to accept it, and i will live in vietnam in some years and when i think about how i will find a girl friend there, because i think most woman, if it's not all woman that don't like body hair because they are not use to it there, i'm just more insecure about it.
But thank to you with your video, i will change my mind, i will stop giving a shit about what people will think about it, i'll accept my hairy body, i'll love my hairy body, if a girl will don't want me because i'm hairy i'm just gonna next her, and find someone that can love me as i am.

As men we should be proud of having a hairy body and I'm sure that a lot of us are uncomfortable and self-conscious about it and probably don't go around shirtless except in our home environment and other than going to a lake, water park or beach most of us it don't bother us but some of us feel like we are hairy Sasquatches, Wolverines, and cavemen and neanderthals but having a hairy body is a plus especially if you get a woman's attention I know that back hair may be a turnoff for women but as men we really look attractive and hairy and handsome and are proud of it and I feel very blessed and happy as a hairy man!

I can relate. I'm probably a bit older than you, so I'm going through the "it's turning gray/white" period. I was probably the first person in my small rural town in the US at my age to have a hairy chest and able to grow a full beard at 16 or 17. Personally, I think you're gorgeous, so i guess I'm in the "super positive" group.

It's not often you see men with body hair even in the summer, those that show it a bit, I wish I could be like that as I have a lot of body hair and just show it and ignore perceptions, I remember using depilatory cream I was like a plucked chicken and laser was too expensive, I have back and shoulder hair (controversial perhaps) and read on a forum the other day somebody said "they felt sorry for us". I think as somebody close to middle age I might try and own it instead. Thanks for making this video.

Body hair looks sexy if you have it! Everyone is different. You can wax your body hair for a change and sometimes you can keep it. You shouldn’t be using laser removal because our perspective changes with time. I used to hate beard so much but now i like to keep it because i look much better then without it. My face is sensitive so cant shave often. Thats why everyone’s body is different.
I have a very hairy body (shoulders, back, neck and belly) and I have learnt to accept my body hair. No waxing and no trimming for me! I ignore bad remarks on my hairy body.
Don't let anyone give you low self-esteem and shame!

Being of middle eastern decent like you and deciding not to fit into some shaved down stereotype, just let the body hair grow like its supposed to. There are times the upper arms and shoulder blades need a trim, but thats it.

I started puberty when I was 12 years old and it seemed to have gone on forever. I was the hairiest guy in my class and probably my school. Turns out I have hirsutism so the hairs started to grow and grow everywhere. In my younger years I was highly self-conscious and would never take my shirt off in public. I went to quiet beaches to avoid the heckling from others. I have had my hairs trimmed and even had my back waxed. It hurt like hell and looked ridiculous when you got to my shoulders. I did it so I would look more normal, but I looked silly in the end.
As I grew older and more confident in myself, I came to accept my uniqueness and my own beauty. As I grew older, I also noticed the number of men (and some women) who found my furriness attractive. Today I know how to carry myself and to love myself and wouldn't change my hairiness. I will admit that when I travel to warmer climates I am the sweaty guy trekking around - oh well. I shower twice a day anyway and use good French soap so I am good and clean. The Thai crystal deodorant works wonders on me, too. ; )
Today I do go to a Persian barber and let him work his magic grooming me. I have my ears and cheeks waxed smooth along with my nose hairs. The rest of the body is left alone as nature intended it to be. Hopefully someone else can find this reassuring as I make myself vulnerable with sharing. You are not alone, and you are uniquely beautiful. Peace!

Im a middle eastern kurdish girl and im very very hairy . I got bullied almost all my teenage years for being hairy.but with time I start to accept more my hairiness. Also i have much better hair ,eyebrows and eyelashes then those bullies so im fine with it😅

In my country most men wish to grow body hair like that as well as the beard. I am asian and in my country having beard feels like you're lucky enough.
My group of friends always asked why I wear a sweater under my t-shirt. I'm germanic, Icelandic, Norwegian, sweedish, Scott, UK, and Baltic according to DNA. My grandmother has polish and Russian. I'm blond hair blue eyes and didn't get the shoulder and back hair until I was late 20s. I'm 35 now and I try to embrace my body hair but I do trim it down and I like the way it looks when it starts growing out especially trying to be in shape makes it look good to me. In my busy life I can't waist time trimming and I do feel subconscious at times but I found a supportive woman that enjoys trimming my coat lol. But man does it look bad when I'm Sweating through my shirt in the South Florida sun especially after I trim. Thank you for the great video!

It's funny I've always felt ashamed of taking my shirt off because I have zero body hair, even in my armpits it's so little and I can't even grow a proper beard (and I'm 30+ yo). I always felt like less of a man because of that. I grew to accept myself more but even today I'd do anything to be a bear of a man.

I used to have a lot of struggles with my body hair. I love my body hair I turned on seeing myself lol. But! I am ashamed to be shirtless at a swimming pool I don’ even wear a tank top when I want to because of my self consciousness. Shaving it off is not an option. It’s about mentality and that’s where I feel I need to work on.
My wife likes it. When I was on the high-school swim team I shaved everything. After high-school when I dated anyone long term I let them decide what the liked best. Honestly in the early 2000's it was about 50/50
I came of age in the 80"s when not having body hair was a bad thing, I am naturally smooth, so I get it from the other side. I love your body hair, wish I had some of my own.

I tell it like this; you've got a brick wall. If left as is, it's fairly maintenance free. If you paint it, You've just started a constant maintenance thing!!! You're always painting! Who needs that?

I have some hair on my back and I didn't have it until around age 40. It does not really bother me although I had to do a stress test with my shirt off at the clinic and I felt weird. The older I get the hairier I become.

What you said is true, we as men should be accepted for who we are and if others can't accept you got who you are then they're not worth the effort of being around or with I'm also a hairy man and I have a good pelt of chest hair and back hair but I'm but too accepting of my back hair and I always knew that I had a hairy bacj but I never really paid any attention to it until about maybe a yeao year and a half ago a d I was repulsed by it but it grew on me no pun intended but I learned to accept it and embrace it because to my body hair is beautiful and a gift from God and our parents especially out Dad's genes and man genes and it really makes us attractive and sexy and manly and masculine and gets the ladies attention and it just is downright masculine and it really makes us sex symbols and a lot of us are uncomfortable and self-conscious about it especially if we are around others without a shift or t-shirt but being a man and hairy I love it and am very proud of being a hairy man even though we evolved from apes but we were created in God's image and he did a very good job creating man and woman and all of his creations in his own image and I'm very proud of being a hairy man!
