- Recently here in New Zealand, there has been an uptick in people converting the sb200 style sand blasting cabinets, which has resulted in a demand for some add on products to solve some of the issues that arise as a part of these conversions. Two of the products I have come up with are a drop in lighting solution, and a bolt in window rinse bar.

Dude I have bought your book and am making one from an icb. Cheap way to have a cabinet. Thanks for giving me the knowledge to work out the fiddly bits
Hi Richard
Glad you are enjoying the content and I hope your build is going well!
@Armoury Enterprises just about done and thanks for the help it made things quite a bit easier
That is a GREAT idea!
Just got your 3d printed nozzle set up and tested. I rocks! I love the flexibility and the added run time over the Chinese nozzle. The end caps for the rinse bar would be nice if you could make them available. Keep it up your videos have helped me get my Harbor Freight cabinet working.
Hey mate, thats great to hear. I love hearing stories about success with the 3d printed nozzels!
Send me an email and I will send you the file.
Cheers!
Josh
Hello, just purchased your E book, thanks. just wondering where you got the parts for the window light frame? Looked very neat. thanks Carl.
Hi Carl, Sorry I missed this message. All the parts except the corners/mounts came from Aliexpress. The corners are 3d printed.
Thanks! Josh
It would provide a smoother finish both inside & out. Obviously use silicone sealant and then secure with the rivets…? Any thoughts?
Thanks, Rob
Nice idea for a cheap window rinse Josh! Does that pump work load dependent like the Seaflo pump other cabinets are using, or is just on/off via pedal?
Hi Lukas,
Both, the pump has a pressure switch, but it is actuated by the pedal in this setup. This same set up could be used with a larger pump that provides for the widow rinse as well as a wash down gun, by actuating the rinse bar with a solenoid.

Where can I buy the led lights do they com in the aluminum frame.
Hi Jerry,
I make these up. I have printable files on my website for the brackets.
It uses rigid 500mm 12v led strips, 2 500mm led extrusion lengths, factory style plugs to suit the standard power supply.
You can get the parts from Ebay/Amazon/ Aliexpress.
Cheers
Josh
Parece ser que ya no suelda con la cortadora de plasma.
Stainless is still welded with the cut 50 plasma. The Jasic 200 is used for Aluminum.

are your led lights and water pump are 12 volts dc?
Hey Leonardo.
Yes the LEDs and Closed loop pump are 12vdc. The slurry pump is 240vac.
Thanks for watching!
@@ArmouryEnterprises wow amazing so youre using a transformer converter from ac to dc? thank you
@@ArmouryEnterprises what brand or specs of your slurry pump you have any links? does the media and water altogther circulating inside the slurry pump?
@@leonardoc.floresjr908 I use a number of different pumps. You want to be over 750w and a side exit. Preferably over 14000lph.
Yes, the pump circulates both water and media
