"To Oppose Society's Managing Committee in Redevelopment, Adopt Political Methods, Not Judicial"
Introduction:
In this video, the speaker, identified as Krishnaraj, addresses the challenges faced by individuals opposing the managing committee in redevelopment projects, particularly in the context of housing societies. The central theme revolves around the difficulties of using judicial methods to counter the decisions and actions of managing committees in the redevelopment process.
Key Concepts and Arguments:
1. Struggle Against Managing Committees:
- The speaker discusses the common struggle people face when trying to oppose managing committees in the context of redevelopment projects. These committees often make decisions without consulting or considering the opinions of the society members.
2. Judicial Challenges in Development Matters:
- Krishnaraj argues that challenging development decisions in court is extremely difficult. He suggests that the majority of cases brought to court are unlikely to succeed, making it a challenging avenue for those seeking to oppose redevelopment.
3. The Role of Cooperative Court:
- The speaker mentions the challenges associated with approaching the Cooperative Court and suggests that it is nearly impossible to prevent free development through judicial means.
4. Guidelines and Manipulation:
- Krishnaraj introduces the concept of "79a guidelines," guidelines established by the Maharashtra Cooperative Society Registrar's office. However, he implies that these guidelines are often manipulated and passed without genuine consideration.
5. Political Approach Over Judicial:
- The core argument revolves around adopting a political method rather than relying solely on judicial procedures. Krishnaraj emphasizes the importance of acknowledging the difficulty in opposing managing committees and highlights the impracticality of using judicial avenues.
Supporting Details and Nuances:
1. Maintenance Collection Issues:
- The speaker provides an example of sudden increases in maintenance collection by managing committees, citing it as an issue that residents might need to oppose. This could involve disputes over reserve funds and building maintenance.
2. Animal Feeding Controversy:
- Krishnaraj mentions a situation where some residents are against an animal feeder in the society. This introduces the concept of societal disputes that may go beyond typical redevelopment concerns.
3. Natural Living and Opposition:
- The speaker uses the analogy of animals living naturally and facing opposition from those who want to control or restrict their way of life. This metaphor likely symbolizes residents who wish to live according to their preferences without interference.
Conclusion:
Krishnaraj concludes by emphasizing the complexity and difficulty of opposing managing committees, especially in the realm of redevelopment. He suggests that adopting a political approach might be a more viable strategy than relying solely on judicial methods. The video touches on various examples and situations to illustrate the challenges faced by individuals in housing societies dealing with redevelopment issues and disputes with managing committees.

Those who want to know about the Zamindari system of British era, should become house-buyer in modern day India to get a first-hand experience of the same. (Speaking from personal experience).
I say . the Same
Thanks a million for discussing CHS MC issues. You guided us so far on buying property. There are several nagging problems Post buying of property. These issues stem from badly framed CHS acts and rules.Pl concentrate on sharing your wisdom with several more such videos on CHS issues
Ya. That's true.
Most of the CHS issue arise out of ignorance & understating of Rules. There has to be training sessions by Registrars and their team.
In last 2 mins only you have told the solution which is like a bribe giving to other members or their family members not in monetary but other ways. Registrar are timepass people just there to extract money...my chairman and secretary doent have fear of registrars. Even after order, they are not following it for getting me outstanding rents from developer....
Teaching to give bribe.
U seem to be from S India keralite. Always in fighting mood !!! 😅😊😅😊😂😂❤
If I wanted to play politics i would have set in the managing committee. This is not the solution. Crab.
Bhai open doors .. diwali Chali gayee.. haven't you use Moti Soaps.. bus kyaaa.. naxal
रिदेव्हलोपमेंट मे हाउसिन्ग fedarshan को रिपोर्ट देणा पडता है क्या ?
In Pagadi system those who stay in room is a whole owner of that room?
Teaching nom cooperation to members of cooperative societies. Chaos creator mentality.
Need to aska query on repair
Managing Committee 8s ELECTED,does honorary work ,works for general good bur people in the society don't appreciate sadly
Better than all this , buy your iwn plot in a government sector and build your own house.
Now no more redevelopment and very little problem from others.
Hopefully your neighbors are good.
FLAT MAY JITNI SUVIDHA HAI WO SUB SUVIDHA NAYE FLAT MAY HONA HI CHAYIYE WARNA FLAT KA POSSESSION NAHI DENGE EISE BATAKAR FLAT 0WNER REDEVELOPMENT ROK SAKATA HAI YA NAHI PLEASE EXPLAIN CHAHIYE WO AKELA FLAT OWNER HO YA EAKSE JADA FLAT OWNER HO JALDI V D O BANAYE OUR LOAD KARE
Very negative mindset... If majority is on one side, then you should introspect
Your talks, words, phrases, grammar seems to be in favour of mischief monger members on Society. If one is isolated, its clear that his views are not acceptable by other members, forget about mg committee. Took so much of time to give solution and that too seems to be NOT WORKABLE. We have 100 members, an isolated members will get negative image, if he starts distributing sweets on diwali, all of a sudden. Pl be practical sir. 😮😢😊
Ppl having flats valued at average of a Crore Rs (mumbai) are not like slum dwellers that with a bottle of wine at election time, will support you n vote in your favour. They, voters, these days are also smarter, NOTE LO USE VOTE NA DO, is their policy, than how an isolated member can succeed with such politics as suggested ? 😮😢😅😊😂❤
Slum dwellers are smarter than middle class people. SRA projects are very few. These chawl people know their local politicians and relation with builders. Middle class go in basis of paper work.
@milindborkar53 your observations are absolutely perfect. It's unfortunate for middle class. 😕
Sir in my society the chairman have forcefully encourage d members for redevelopment. Now I am against redevelopment so can I say the builder that he should give me cost of flat as per the market value of my flat after redevelopment and I will vacate my flat . Can I put my condition in front of the builder
aaj ke jmaane me political influence bahot jaroori hai.....👍👍👍
Sir can you please make video for reconstruction?
My flat hS been damaged
Ye kya bekar video
Laddoo cake se solution nahi niklega😅
Pakaau
Too long unnecessary talk and repetition.
This person seems to be good in instigating people giving ideas to create chaos and stop progress of society. Does he want that people wait for building to Detiorate and collapse rather than go for rebuilding. He is talking rubbish and is a person with negative attitude. People should boycott such u tube.
U are right sir
Bakwas. Can’t talk of solution???
This u tuber is negative and destructive in attitude. Does he take responsibility for old buildings in dilapidated condition in Mumbai where people have had to run for alternate accomodation as the building will fall any moment or has fallen. He is giving wrong advice and should be boycotted by viewers for his wrong advice to members of society. He should be criticised by one and all for giving wrong advice.
U seem to be from S India keralite. Always in fighting mood !!! 😅😊😅😊😂😂❤
