    This is not an accurate message to send - that sugar is bad. Sugar is not bad for you. It’s just the OVERCONSUMPTION of it. I expected Tyen to spread the right message and not just industry myths

    I've never seen this lady on this channel before and can I just say, it was so entertaining to watch her get scared of sugar lmao. And then there's me who can't live without it, cuz it's literally a lifesaver for someone like me who's blood sugar drops in mere seconds

    For the cake I recommend using whole wheat flour, quinoa flour or brown rice flour. Substitute sugar with stevia sachets. Substitute low fat yogurt with greek yogurt (not greek-style, they are different) *also use sugar free chocolate chips PINNACLE CAKE U CAN’T BEAT!! Because u deserves the best

    Tyen. Despite knowing how much you really hate the idea of sugary food. But let's face the fact. In Singapore, sugary food is consider mild compared to the US. My bet is. You definitely will ban eating their food. AS THEY ADD IN TONS OF SUGAR IN THEIR FOOD. NO JOKE ABOUT IT.

    For all cakes can add whey isolate, if u prefer more stickier consistency, use caesin instead. I prefer a mix of both.

      its just sugar after all, no substitute will be as good. i say have a nice sugary dessert maybe twice a week just for your own pleasure instead of looking for a replacement

    I've been cooking with sunflower oil this whole time and thought it was a decent choice of oil. Why is it bad ?

      It's not necessarily bad since it's a plant based oil anyways but olive oil is much more healthier overall

      Sunflower oil is as good, don’t believe the marketing. Olive oil is best extra virgin for taste, that’s about all.

    Didnt see her before but i already dont like her for the specific reasons:
    1. sugar is not bad for you,we need sugar in our blood but of course when you abuse it can become dangerous
    2. she has chubby arms but tells us to work out? Id rather follow a 0% body fat model telling me the things this lady tells me
    3. tells us to work out but she cant squat entirely
    4. the gooey part is just unbaked batter unless she added chocolate chips (which she didnt) so the chocolate will melt inside
    5. moden "mom" trying to shove down our throat the airfrier which many people are poor and cant afford one so that means they re lazy and fat?
    I will be downvoting everytime i see her,sorry not sorry.

    For the oat cake I recommend using strawberries (not calorie dense-bananas are🥲u don’t need a lot of simple carbohydrates during this heightened alert phase, lots of antioxidants, fibres…etc substitute the honey with stevia, use unsweetened soy for the milk part, if u’re lactose intolerant. Also soy milk has way more protein compared to other milk alternatives.
    Also oats use rolled oats, for more texture use steel cut oats. *DO NOT USE QUICK OATS OR INSTANT OATS!! 😠
