Krishnaraj ji... I am a young advocate practicing in hyderabad ... Appreciate you on educating the common man regarding legal stuff...this is very much needed in our society.... I try to keep the client informed as much as possible and educate them and believe that society should reach a level where anyone should be able to fight their own cases.... .... But looks like a distant dream..
Wonderful eye opener for today's generation. I found myself helpless at times. Even though I am paying him, he projected himself to be my savior. Fact is he is just working and doing his job, no one is doing anyone any favour. Bottom line: We need to have traction on lawyers.
My lawyer brutally cheated but fortunately I caught him on time and filed BAR council case against him. But unfortunately I realised I am not getting proper justice at BAR council
No justice in lower courts. Only in HC and SC, law is practice to some extent. No person can get justice from court if his lifetime.
I argue in person in HC. Judgement is reserved. No decision even after 7-8 months. Mockery

I have lot of stories against lawyer..even lawyer from district legal service authority (DLSA) demand money for doing nothing..they don't come to date demand money to attend..babus at DLSA are useless..they r also looking for money

@@KrishnarajRaoUrbanNaxal share your email id, I will send you my complete encounter with indian judiciary/advocates/judges/police..its 12 years in length..its long one..writing will help you in understanding..its very interesting..initially it was confusing but I learnt with time how to deal with these buggers..I am fighting all my civil cases without lawyers..in criminal ones I take help from DLSA lawyer..DLSA lawyers are also useless..good thing about DLSA lawyers is they r under contract with DLSA if not with litigant..they r bit afraid of compliant & less harassment
@@gaganchaturvedi1956 you are right... poor and middle class people are going to DLSA expecting free or cheap legal help but some advocates are taking lot of money in the name of documentation and worst is they dont even work responsibly. some mediators or para legal volunteers or socially popular persons are also associated with them luring the gullible people.
Commenting in the middle of video...lawyer doesn't scare,but he puts forward the worst case scenario. He knows how things can take a ugly turn. For e.g if u go to a lawyer before getting married, he ll advice u how to safeguard against matrimonial cases ..even if chances of divorce are low , what else so u expect from him
It is easier said than done dear Krish so far as dealing with a lawyer is concerned... because majority of the lawyers have practiced yoga not to talk much with the clients...how many lawyer one will change when the client happen to be already in huge stress due to which s/he has been compelled to take legal route to get justice through the lawyer...

There should be a online forum for clients to post comments and reviews of the advocates handling of their cases after the case is closed. That way the good hardworking and professional advocates will get more clients while the ones that exploit their clients will be exposed for everybody to see.

Commenting in middle of video...yes a lawyer can play to the gallery of his client and start arguing where none is required..but that doesn't help the case. A lawyer usually concentrates on the crux of the issue and things which dont affect ure main arguments, its better to keep quiet. More u speak , more are admissions . Let me tell u a fact...i can send a notice of 01 page and that is what is actually required in most cases..but clients start thinking that the lawyer has not done anything...so u lamd up sending long notices.... Further if u don't trust ure lawyer..just leave him... U ll do good to ureself and to ure lawyer
He clearly said to argue where opposition is saying something and to counter it u have a point but u kept quiet. U can't disagree that lawyers are usually greedy in their course of work. Some lawyers are not knowledgeable atall and keep mum coz they can't argue infront a talented opposition or may not hv done their homework well... Comeon,we work in court,seen such mediocre lawyers too.. you can't be butthurt coz he is creating awareness among people about your people

Given a large portion of the court work is documentted, is there a way to find out if some lawyer is habitual of not attending hearing(of some other previous cases) through court records and if such records can be found through official or un-official means krishna rao ji....?
You will have to search and study the court records of attendance, but yes, you can indeed get some idea about the lawyer's habits.
@@KrishnarajRaoUrbanNaxal Also I have seen some e-court sites allowing for option to search cases by the name of the lawyer, it seems wise to talk to previous clients of the lawyer and get some reference.
