It is fact that 90% members of soc.are
ignorant. 10% members who are against the MC and Dev.can not do anything as court and dy.registrar are always with dev/builder who has taken majority members' signiture.

Sir, In Vashi, Navi Mumbai lots of redevelopment is started by Godrej Properties and Arihant Ltd. These were CIDCO Housing, JN-2 and JN-1 respectively.

Last 6 years se redevelopment baat chalti hai, lekin 2 mahine pehle ek builder aaya wo yaha redevelopment karke dega jisko yaha rehna hai wo yaha aur us builder ki dusre area mein redevelopment schme puri ho chuki hai , to jo log area change karke waha jana ho to waha ,
IN SHORT yaha raho ya fir excange . During redevelopment jo uski dusri scheme mein nahi jayega usko tab tak rent+gift money for furniture dene wala hai.
Ab mera sawal ye hai ki 52 members mein se 3-4 member rupiya leke nikal jana chhata hai. Me bhi rupiya le ke nikal jana chhta hu. Haal hamare flat ki kimat 50 lakh hai. Hum 4 log 90 lakh leke nikal na chhahte hai. To mera question ye hai ki co operative society mein 75% wala rule hai ya nahi. Suna hai sarkar ne cooperative ke liye koi clarification jaari nahi kiya hai 75% vala

No. Nahi.
Redevelopment is land grab and flip for higher costs. It's essentially bait and switch. Redevelopment and renovation are two different things. Stop redevelopment. Only renovate buildings.

Where is the solution from him , he repeatedly is saying that here is the solution but he does not give any solution.
He does say the re- development is possible … but no conclusion … all bull- shit
the solution is keeping the design of the original plan as is and develop, essentially renovate the building.
@@lodashnotebook5390 I live in a society where the building, though 48 years old is structurally sound. We have had it evaluated by Tech n Eco who gave us a positive report. We DO, however have leakages. We don't have extra FSI, but some residents are dead keen on redevelopment. Unfortunately, the 75% cap put by the government prevents those not in favour of redevelopment from doing anything . Just for your info - and a possible comment, should you wish to make it.
