Looks so good!! All the men in my family lose hair like crazy as they near their twenties. Most shave the rest by the time they’re 25-30. Meanwhile, all the women in my family have a LOT of hair. Pregnancy hormones seemed to double thickness and length of my hair during those years. Not kidding. The pictures surprise even me, now that I’m past those years. Now, I’m putting minoxidil on and microneedling my 17 yo son because he’s thinning above the temples. So unfair for the men! We love you both ways, but understand the desire to keep your hair.

@@patronzulfanpeople differ but usually after 6 months you’ll start seeing results and also check your progress with photos not just by looking at the mirror
Good on you! Very detailed. I don't think I'd be interested in this though, as it's like hundred different products and the routine is too complicated to keep track of.
Great job. Never heard of the gel finasteride - will get. One minor thing: since it became popular it’s been stated that minoxidil only works on the top so you’re probably wasting the amt you’re rubbing on the temples.
Do you know that minoxidil does not need to be applied twice a day? Once a day is enough as long as the product lasts between 18 to 21 hours. The twice a day prospect indication is because they still apply the original 1984 study. Another important thing with minoxidil for it to work is being able to transform the compound into sulfotransferase (a few either men or women scalps are not able to do so).
I did scalp massage for a year before discovering I was a minoxdil hyperresponder and reversing my hair loss in 3 months, I don't think that it does anything and I was fairly consistant at an average of 30minutes a day, the commitment was real I still think that massage holds some benefit, but not the mainstream technique Feel the bone that runs from your cheekbones to the front of your ears on each side of the face, above it you will feel a tense muscle massage it by pressing it with your fingers until it's perfectly relaxed, then massage your tamples. You might also feel a tense muscle there You should then notice that your whole frontal scalp is less tense, which if the scalp tension hypothesis is true would be beneficial for preventing hair loss/promoting regrowth Appart from that massage technique that basically tries to relax your scalp perimeter muscles I don't think that playing with the skin for 42 minutes a day does anything. Also my technique takes 1 minute and you can just do it whenever you feel that the muscles are tensing up
I think that there is another compound that you can take with minoxidil that turns non responders into responders, Heard it from MorePlatesMoreDates, microneedling can do that as well And you can also chose to be bald it's fine@@g.3521
Hey zeph what is the dosage of your finastrade? And also why don’t you take it combined with minoxidil and finastrade topically rather than taking individual, we can get it from like keeps and hims maybe compund phyarmasy please let me know what’s your thoughts on it thanks my friend.
Can you go into greater detail about the shock lost your experience from the minoxidil? Is the reason why I don't want to use it because I used it before my shock lost lasted about 3 to 4 months. I just recently got a hair transplant and I'm already going through shock loss now in my 3.5 months of recovery and so I don't want to use minoxidil and prolong that shock loss any longer.
I am having hair loss problem and I almost got tired of it and was contemplating a transplant in the near future when my brother gave me another bottle of minoxidil and I thought well start again. This is like a year or two after I completely stopped trying. So I shaved my head and I started applying. And yesterday I suddenly came across your shorts video and it hugely inspired me. I feel I can do it too. Thank you brother. I just have a question. As you're using a minoxidil 5% solution and a finasteride shampoo, I use minoxidil 10% in combination with finasteride. And occasionally use ketoconazole shampoo as I have dandruff issue too. Would you suggest I carry on with this or would you recommend some changes? Hoping to get a reply brother. And thanks once more. 💟
Just a heads up. Ive had dandruff issues myself big time. This may be hard to do for all people but after 30 years of trying everything I finally fixed it. I eliminated preservatives from my diet. My skin is no longer dry n flakey. If I eat at a restaurant or drink booze, it comes back with out debate. I don’t know if this might help but I hope it does. I wish someone would have taught me this decades ago.
Like Chief said diet has a lot to do with dandruf. My case was very bad, had to fix my gut bacteria, many things we eat are too agressive. Stop any sodas and milk, gluten, alcohol seed oils helped very much
I tried topical minoxidil/fin vcombo but it made my eyes puffy and my face too. I’m a bad responder, so I had to quit. I really looked bad and look so much better now. Wish I coulda kept using but that’s life. I’m getting a transplant
Regarding the finasteride gel, after how many hours do you apply it after you also apply the minoxidil. Αnd how many times a week do you apply it? thanks!
and hats do cause hairloss as far as i know considering they clamp up your already sensitive hair causes it to heat up and considering if you use minox in the morning your scalp is going to become more sensitive which is even worse if you’re under the sun, gonna heat up even more

so ketoconazole shampoo and then followed by rosemary oil, and I don't wash the oil out, it does burn but not bad, I noticed that my hair stoped falling because of that, and the thickness increased a bit, the speed of hair growing stayed the same.

