Great info💪 Thanks man!
Absolutely buddy!
Thanks for stopping by and showing some love.
That rally series you did got me looking around for something similar.
Looked so fun ripping those around.
@@captaincouldverc You got some great locations to run that stuff.
Thanks for posting this. Got my Custom RC motor mount ready to be fitted. Going to buy some R.P.M arms next. Did you find the MT10 came with enough Diff oil or did you need to top them up? What Diff oil weight would you recommend?
You're welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Once you get those parts fitted, your mt10 will be a little tank!
The f/R diff fluid in mine were fine, but the center was a little low.
I did change them out. The center I did immediately cause it was way too loose and sent majority of the power to the front wheels.
In the center I'm running 500k with a pinch of 1 million.
Front is 50k
Rear is 30k
@@captaincouldverc That's the plan, I am building it up ready for spring/summer time. Thanks for the diff oil advice, I will go for that set up 👊
How does the compare with the carbon fiber motor mount from M2C?
If you're larger motor and doing decent jumps, I would recommend the aluminum all day over the carbon fiber.
Without going into great detail, basically carbon fiber flexes SOOOOOOO much easier than high grade 7075 aluminum.
For the thickness needed for the mount, carbon fiber is actually weaker in this application and can cause spur gear issues due the misaligned caused by the flexing.
The carbon fiber will wear out faster than aluminum.
