I visited here around August of 2023 and was met with some deputies that really needed some constitutional training as well as customer service training. I can say that I believe the sheriff has provided training as I encountered no issues with the deputies.
However, I can’t say the same thing for the court clerk’s office and DA’s office. It appears that they wanted to hide and be unprofessional and rude. I tried to submit an open records request but was met with many roadblocks. However, one of the nice ladies did accept my request. However, I have yet to hear a response to my request.
According to the Georgia Open Records Act, the agency has three business days to provide a response to such request. Why isn’t the Attorney General getting more involved with the people not getting access to public records.

How can you say he did a great job? They knew right away when he walked in with a camera that he was a frauditor and they treated him the way he should have been treated. Businesses are starting to catch on to the tactics used by frauditors and they are training their staff on how to deal with them. In this case : IGNORE HIM!!!

He did a great job by pushing through and continuing with his goal even with threats. Using the catch phrase "frauditor" goes to prove that the actions are having the desired result, each and every time it is used. As long as "frauditor" is being spouted, attention is being cast on the ignorance, the unknowing, of so many ....... and that gets the message out.

They use the guise of the 1st amendment to enter a building and claim they are doing an audit, but in reality they are there to create conflicts and reactions which enhance their videos for the sole purpose of gaining clicks and views for the almighty UA-cam dollars. That's the FRAUD!!! The followers of these so-called auditors are being duped into believing that this is real. So, take off the rose colored glasses and see what's really going on. You stated that the message is getting out. To whom? Do you realize that most of the American people never heard of a 1st amendment auditor and most of them don't care. If the message is getting out, how come none of the main stream media is reporting on it? Let me make this plain and simple. If they weren't able to make money on UA-cam there wouldn't be any auditors.
In one building out west, the deputy actually went into the office and told them that the man needing help was going to make a citizen arrest if they didn't help him. And they were called there to enforce the Law. By God they helped him. James Freeman was there also at the time
Please tell me they were fired or at least disciplined. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. It seems to me that the piss poor service stems from the top to the bottom. How in the world are public servants allowed to talk to the public with such disdain is beyond me.

There more amendments in the bill of rights besides the first one. There is that pesty tenth one that stops idiots cosplaying as journalists in order to make a video with their cellphone camera to post to UA-cam to make a buck off of.

Really shouldn't have to yell or threaten them with lawsuits to get them to do their jobs but id file complaints on every single one of them and also go to the attorney General and make them either do the job right or fill it with someone who can do the job.

Unless you press charges against the staff for denying the PRR, nothing is going to change. They think they are right and you're wrong and it will not change unless charges are brought against them.

I think it would be very interesting to have an auditor go into a place like this FIRST with a hidden camera to see how our employees act when they don't see you with a camera... THEN, immediately go right back in with a VISIBLE camera and trace your steps to see how those same employees act when they see that they are being recorded. The sign demanding no recording could just as easily ASK people to respect crime victims' privacy by not recording images and it would then be constitutional. But, of course, "public servants" can't even imagine ASKING rather than ORDERING.