can i use essential oils overnight for hair growth on a daily without building up tolerance? I heard it can attract dirt and block hair follicle using it overnight..
Try MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) supplimentation, i have used msm and moringa powder as a sub for vit c, along with rosemary oil for almost 3 months...my hair feels thicker and less hair fall.
Most of it's minoxidol and the effect the routine it has on your mental health. My hair was going rly fast in the way yours looked before the routine and i decided to use minoxidil and dermaroller and seen results crazy fast.
My own hair growth success story, I did the following, and it worked on my brother too: 1. Scalp Massage for 30 minutes a day everyday - this is VITAL. Make sure whole scalp moves. Intend to make blood move when you do it. 2. Taoist Soap for hair Growth 2x a day: works on inflammation side, as well as stimulates hair growth by herbs. 3. Nettle leaf tea everyday to detox liver from hormone residue (vital to at least start balancing hormones as they are almost always involved). 4. Vinegar rinse after shower (just dilute any fruit based vinegar in a water bottle, and pour over head after shower, leave in, patt dry with towel). 5. Collagen 2x a day everyday to provide all nutrition needed for hair growth in the right away, not silly biotin or b12 on its own. It does work, and its the only natural way.
Tried it all from chemicals etc never works Been researching some stuff and it seems massages work ok not sure what sort of results a norwood 7 could get from natural but even if it reaches norwood 3 would be happy..... can you list brands?

Nice videos and vibes . Really inspired by the results you get. I have some questions if you do not mind , I have been using fnst and minox for 7 months and unfortunately in vain and my hair is quite thinner than before , fall out from the roots… I visited my doctor and I did the blood test … everything is well
That sounds absolutely exhausting to keep track of, but on the hand if it only takes 18 min out of your day, that's better than my routine does for me. So hats off to you, no pun intended :) Also wondering about what the total cost of all that is?
Hye really inspiring that you actually made it... Where does rosemerry water rinse fit in this schedule..? When to apply rosemerry water with minoxidil
lots of good suggestions. However, I don't agree on being so particularly careful with microneedling and topical minoxidil "together". My last 5 years's experince with that is: I went from A- minoxidil (5%) 2 X day + microneedling 1 X week - not applying minox that day of the week, to B- minox (5%) 2 X day and microneedling 2-3 X Week also with minoxidil on the he same days as microneedling, to C- minox (5%) 2 X day and *right before it dries, dermarolling it every time down the scalp while still wet* it only takes 3 minutes per "application"; I'd say: very effective time usage ! *C* is when I saw the best results (say, 3 to 4 months later, to be precise) no side effects whatsoever. every - on average - 3 days I'll skip one application (I forget about it, I am somewhere else and can't, or I simply don't feel like it because I'm already under the blanket when it hits me 🤣) and this does nothing to the acquired results. My hair "coverage" went from: - Norwood maybe 4-5 a Norwood 3-4 with (A), then - Norwood 3-4 to solid Norwood 3 with (B), then - up to where I am now, brink of Norwood 2, doing (C). BTW: I am 57 YO, so I should have noticed a further DECREASE - if I had done nothing - in the last 5 years (maybe Norwood 6.7 by now?) so it's even more impressive, I think? DO NOT WORRY ABOUT MINOX *going "systemic"* it does not (or, it does, but with no consequences) with needles' length up to 1,5 mm (maybe 1 mm when really BALD) and *it definitely does NOT "hurt as hell" - it doesn't hurt at all, I will say* a dermaroller is a bit cheaper, I think a bit more effective, too, for the micro-injuries are a bit larger in size, which permits more penetration for the topicals; DRAW the roller, instead of going "back and forth" so you don't "cut" neither tangle your hairs; not a native english speaker so forgive me if there were any mistakes. ciao !
@@matalinaw8334 great, as always; I'm just back from a 3 day vacation. I forgot my Minox and dermaroller at home for the very first time.. I thought I'd take the risk and didn't buy any minox in my vacation's location; let's see in one month if this has done anything to my hair. I hope not ! 😀
I'm trying your suggestion of mixing rosemary oil (30 drops) with castor oil (1 tbsp) and this is a lot isn't it? my hair is super greasy and the oil is oozing down my scalp into my forehead. Is that normal? lol
I really want to try the topical finasteride. I tried the tabletts and i think i had some side effects, didnt feel like myself really. But honestly i wasnt in the best place mentally either so its hard to tell which is which. But the topical variant i guess wouldnt ”feel” as serious to use as the tabletts and might calm my mind a bit. Shame it isnt available in my country.
I would appreciate if you answer this. I’ve been using topical minoxidil for the last 2 years and I’ll start now to use topical finasteride. How should I apply both of them at night? Should I apply minoxidil first and then wait some minutes to let it dry and then apply finasteride? I don’t know exactly how should I do this combination
At what month did you start feeling the oral finasteride side effects? I ve been taking it for 3 months now and feel zero difference! My doctor said that 1mg will never cause any side effects, and if it does it is probably more of psychosomatic response. 5mg though, that people with prostate issues take, will generate side effects. Just curious to know. Thanks in advance.
keep in mind people, it s better to prevent hair loss than getting it back, also this guy is that 1% that that had this ammount of regrow, most likely you won t grow much anyway if you start treatment when bald already
He says he shaved it off when he noticed he was balding. I suspect that his hair loss wasn't as bad as he thought and the treatments he was putting on was helping the hair that was growing to grow more fully.
Hellooo! My dad is going though hairloss and he want’s to reverse it. So i have been watching you videos and shorts so i was wondering what is that power you used to use? I saw you use some powder on you hair and i was wondering if you could tell me what that product is called?

