Sam, I'm pretty sure if you add about a tablespoon of olive oil to your fresh guacamole, along with your lime of course, It won't turn that brown color. I made some guacamole for my neighbor's birthday party. The next week she asked me how I made it. I told her how I made it but I forgot the olive oil part. And she questioned me stating that I had to have used something else because hers always turns brown. Later on I remembered about the olive oil. So I called her and told her that I use olive oil in it. Not only does it help to blend flavors, But apparently it keeps it fresher longer 👍 I love what you do, God bless! After preparing the guacamole, if you take the two avocado seeds and place them back into the guacamole they will keep it from browning.
