Imagine if our grandkids and/or great grandkids found out about the 20’s cycle…
Well, if the 20's curse happens after I die, I'll leave instructions for my own bloodline. If they follow it is another story entirely.
But also imagine our grandkids or great grand kids living in 2120 (will the 20s cycle continue?)
AI and/or quantum computing will have this figured out by then
Or maybe we will live 100 years! It’s possible!😂
@@Sonicphobia0601 that’s a great idea, let me just look at the future rq
Learned about cholera studying music history, and while they aren’t exactly 100 years, it is a pretty crazy coincidence.

I know, I did a report on Influenza for my college bio class in high school and it kills millions of people each year. Turns out that it was even worse than I thought because that strain of Influenza started in 1917 and the soldiers were killed off more from the disease than the war itself.
The topics of his videos are always so interesting, sending you down a rabbit hole.
Not really since it can be implemented on our realities. 😂😂

I think I read somewhere that, statistically, there's 7 people in the world that look excatly like you somewhere in the world. Saw my doppleganger at a store i worked at. was really confused when my older co-worker started effectively re-training me. told her I knew I wasn't the best at my job but I'd worked there for 3 years. turns out me and the other guy weren't scheduled for the same shift for the first month he'd been working there. when we were, it was like looking into a mirror but nothing else in common. I quit for school shortly after, but it was a surreal expereince.
Just because COVID’s first case was 1 DAY before 2020, it is close enough that it’s shocking
That definitely was strategically planned.
1 day lol, first official covid case was december 8th
@@DaPanda1980 check your sources,
My mom got Covid in 2023, she was fine and said it was like a bad cold
@maarten3838 hell it was before that, pretty sure early November, we just didn't hear anything about it until late December
Covid took a valuable thing. My grandmother. She cooked soo well. May her soul rest in peace
I am sorry for you loss 😔 😢
aww
My first employee , my father was taken by it . I was messed up severely by it for over 18 months.
I completely understand and sympathize with your loss.
My condolences on your loss
Altho it was 2020, i still remember her

I have another novel-predicts-history story: an author (I don't know the name) wrote a book about a cruise ship that was ahead of its time and called "Titan". In the story it sank after hitting an iceberg and because it didn't have enough lifeboats many people died.
When he heard that the "Titanic" sank exactly how the "Titan" sank he took his own life to prevent himself from coming up with other horror stories that could become true.
Edgar Allan Poe
Morgan Robertson.
the book you're referring to is called 'The wreck of the Titan' by Morgan Robertson. the novel is also known as 'Futility'

This was fascinating. But those baby cages were absolutely *terrifying* let alone the fact they weren't phased until the 1950s 😮😮😮
Keep in mind that very few people had air conditioning until the late 1950's, as it was very new and expensive at the time. If built and installed properly, those baby cages seem to me like they were a good idea at the time. Imagine how hot a high-rise apartment building can get without air conditioning. It looks to me like they weren't built or installed very well, and that's where the problem lies.

