- Just a quick update on a few things and a tease on the next stage of upgrades I am making on the ghetto blaster.
I have also had a few questions on the retainer I use in the 3d printed guns to fit the pick alumina ceramic tips.

Watched a few videos, enjoyed the transition as you honed your skill and by looks your FB page a busy person now. I have a Pōhara blast cabinet and love one day to have a built one, it likes to go from working to pulsating but less of a problem than my dry cabinet where the media somehow piles up on 45 degree or so slopes..
Keep up the hard work, given me some motivation for the weekend

Amazing work I love your projects I have decided to make one and have had not so good results. I am using the same gun as you first used and am having trouble with slurry mix
All my slurry is sitting on the bottom of the bucket do you have have a ratio of media to water and also do you have to use a airrater to keep the slurry from turning to silt on bottom.
Any help would be greatly appreciated🙏🙏

Hi Yiltan,
Sure, you need to have an agitator. I divert half of the pump flow directly at the bottom of the bucket to stir up the media.
You should have at least 10%media at the nozzle. I aim to have more than 20%.

What kind of media do you use?
Where can i find the uppgraded 3d nozzle for brazz fittings? Do you have a part 5 video coming on this?
I use 250-125 micron glass beads.
The upgraded 3d printed nozzle is on my website. If you already had the previous 3d gun you should be able to re download the same file and get the version with the upgraded nozzle files.
I will eventually get around to a part 5 but I have hit a bit of a developmental wall. When I am able to make further improvements I will definitely put up an update.

Hi Josh! Now that you are working on the CAD files for your cabinet design anyway, will you sell these plans through your website? Since shipping as big and large as a cabinet outside of NZ is not really a feasible option, the plans would give your international followers a chance to build our own. Cheers!

I have been doing limited sales of the cad files for the largest cabinets. Currently they are expensive as they require a lot of support due to the difference in components around the world. They have also been sold on a condition of non disclosure and not for commercial use.
I do have mid to long term plans on having the plans for all 3 sizes of cabinet available on the store with links to all the parts once I have made them more universal.
