This was horrible. If you guys don't realize this It's either because you're delusional or you don't actually know anything about Ed Kowalcyzk since the inception of LIVE. Listen we all know that some performers lose their voice. It happened with Brett Scallion And then somehow like 2 years ago he just randomly rediscovered it which is not something that ever happens at that age But in regards to Ed and it pains me to say this because I absolutely love them but at the same time I can't allow that to make me biased Cuz he is objectively a shell of his former self. His voice, man I'm honestly at a loss for words, I don't know what happened to it.
@@jasonkeith9317 nah it's not. This is objectively a horrible performance for him. I've seen Live 8 times and seen him 5 times and watched nearly every performance on UA-cam. Sadly his voice is a shell of itself. You can be an admire of him in a fan of him but also be objective and remove your own biases.
I think "horrible" may be a bit harsh, I've heard worse. But compared to the original recording, or performances from the 90's, it's not great. Very pitchy, and the timbre isn't great either. The number one thing that kills a voice over time is bad technique, and I'm guessing that's what's happened here. Rock singers, amazing as some of them are, aren't exactly known for being professionally trained.
Ed Kowalczyk has been one of my favourite singers for such a long time. He's a rare one who sounds just as good at a show as he does in the studio
This video is like a phone picture of a sunset 😭😭 it’s beautiful and the camera doesn’t do it justice ❤
✌🏻❤️✌🏻❤️
I'm glad you enjoyed it! My first comment ever! It was a great show.