If you survive the 1920 and 2020 pandemic, your in for a story to tell to your grandkids
Tbh if you made it from 1920 to 2020 I think just being alive is impressive enough.
@@calebhall812 yea
One woman in another of @BeAmazed ‘s videos did just that: survived Spanish Flu and Covid-19. I’m not sure this super grandma is around anymore, though.
I think the most amazing part of this video is learning that people continued to put their children out in the baby cages up until the 1950s! That’s crazy to me!
Today is the 15 April 2023 and the Titanic sunk on the 15 of April 1912 what a coincidence too right
My neighbor was in the Merchant Marine during WW2. Two ships he was on were hit by German torpedos. One sunk out in the ocean and the other in port so it didn’t go completely under. Later in life he was a log truck driver in Oregon.
good for you/no one else
And why are u commenting this?
It is not Spanish flu, but it was from United States, Kansas.
United States dont want American to know this virus.
My grandfather was in the Finnish navy & his ship were hit by a Russian mine, Severely damaging the ship.
My grandfather was for some exception, not on the ship that day.
My other grandfather stepped on a Russian land-mine, that was luckily defective so he flew head first into a tree, all his limbs were intact. Byt he did get a severe concussion so sent away from the fighting.
Only a few days later, Stalin started his HUGE offense on the front, trough the so called Mannerheim-line in southern Finland.
My grandad would most likely not have had survived that offense, if he didn't have that concussion & sent from the front bcs of it.. and I wouldn't have been born..
Sadly both died long before I was born so I never met any of my grandparents..
AND we are still waiting to get our lands back from Russia, like Karelia.. my uncles wife fled from Karelia as a baby, as anyone else (and as Ukraine today) they didn't want to become Russian citizens bcs we know what that would mean.. So they fled to other parts of Finland. She is still waiting for the day she would be able to go home. To see if anything is left from when she was born, and not long after smuggled in a laundry basket to safety..
@@ingridakerblom7577 : Very interesting. Thank you for sharing your story. We in America have no idea what it was like for the people living and fighting in the war area. My college friend’s dad’s job in the Army was to retrieve and identify those killed in WW2. His dad’s dad owned a funeral home so his dad grew up around dead people. I guess that is why my friend’s dad was selected to do that job.
My father's main family plus my family all got Covid-19, we were lucky enough that none of us died, I even got the chest pain, drowsiness and difficulty in breathing, some of the more dangerous symptoms, It didn't effect me much since my asthma made me a bit more used to some the symptoms, my inhaler also helped.
Not luck, only less than 1% of cases result in death

I dodged covid the first 2 years... caught it in February of this year. It was so debilitating combined with my health issues that I was lucky to survive.
Meanwhile, my mother caught it 2 years ago, in October. It ended up depriving her brain of oxygen and put her in a coma for 4 days with only 1/3 of her brain function. She's recovered since... but she's not the same person.
This makes me worry for the next round of the Century Contagion that'll hit us in 2120.
why worry about 2120 we not gonna be there lmao
@@ak86db it's more for my future generation than myself
I tell you when I'm in heaven
I literally dodged COVID for 3 years now... maybe because God himself didn't want me to suffer... Also, you are very lucky that you survived COVID despite your health issues... And I am lucky in the fact that I didn't catch COVID despite not vaccinating or wearing masks... Also, we have a very good reason to worry about 2120. It's more about our future generations than ourselves... Also, I'll be able to unite with MarblPlatoon when I'm in heaven. The reason why I mentioned MarblPlatoon is because he passed away this year due to cancer. May MarblPlatoon rest in peace. He was just 12 years old when he got diagnosed with cancer... and the battle didn't last very long. The clear winner had been decided. Once again, may MarblPlatoon rest in peace...
@@gengar-1997 I don't know where my soul will go, but where ever it goes I'll have to deal with the path set before me. All I hope for is that our world takes a turn for the better, rather than where it's going now. If 2120(or the years before it) brings about another pandemic or epidemic, I just hope our lineage can survive it.

