Please use ground flaxseed always in your recipes because in this way you can benefit from all their properties…If you’re using them as they are you’re gonna eliminate them in the same shape. No hate here..just trying to help 🙂

@@candise9058 I think the recommended portion is 3 or four at once

@@arroyobaby38 HAVE YOU FEEL ANY DIFFERENCE IN YOUR BODY?

Does that mean 12 peanut butter balls amount to only 160 calories? 😨 12 balls for 160 calories? Am I right or am I right? Pls tell me, bcs this is a must snack but I don't know if I can hold myself back to eat only 1 one of it a day 😂
@sw109 Calories are for one ball, so yeah, unless you eat like a bird or have extreme willpower (because they look delicious), they'd be more appropriate for bulking :)
@@duaner999 I see, I guess I have to train myself to have that willpower 😂 thank you for your explanation!
The problem isthat I would eat them in one meal 😅
Im not fat but ım here love you 😜
Delicious recipes, very nutrient dense, but there's no way those mini calorie bombs are helpful for weight loss.
Not low in calories
Not good for someone with blood sugar hemoglobin
You can change ingredients according to your health and choice ☺
I don't understand is it for weight loss or weight gain. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
