What a treat to be able to enjoy this classic beauty AND long trains in that incomparable Milwaukee Road livery! Heartiest of thanks and appreciation to all responsible for operating and maintaining this magnificent engine and passenger equipment! Thank for sharing these views, too.
If you're talking about the second one, it's the North Shore Scenic Railroad's Soo Line 2719 with a long dinner train. I have ridden on the NSSR before, although behind DM&IR SD18 193 instead of 2719.
The train could be an " alternative history " event. It could be an Amtrak " rainbow train " if passenger steam locomotives were still in service in 1971. There was a model railroader - I think his name was John Armstrong - who built an O scale layout set in 1969 with non-streamlined Hudsons pulling stainless steel New York Central passenger cars. The only diesels I saw on his layout were early EMD switchers.

I was on the train, and it was great! Thanks for this great footage. =)
Excellent video! It was a cold but great weekend to see these engines
Great video! Let’s hope that the 2719 returns to service soon
With the exception of the Amtrak unit and a few of the cars, it's so cool that 261 has a pretty cool mostly MILW consist
I second that statement. Was also great running into you too, James.
It's a Soo Line 6-chime.