Every 100 year and no one questions. There is no such thing as coincidences
This is definite proof that we live in a matrix.
T virus coming soon .
It’s proof that it’s all man made viruses
The covid-19 virus was actually discovered on my 9th birthday- December 1st 2019- I hope there's no deadly viruses in the future and even if there is hopefully it's not as bad as something like the Kansas flu
Aw man I love seeing little kids on the internet! (If you're born after 2004, you're a baby in my generation's eyes lmao) you're like 14 now that's adorable!
in 2020 covid-19 my dad got covid but by gods graces he survied it he did not go to hospital he reovered from home itself and also my nana took my little sister who was only 3 yrs at that time and me in. It was hard for me cuz i have never been away two to three weeks from them. Im happy my dad is with me and my family till this day
Coincidence? I think not!
I'm glad I was born in this era rather than in the distant past when it comes to a lot of things, especially pandemics. Sadly many died from covid too however many lives were also saved due to modern understanding of how viruses spread.
I still dont understand how not talking to anyone for a year is a big deal.
Having been handicapped and housebound since early 2019, and rarely having visitors before then, I've been "social distancing" and "self isolating" since well before it became cool.
Imagine the next Pandemic in 2120 is a sort of zombie virus, god forbid scientists never invent any stuff like that
No its just an old bug. To fix it you have to go to : options then pandemics/viruses and pick it from every 100 years to random and theres other options like every 500, 300, 1000, or never
Looooool
You're like a teacher, because every time when I watch you latest video I always learn new words, so I guess thank you?
Well- Steven King’s novel, IT, was inspired by real life events. There was a serial killer named John Wayne Gacy who often dressed up as Pogo or Patches the clown for the public. Later on it was discovered that he had killed and done so many other horrible things to at least 33 young men and boys.
Sorry, but two bits of this info are still inaccurate.
While it is true the Epidemic of Marseilles was not a full plague, it was part of the plague. The bubonic plague (also known as The Black Death) began in 1347 and lasted until the 1770's. During that time it spread through most of Europe and the Middle East. Incidentally, this is part of the reason that era was termed The Dark Ages, though the full reason was, because so many died, a great portion of common knowledge was lost forever, owing to the fact that much was still passed on by word of mouth, from father to son, etc., and set civilization back considerably during that time. And, in fact, the bubonic plague still exists today with regular outbreaks but is treatable and can be contained. The most recent incidents have occurred in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2022 and the southwest of the United States between 2015-2016.
Also, while it is true COVID-19 began in 2019, I recall the reason it was given the '-19' identification is because it is the 19th strain of the virus. It was actually created in a lab and 'accidentally' released but quickly contained in China, due to their swift response. Not swift enough, though to spread quite rapidly to all those countries that have been less than friendly with it. Or so I recall from 2020. But you were right about it beginning in the Wuhan province of China and that's something considering that many are now attributing it to other sources entirely.
Nice video by you and the team ❤
you didn't even watch the whole video, its 25 min and you commented when the video was uploaded

18:55 already knew what you were gonna talk about the millisecond I saw that!
Yea, but it is still weird, it's still close to 100 years
That's only when you pick and choose pandemics to mention because the first pandemic of the 21st century was the 2003 SARS and the Hong Kong influenza outbreak of 1968 and the Asian influenza pandemic of 1957 shows that there's no any pattern of close to 100 years unless you ignore the ones that don't fit the pattern.
@@sarahrosestanfordrististed311exactly, the sars virus was also far deadlier.
My question is, why did you stop at the 1720s? Go further back.
I think the every 100 years model falls apart the further back you go. It goes from 100 years to every 20 years and if you go further than that, I think the time shortens further.
I know during the 1600s they had plague outbreaks about every 20 years
A friend of mine once told me about this cycle it turns out to be a curse.
I believe it.. what is going on right now is being done on purpose..
Maybe not exactly 100 years apart to the day/year...
But close enough for it to be f'n crazy.
The numbers for COVID cases/deaths may not be correct. Hospitals have since admitted that not all cases/deaths were truly COVID.

My friend did actually send me an image showing exactly that, now I feel like every 20 years after the beginning of the century a new Pandemic starts/happens around that time.
I honestly love be amazed sooooo much. i watch it everyday and fall asleep watching.
Yes it does. I had masks, glove, lysol, and everything needed for a pandemic, prepared a year before. I expected it. It happens when the population is too high. The pandemic won't stop until the population is a better level
Depends. Like most other diseases, they might start some other year and carry on to that year. We remember them like this because they were in their most infective and deadly time that specific year