Don't use it. Get organic alfalfa powder instead. Tastes like shit but it's packed with amino acids and minerals. They feed it to horses to build muscle. Mix it with fruit juice it tastes a bit better
Great video, love the detail. My hair is a bit longer and gets oily very fast. Because of that I wash my hair every day. Is that a bad thing to do would it interrupt the treatment?
I'm gonna try minoxidil for the first time (when it arrives next week), and just started with rosemary oil today. I don't need all my lost hair back, but I would love to just see what happens. I've got nothing to lose. I'm also gonna give the microneedling a try. If I can get just a little bit back and slow it down, I will consider it a win. If I start seeing results of any kind I might even get hyped enough to go crazy on it like you have. Thanks for all the info dude, I had kinda just never really saw the point in trying anything before I saw one of your shorts on this site. I miss my mullet.

I'm a woman who suffers from androgenetic alopecia and this is actually very helpful to me! Thanks. (It is to be noted though for other women reading this that finasteride has not been approved for use by women).
Amazing! I am female with andgenic alopecia ....argh, it's soo hard living with it!
It's still managable. It takes about 40 minutes oer day.
I started balding when I was 16! The amount of bullying I received because of it caused me to have some serious depression, anxiety and trauma. Now I wear a hat every single day and have a mental breakdown if someone takes it off. I’m 30 now and im not completely bald, I’ve been able to manage it but i am still very much balding. Im going to try this method and hope for the best. I miss feeling free
I used minoxidil before and I’ve got a good results, but now I added rosemary and derma stamp, I hope to grow back my hair , and thank you fir sharing your journey it helps alot
Brother for how many months till we see good results currently I'm on the 7 month, how long?
Just go bald, don't delay the inevitable, it's not worth your time, energy and money.@@patronzulfan
@@patronzulfanpeople differ but usually after 6 months you’ll start seeing results and also check your progress with photos not just by looking at the mirror
Started yesterday on shaving my head. Boy I’m bad REAL bad. Lol. I’m 39. Thanks for this
Good on you! Very detailed. I don't think I'd be interested in this though, as it's like hundred different products and the routine is too complicated to keep track of.
Thanks for sharing this information.
Amazing results
Thanks for this!!
If you feel light headed when you apply it its working.
I did scalp massage for a year before discovering I was a minoxdil hyperresponder and reversing my hair loss in 3 months, I don't think that it does anything and I was fairly consistant at an average of 30minutes a day, the commitment was real
I still think that massage holds some benefit, but not the mainstream technique
Feel the bone that runs from your cheekbones to the front of your ears on each side of the face, above it you will feel a tense muscle
massage it by pressing it with your fingers until it's perfectly relaxed, then massage your tamples. You might also feel a tense muscle there
You should then notice that your whole frontal scalp is less tense, which if the scalp tension hypothesis is true would be beneficial for preventing hair loss/promoting regrowth
Appart from that massage technique that basically tries to relax your scalp perimeter muscles I don't think that playing with the skin for 42 minutes a day does anything. Also my technique takes 1 minute and you can just do it whenever you feel that the muscles are tensing up
Man I'm jealous. I used minoxidil religiously for two years but it only kept getting worse and worse
I think that there is another compound that you can take with minoxidil that turns non responders into responders, Heard it from MorePlatesMoreDates, microneedling can do that as well
And you can also chose to be bald it's fine@@g.3521
thanks a lot for the video and bravo for what you've done , tell us how do you massage you scalp ? bcs when i do , i lose a lot of hair ^^'
