  • Apologies firstly for the delay in getting this video out, and secondly for the length of it.
This is just an update of the ghetto blaster build. Leaky cabinet, gloves, and poor ventilation are the 3 issues addressed here, and we take a sneak peak of the 3d printed pedal switch.

Why not wipe the slurry off your gloves! 🧤 Got a bunch of it on there. 😊

I can't remember hearing what you said which media you are using? Is it soda or glass? Thanks for your videos, they are really informative and very innovative...

      Hi Peter,
I use glass beads. Some other commonly used media is crushed glass or Aluminium oxide. But the glass beads give the typical vapour blast finish that most people are looking for.
      No problems! Thanks for watching!

Where did you get the gloves? What are they originally for? Might help finding some locally. I have been using my DIY vapor blaster for a little over a year and the gloves are the only issue so far.

      Hi Timothy,
These gloves are sandblasting gloves. You can find them on ebay, and their measurements are 60cm long and 20cm wide measured flat across the mouth.
Is your cabinet this size or larger? These will only fit cabinets with the narrow glove rings.
      Cheers,
      Josh

@@ArmouryEnterprises Unfortunately I have a full size cabinet. I was probably one of the first ones to buy your instructions on converting the sandblast cabinet. I will have to look more, all the ones I have found so far have the felt and are too thick in the fingers. Thanks!

@@tims-whims There are other larger sizes also available on ebay from time to time. I didn't see any on at the moment on the quick search I did, but they do show up quite often and are well priced.

      Hi,
Yes it is 12v but just runs on the light step down transformer.
I will do follow up videos when I am a bit more caught up.

      Hi Aldrin,
I don't have whatsapp. Best way to get ahold of me is by email or via my online store. Where are you from? I can ship most places around the world.
Email and store details are in the video description
      Cheers!