I expected it for a while, that's why I was prepared. I felt it was coming
technically the last pandemic before Covid 19 broke out in May 1918 and ended in February 1920 including the deaths of two of the Shepard Children from Fatima Francisco Marto was 9 years old during 5 of the six visions of the virgin Mary and 10 when he died of complications of Influenza on April 4th 1919 and Jacinta Marto was 7 years old during the visions of the virgin Mary in 1917 and died of complications of Influenza 19 days before her 10th birthday on February 20th 1920 while their cousin St Lucia lived to be 97 years 10.5 months old

COVID-19 is actually called SARS-CoV-2 Alpha, but we call it COVID-19, which is short for "CoronaVirus Disease 2019".
COVID-19 Is the name for severe disease. Interstitial viral pneumonia.

My parents were one of those cases of COVID, but they survived it
The last time i was this early, Covid19 wasn't even a thing, and i was still in my mothers womb. I'm that early today.
This is something I can somewhat explain. So I been trying to study Multiple Languages. (13 in total currently. I say I'm probably Beginner Level on German, Polish and Zulu. I have very few reasons why I choose to do so many. Mainly boredom. No I don't get paid. No I'm not a Professional. And no I'm not on Drugs. I'm Drug Free.) So there is patterns I have noticed in Learning Languages. Often times these patterns happen in the Language Family. But sometimes not. These patterns are like this. Word pronounced the same and same spelling but in more than one Language. Word pronounced the same but spelled slightly or completely different. Word pronounced and spelled the same but different meaning. Word pronounced the same but spelled slightly or completely different but have different meaning. Good examples I can give is this. English "Gross!" German "Groß!". They sound the same. But Groß means big/tall. Gross however doesn't mean that in English. It refers to something nasty/icky. Another I can give is English "Yo yo." Korean "Yo yo.". Sorry I can't remember the characters. But yeah in English "Yo yo." Can either refer to someone from a City greeting you. Or the toy called a Yo yo. But in Korean that refers to a Fox. But yeah it is fascinating how much Language are connected honestly. And yeah for me it's fun being able to speak a little bit of Languages while Others aren't able too. Mainly because they don't feel the need to learn another. Which is fair I guess being here most speak American English or Spanish. Some both. Unfortunately for me I only know a handful of words in Spanish. But yeah I think I'm doing pretty well at learning this stuff despite having Dyslexia. And I hope this comment is educational. And sorry if any of this is off. I tried.
Every time I watch his videos, I'm always amazed! Know what? Be amazed!♥♥

Bubonic plague really scares me because one bite from a flea can cause that... 😰 Just imagine ....
Then don't come to Colorado. But it's a bacteria, and curable if you're treated early.
The pandemic of 2020 made me more interested in other sorts of natural disasters with profound worldwide impacts, notably volcanic eruptions on the scale of Pinatubo or Krakatoa or Tambora, plus solar/geomagnetic storms, plus high-magnitude earthquakes accompanied by widespread and fatal tsunamis.
Be amazed’ s character is just so cute,

I really don't want 2120 to be a bad year. I just want to enjoy my life as I get older to mid school, high school, a job, retirement home etc

That last one was only missed by one day. Nevertheless, still interesting.

I Saw My doppelganger at a wrestling tournament one year. He looked exactly like me. Same size, same build, same face same everything
So the pandemics were 1817, 1918, and 2019? then we could assume, instead of a 100 year cycle of pandemics, a 101 year cycle of pandemics. Then humanity should still brace itself for a potential 2120 pandemic
then a 2221 pandemic then a 2322 pandemic then a 2423…
20:52 there was a theory that the life boats where big enough to fit more people. But they didn’t decide to go max capacity of the life boats. Lemme know if I am wrong. It’s what I heard when I was in the titanic museum. Though it would’ve carried more people, it probably wasn’t enough.
22:30 2* ships that sunk.
They also generally happen not long after wars, 1920 is WW1, 1820 is Napoleonic wars.
It weird that this happens every time a year ends with 20, Then it end after 2 to 3 years, hmm. Suspicious
