It’s been a while since I have checked on the Britney Spears post-conservatorship litigation, and most of the current court dates have simply continued the same motions to other court dates. During the ongoing discovery disputes that are focused on the upcoming trial for the 12th accounting, it’s alleged by Britney’s attorney Matthew Rosengart that James Spears spend up to a Billion dollars of Britney’s money during the conservatorship. Though the conservatorship was terminated in 2021, Britney is still in court fighting over money.

The court is so inept and also complicit in Britney’s financial and human rights abuses. I know Britney likely wants more than anything to avoid more court battles, but I really wish she would press charges and sue the shit out of her father and tri star. At least Rosengart is no longer taking legal fees from Britney (per TMZ and Page Six in May). Seems like he's the only one not trying to bankrupt her.

Her brother said the conservator ship was “good” for the family. Think that is where some of the money went. He mentioned the perfumes sales were worth a lot.
He said it was $billions made from perfume alone, but that also feels misguided when you look at celeb perfumes and how much they made 🤷🏼♀️

I’m wondering if the Court will go back and force yeeted’s attorneys to pay back all their legal fees (under sanctions), because information would have been gathered by illegal means. You cannot tell me that yeeted did not at least seek advice from his counsel to put the recording device in, and record all communications. If he asked and they said he could, because he could waive the rights on Britney’s behalf beca he was her conservator…they would be a part of the criminal acts.
Discovery would open a great big pile of 💩, if I was in her position I'd take the financial hit to get to the bottom of this, right back to when Yeeted became Conservator. That dipstick does not have the 🧠 to put this scam in motion, he had help. As we're seeing, more and more, some attorneys can be very corrupt when money is on the table.

With her entertainment track record, she should be worth a billion dollars like Taylor Swift. Britney is the the most successful female pop star and has perfumes out, and there is so much marketing of everything with Britney on it, and she did a Las Vegas residency, sold the most records, did movies, and has other business ventures and real estate....
I think Britney Spears wants DISCOVERY and not necessarily being made financially whole. I think she has given consistent signals that she wants everyone to know what he did to her, and she wants to find out anything that has been concealed so we can see to. This is her vengence. This is her justice. She needs to do this so she can even attempt to move on.

Back when the Conservatorship was blowing up I went back and reviewed as many of her contracts that were visible. I was stunned to see how much money she was making “under her father’s protection” in the 13-year conservatorship. From what i tallied losses in excess of $1 billion (10 digits) is definitely credible.

I only know of one retroactive raise (australian law may be different in the USA) and that happened when it became apparent the company had been paying the female supervisor less than her male subordinates and was done to avoid litigation for discriminatory pay practices.
The attorneys are on the gravy train, but this gravy train is an ambrosia train. The number of people surrounding this young lady's life wringing their hands with joy and $ signs in their eyes. Jarndyce & Jarndyce (aka Jarndyce v Jarndyce) is a fictional probate case in Dickens' novel *Bleak House* (1852-53). This case, progressing in the English Court of Chancery, is a central plot device in the novel & has become a byword for seemingly interminable legal proceedings. Dickens refers to the case as "Jarndyce & Jarndyce", the way it would be spoken of. The v in the case title is an abbreviation of the Latin versus, but is normally pronounced "and" for civil cases in England & Wales. The case of Jarndyce & Jarndyce concerns the fate of a large inheritance; due to the apparent existence of multiple wills & trusts deriving therefrom (with those containing multiple beneficiaries), the heir or heirs cannot easily be determined. This is an honest question, I'm not from USA.
Also who can put a stop to this, can Britney's attorney take this to a higher court as what has gone on and still going on seems criminal, also a way to make Britney give up because her money will run out. But the question is also how are the others paying for their lawyers to keep dragging this, or is it the judge maybe being a little concerned because things were not on the up and up, the judge might have been compensated for turning a blind eye.

I came into the live about 1/2 hour in (2am my time) and then just caught up on the start of the podcast. Emily said everything that I was thinking at the start of the stream WTF is going on? Why isn't this over already? etc etc
I just feel a lot of important people is involved in this so maybe this is why it has take this long.