hey buddy thanks for sharing this, it does help a lot!!! What´s the brand of the derma stamp you use? Thanks in advance!
Best carrier oil is coconut oil which just enhanced anything u use it with
I am having hair loss problem and I almost got tired of it and was contemplating a transplant in the near future when my brother gave me another bottle of minoxidil and I thought well start again.
@@chiefawilkerson that's very helpful. Thank you
Like Chief said diet has a lot to do with dandruf. My case was very bad, had to fix my gut bacteria, many things we eat are too agressive. Stop any sodas and milk, gluten, alcohol seed oils helped very much
I did PRP injections on vacation in Colombia. I highly recommend it
@@user-dk3up2nl1m Thanks for the suggestion.
I tried topical minoxidil/fin vcombo but it made my eyes puffy and my face too. I’m a bad responder, so I had to quit. I really looked bad and look so much better now. Wish I coulda kept using but that’s life. I’m getting a transplant
What is your transplant gonna cost?
Regarding the finasteride gel, after how many hours do you apply it after you also apply the minoxidil. Αnd how many times a week do you apply it? thanks!
and hats do cause hairloss as far as i know considering they clamp up your already sensitive hair causes it to heat up and considering if you use minox in the morning your scalp is going to become more sensitive which is even worse if you’re under the sun, gonna heat up even more
That's nonsense. Hair loss is a natural thing you will either get or don't get. Otherwise every Sikh man in the world would be bald.
@@jfc4798 what makes u think sikh people don't have hairloss, they have significant hairloss, half the sikh men i know are on some hairloss therapy or something or the other so lets not get in that conversation
just saying Rosemary oil has done a better job for me than minoxidil, there was a couple of studies that shows that its as equivalent to it too.
also i dont mix the oil with any carrier
so ketoconazole shampoo and then followed by rosemary oil, and I don't wash the oil out, it does burn but not bad, I noticed that my hair stoped falling because of that, and the thickness increased a bit, the speed of hair growing stayed the same.
Does the shampoo affect the regrowth in any way?
@@lagavulin7194 there are some studies that say it helps with growth, but its a small study and the results were insignificant, I still use it because it stops dandruff
can i use essential oils overnight for hair growth on a daily without building up tolerance?
I heard it can attract dirt and block hair follicle using it overnight..
Try MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) supplimentation, i have used msm and moringa powder as a sub for vit c, along with rosemary oil for almost 3 months...my hair feels thicker and less hair fall.
Most of it's minoxidol and the effect the routine it has on your mental health.
My hair was going rly fast in the way yours looked before the routine and i decided to use minoxidil and dermaroller and seen results crazy fast.
What dermar roler needle size are you using?
Mostly 1.5mm
My own hair growth success story, I did the following, and it worked on my brother too:
What brand of collagen
@@anawag66 I'm also wondering this
Tried it all from chemicals etc never works
Been researching some stuff
and it seems massages work ok
not sure what sort of results a norwood 7 could get from natural
but even if it reaches norwood 3 would be happy.....
can you list brands?
How to massage ?
And did u mean collagen supplements ?
@@anawag66 any brand works fine as long as says source from bovine. And is hydrolyzed (which most are, and says on packaging).
Only brand with no alternatives is Taoist soap which is their own website.
Happy for you
Nice videos and vibes .
So hats off to you, no pun intended :) Also wondering about what the total cost of all that is?
updated full hair routine video if it has changed at all in the last 3 months?
Hye really inspiring that you actually made it...
Where does rosemerry water rinse fit in this schedule..?
When to apply rosemerry water with minoxidil
When you take a poo in the morning
Bro has got a whole chemist isle on this head
So what?

