DON'T put aluminum foil in your air fryer! I can't remember why it's bad, but don't do it. And don't slam it shut every time, that was how ours broke. I'd recommend doing the fries in the air fryer, then transfer to a cookie sheet and broiling the cheese and stuff in the oven for loaded fries. Not as easy, but it'll save your fryer from getting messed up in the long run.
Can you just use parchment paper instead if aluminium foil?

@@idkjessicaig probabaly since parchment paper doesnt transfer heat (it does but like it doesnt hold it unlike aluminum who would hold the heat, sorry if it makes no sense lol)

it's actually really good. when we make that dish, we boil the cauliflower first to soften it, though. the cheese sauce she made is a little weird looking, but that might just be bc we usually just use béchamel sauce where i'm from.

I have my own tortilla pizza recipe that is so much easier!
Put cheese, pepperoni, and I like hot sauce on it too
Put another tortilla on top
Put more cheese (and hot sauce-) on top
Put in microwave for 45s-1min depending on microwave and cut
It’s not too crispy but it’s actually SO GOODDDDD

You are going to have to use your stove top and oven as a substitute.
Or if possible gone ahead and invest in one ☝️ personally feel like they are definitely worth it. The price range for them on Amazon is about $40-$200 all depending on the size. That cauliflower recipe is really close to a recipe my family makes for Thanksgiving.
It's steamed cauliflower then in a casarole pan you do a layer of cauliflower, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions and salt pepper and repeat till the casarole pan is full with several layers of these ingrediants, then bake till cheese is melted. Drain any extra juice/oil from pan.
This stuff is amazing and goes well with Turkey and stuffing
The first one I actually made and it was SO GOOD 10/10
How long should I sit the tortilla on the pan? And what temperature?
You should put it on medium heat and cook it for about 3 minutes then put it in the oven for 15 seconds
