- Did you know the word enthusiast comes from two Greek words, en and theos, which together roughly translate to, "Full of God." Sevens, this is how you show up for life when you’re grounded and rightly oriented to the Universe. You’re full of God! What a gift you can be for us!
That said, the present crisis is a real challenge for Sevens. Enthusiasts don’t like it when people (like our government, for example) tell them what to do or place limitations on them. They hate feeling stuck, bored, deprived or absent options and escape plans.
So, what’s a Seven to do in our "new normal"? Check out a few helpful tips, in this video.

Ian Morgan Cron you guys are the best!! I’m raising a fiery 8 kiddo and these vids have helped me more than any book/counselor/deep breathing exercise. 😂 She has totally brightened lately in our interactions bcz she sees me connecting to her instead of reacting to her. Many many thanks.

The tendency if 7s to look towards the next moment of joy and satisfaction sounds like a different version- happier version- of a 4's longing. Speaking as a 4, I feel a bit of a kindred soul in the future looking mind of a 7.
I'm a 7 and I keep hearing people say 4s and 7s are almost polar opposites but I was really struggling at first because I find a lot of 4 stuff relatable. They seem more like two sides of the same coin in a lot of ways.
I wish he would’ve addressed 7s living alone just a bit. It’s HARD.

It is so funny y'all mentioned using the headspace app because a few months ago I began using it and before that starting regularly doing yoga. As a 7 it really seemed to help me be more present and more appreciative for my current circumstances instead of constantly thinking about how things will be better if/when. Thanks for the video!

Can’t say I’m too enthusiastic about meditation, but I have had to accept that life is hard, and raising 4 children has given me lots of opportunities to love and serve others!!

I am a 7 but very reflective and love nature. So i dont real have to keep searching for something else. But dont like being confined. Maybe through learning I have gotten better at quiet times.
Worship Worship I am the same way! I often go back and forth between wondering if I am a 7 or a 9 because I can be reflective and still when I want to be and I do enjoy just sitting in nature.

As a 7 mom, I am always serving others. I thought I was a 2 at first because of my mom ness.
I'm bored just listening to this. I keep wanting to fast forward or scroll to the next video. Lol
As a 7, meditation sounds waaay toooo boring. I don’t even want to try it. I can’t imagine sitting in silence for a long time. Maybe I could sit outside and listen to birds and sounds. Maybe that would be ok. But I love that life’s difficulties don’t matter anymore once I accept them.