lots of good suggestions. However, I don't agree on being so particularly careful with microneedling and topical minoxidil "together". My last 5 years's experince with that is: I went from
A- minoxidil (5%) 2 X day + microneedling 1 X week - not applying minox that day of the week, to
B- minox (5%) 2 X day and microneedling 2-3 X Week also with minoxidil on the he same days as microneedling, to
C- minox (5%) 2 X day and *right before it dries, dermarolling it every time down the scalp while still wet* it only takes 3 minutes per "application"; I'd say: very effective time usage !
My hair "coverage" went from:
- Norwood maybe 4-5 a Norwood 3-4 with (A), then
- Norwood 3-4 to solid Norwood 3 with (B), then
- up to where I am now, brink of Norwood 2, doing (C).
BTW: I am 57 YO, so I should have noticed a further DECREASE - if I had done nothing - in the last 5 years (maybe Norwood 6.7 by now?) so it's even more impressive, I think?
DO NOT WORRY ABOUT MINOX *going "systemic"* it does not (or, it does, but with no consequences) with needles' length up to 1,5 mm (maybe 1 mm when really BALD) and *it definitely does NOT "hurt as hell" - it doesn't hurt at all, I will say*
a dermaroller is a bit cheaper, I think a bit more effective, too, for the micro-injuries are a bit larger in size, which permits more penetration for the topicals;
DRAW the roller, instead of going "back and forth" so you don't "cut" neither tangle your hairs;
not a native english speaker so forgive me if there were any mistakes. ciao !
How is your hair progress now?
@@matalinaw8334 great, as always; I'm just back from a 3 day vacation. I forgot my Minox and dermaroller at home for the very first time.. I thought I'd take the risk and didn't buy any minox in my vacation's location; let's see in one month if this has done anything to my hair. I hope not ! 😀
I'm trying your suggestion of mixing rosemary oil (30 drops) with castor oil (1 tbsp) and this is a lot isn't it? my hair is super greasy and the oil is oozing down my scalp into my forehead. Is that normal? lol
that's too much 😂
just apply with finger tips and don't bath with it
20 drops of carrier oil and 5 drops of rosemary oil
Sir I don't think that's for one session 😅😅
How many times do you wash your hair in a week? And do you ever wash it without shampoo and conditioner? I’m sorry if I missed it in your video
What brand is that beanie hat? looks good.
Most people don’t get side effects. He is sponsored by Zyon health, which sells for $100/mo
You usually get the side effects straight away so if your 3 months in you should be okay
Can dermastamp be used once a week right before apply minoxidil and finasteride? Even at 1.5 mm?
keep in mind people, it s better to prevent hair loss than getting it back, also this guy is that 1% that that had this ammount of regrow, most likely you won t grow much anyway if you start treatment when bald already
He says he shaved it off when he noticed he was balding. I suspect that his hair loss wasn't as bad as he thought and the treatments he was putting on was helping the hair that was growing to grow more fully.
His wasn't bald.

Hellooo! My dad is going though hairloss and he want’s to reverse it. So i have been watching you videos and shorts so i was wondering what is that power you used to use? I saw you use some powder on you hair and i was wondering if you could tell me what that product is called?
Yeah .. your dad 😂
used the kirkland topical 5% and it sent my heart into tripple speed :O i even reduced the dose down to 0.25ml and i still felt some craziness.
So you use one full dropper of the rosemary and pumpkin seed oils 1-4 ratio mix 2 to 3 times a week?
Hey, I'm curious about your take on whey protein. I work out regularly and am a bit unsure about whether I should include whey in my routine. If you do use it, do you prefer concentrated or isolate? Thanks!
Don't use it. Get organic alfalfa powder instead. Tastes like shit but it's packed with amino acids and minerals. They feed it to horses to build muscle. Mix it with fruit juice it tastes a bit better
Just to clarify, does the rosemary oil cancel out the drying effects of minoxidil?
Great video, love the detail. My hair is a bit longer and gets oily very fast. Because of that I wash my hair every day. Is that a bad thing to do would it interrupt the treatment?
No
Washing your hair every day is never a good idea. Don't use shampoo every day, specially if it contents silicones and sulfate.
So you only use the rosemary oil twice a week before you wash, correct?
I'm gonna try minoxidil for the first time (when it arrives next week), and just started with rosemary oil today. I don't need all my lost hair back, but I would love to just see what happens. I've got nothing to lose. I'm also gonna give the microneedling a try. If I can get just a little bit back and slow it down, I will consider it a win. If I start seeing results of any kind I might even get hyped enough to go crazy on it like you have. Thanks for all the info dude, I had kinda just never really saw the point in trying anything before I saw one of your shorts on this site. I miss my mullet.

How much time gap do you give between minoxidil and finastride application?
I've been following your routine for 2 weeks (except for the finasteride). I get some blue spot on my scalp that I can not wash out? Any thought?
you're probably overdoing dermaroll
do it once a week and if you heal fast then maybe twice
I think these oils did help alot not just growing but keeping and feeding the scalp and sothe the scalp since minoxidil comes with Alcohol right?
it's good to see that it's working for someone, because I'm now beginning my sixth week of using Regaine, and I see ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN of any regrowth!
Because these kinds of things are designed to fulfill your faith and play with your emotions to literally rob you and take your money. 😅
Most treatments take 6-12 months to see results.
You'll have to stack minoxidil with dutasteride or finasteride, rose Mary oil and a bunch other stuff to make it work if your hairloss is genetic related.
