Another Captcha fact: it used to ask you to type in the letters you saw from a word image, those images were from pictures of the words not so perfectly digitally scanned of old books and documets that hadn't been transcribed into digital texts. So everyone that worked on those Captchas helped transcribe old books and documents into digital form that can now be read from computers/devices.

Actually if you know the code, the rings on the top of a can of food can tell you what's inside incase the label falls off. The number and placement of the rings indicate whether it's a vegetable, fruit, meat etc. I learned that in Home Ec. back in the 70s.
Regarding the crumb tray for your toaster - no manufacturer makes a tray the correct size or depth to catch all the crumbs. When you decide to empty the tray do it over the sink (or outside) and the upend the toaster and give it a shake or a gentle tap.
The lines on the bus are also to tell emergency services where the floor, benches and shoulders of kids are. That indication is used when they need to cut open the bus to free someone that is stuck in there. It's a way to indicate "Cut here, not there!" in other terms
Wow! I knew they probably had more than one purpose, but I never would have thought of that. Thanks! I also wanted to mention that, in the U.S. only school buses are allowed to be painted yellow-- though in recent years cars have also been painted yellow, too. But that's so drivers can quickly identify them in traffic and be more prepared to stop behind or while approaching them if they need to take on or let off children. Not that everyone adheres to that. >:(
15:48 one of the biggest reasons for skin wrinkling in the bath is that it's the beginning of something called "sloughing," (pronounced "sluffing"). This is when the skin absorbs too much water and if a person spent too much time in it, your skin will actually begin to flake away. This can be easily seen if you have a callous; it will peel much faster there, so you can imagine that this is what would happen to the rest of your skin if you were immersed in water for too long. (But you'd have to spend *days* in it for this to happen. That's why magician David Blaine was unable to finish his immersion trick. He was losing so many layers of skin that he was in danger of severe infection)
Those black lines/bars on school buses ALSO tell firefighters, EMTs and rescue personnel exactly WHERE the *floor* is inside the bus, and also where it is safe to cut if necessary to free trapped people. The bottom line is the floor section, the second higher line is the safer zone (just below seat level, I think) and if there is a third line it shows the tops of the seats. This gives rescuers an idea of the inside layout or dimensions of the bus.
I met the pizza table creator when I was a kid! Back in 2003 my family went on a boat trip through the Lift Lock system in cottage country north of Toronto. @@settlece It is also good for getting things out of your teeth, pull one tab off and you’ve got a toothpick, I advise keeping it one person per toothpick 😅
The pizza table is dual purpose, while it supports the lid from touching the pizza, you can also use it to separate those pesky slices that weren’t quite sliced right by pressing it on top of the slice next to the slice you want and pulling the slice you want while not touching the other slices with your dirty hands
18:41 you can actually open those little cups up and they turn into a small plate/dish for the ketchup too. I'm pretty sure (I may be wrong) they are folded for that purpose. 👍
Um, how else would you turn a one piece flat piece of paper into a cup? Paper cups you drink out of are made from 2 pieces of paper that ALSO have to be folded, and then held together with wax to boot. Pleating the paper, while less durable, is MUCH cheaper and easier.

That’s because some truck companies out there are equipped with a little box in their windshield that picks up on the Weigh Station’s infrared beam(the little conical shape hanging over the right lane or lanes). If the station is open, but one is allowed to bypass, that beam sends a signal to that box, which in turn, lights up a green light, letting us, the driver, know that we can bypass it. Other companies have that technology built into their driving computers, which will tell the driver to bypass or pull in. Also, the hidden feature of the US interstate system is pretty genius. I thought the ketchup numbering would have been something to do with batches. Like, numbers 1-12 indicate batches of 12 packs, each having their own number within said batch.
I think what amazes me most about this video is that people don't know about the "crumb tray"... 😂 But honestly, I love your videos. I'm always amazed. 😊
18:44 that little "cup" is actually more like a bowl pull the sides and it folds out allowing a greater area of the opening and therefore easy way of dipping your fries, thats way its "ribbed"
14:54 Similar to this function, if you hold down a letter key on an Apple keyboard and it will bring up a little menu with the different variants for different languages. If you’re working on a new MacBook laptop or a Magic Keyboard, the menu will have a number assigned to the altered character. When the number assigned to the desired character is pressed on the keyboard, the computer will type the character. If you’re working on an iPhone or iPad without an external keyboard, holding down the on-screen button will bring up the same menu allowing you to select the desired character.

School bus black lines on sides: You said they are “rub rails” to keep sideswipes by other vehicles from crushing side panels of the bus. Never heard that before. You missed a function of those black bars’ placement: They indicate “cut in” points if the Jaws of Life are needed. Bottom black bar indicates the floor level; second, seat cushion level; third, seat top level. Thanks for your information!
Pizza table- is dual purpose. Keep lid off pizza yes but you are also to use it to help separate pizza slices without touching the other slices. You use the pizza table to hold down the pizza slice next to the one you are removing, that way you only touch your own slice.

I’m an Over The Road Driver, and as such, we mainly travel the Interstate System(which also has hidden features). Most states have a weigh station that is on the side of the highway as you enter a new state.
But, have you noticed that some trucks pull in while others keep going? That’s because some truck companies out there are equipped with a little box in their windshield that picks up on the Weigh Station’s infrared beam(the little conical shape hanging over the right lane or lanes). If the station is open, but one is allowed to bypass, that beam sends a signal to that box, which in turn, lights up a green light, letting us, the driver, know that we can bypass it. Other companies have that technology built into their driving computers, which will tell the driver to bypass or pull in.
Also, the hidden feature of the US interstate system is pretty genius. If the number ends in an odd number, it runs North to South mainly. If it ends in an Even number, it runs East to West mainly. If it is a 3 numbered interstate, the first number is how many other interstates tie into this section, and the last 2 are the number corresponding to the parent interstate.
Example: I-285 in Atlanta, has 2 other interstates tying into it, I 20, and I 75, but the parent Interstate is I-85.
Another example: I-465 coming around Indianapolis, IN. It has 4 interstates that intersect(I 70, I 74, I 69, and I 65), but it’s parent Interstate is I-65.

I thought the ketchup numbering would have been something to do with batches. Like, numbers 1-12 indicate batches of 12 packs, each having their own number within said batch.
great video
I think what amazes me most about this video is that people don't know about the "crumb tray"... 😂
But honestly, I love your videos. I'm always amazed. 😊
18:44 that little "cup" is actually more like a bowl pull the sides and it folds out allowing a greater area of the opening and therefore easy way of dipping your fries, thats way its "ribbed"

Similar to this function, if you hold down a letter key on an Apple keyboard and it will bring up a little menu with the different variants for different languages. If you’re working on a new MacBook laptop or a Magic Keyboard, the menu will have a number assigned to the altered character. When the number assigned to the desired character is pressed on the keyboard, the computer will type the character. If you’re working on an iPhone or iPad without an external keyboard, holding down the on-screen button will bring up the same menu allowing you to select the desired character.
ppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

Wow Amazing you are amazing
3:35. . .I honestly thought that it was just a style, I didn't know it had a purpose! Wow.
