*Tested when Aura is over ~120% on Duck Hunt stage. Mix these up with normal get up options to be less predictable.
Mario:
Close - SDI down + away, then go back to edge or upB past ledge depending on what Lucario does.
Far - upB past edge
Luigi:
Close - SDI down + away, then u-air
Far - F-air
Peach:
Close - float u-air
Far - float away then mind game your landing
Bowser:

Far - Use double jump armor and air dodge to get past it, then be careful with your landing.

It matters because it's something a majority of the audience can get distracted by instead of actually paying attention to what's being said

That being said, it's interesting how Marth and Lucina have slightly different hurtboxes.
I don't believe hurtboxes, but, rather, animations.
Like, Lucina's ledgedrop animation props her up a bit, while Marth's drop takes him straight down.

No it's not, commentators still call it "up b past ledge." Widely known is of the likes of "Perfect Pivot." Like I said before I RARELY see people say beefy up b

Recently i got a pretty sick set up with meta knight on pikachu .
I did a down Tilt close to the ledge and then a Bair into a footstool (like with fox's fair to footstool ) . Is that an actuall combo or was that just Luck??

Eg. Make a box stage with spikes or lava at the bottom on 999% to practise teching?

Hey MSC, do you know/ have you made a video about boost grabbing/boost dash attack?
It's essentially an imperfect pivot followed by a dash attack or grab. You can really change up the timings, I don't know if many people know about this.. I tried to make a video about it but the software I used was broken.
Just wondering if it's a commonly known technique or not.

Quick note because of the wall jumping lag lurario actually gets another mix up against opponents trying to wall jump then hit him. He can cancel aura sphere by countering after shielding then jumping then immediately doing down b, it can also catch those trying to hit him with there up b.
Any more Bayonetta combos to show? that video you showed us about Bayonettas combos, the ABK Drop ones are outdated, there are long and short combos, some can only be performed with her final smash, and witch time too.

thank you, Its not often I go against a lucario player, let alone a one that knows what they are doing. but when I do, its always that aura sphere edge guard spam that gets me.
You should play me im one of the few lucario mains who knows what he's doing and i cringe alot seeing these scrubs not knowing what to do...lucario's neutral game suck real bad, its the worst in the game he's slow and laggy, so what we do is we grab (since lucarios grab is one of the best in the game on par with shiek i would say) and combo up throw and try to string up airs to rack up damage, that's basically the best gameplay a lucario main can do so now you know what to expect all the time is them grabbing and up air combo you (grab game) since neutral game sucks at high percentage 1 grab combo can rack up 40 damage which stupid,that's how lucario can make easy "comeback"
Can Kirby just jump up high enough to up-b [assuming that’s up 1 for a Wii remote cause currently only have brawl] to stop lucario? Or will the landing be impossible and the ledge grab useless

I've found that in certain scenarios as villager you can wall jump bair which can aid with recovery
Okay, I have some ideas to counter this. I main ness and secondary robin, so this works for them.
If ness can let go of the edge, double jump into pk fire from a safe distance, would it work? I havent tested this yet, but will soon. Same goes for Robin's Arcfire. And wouldn't Nosferatu go through Aura Sphere? maybe the timing is tricky. idk...

Hey, I would like for you to test something out for us. I discovered the other day that if you press SideB as Sonic and immediately press up on the control stick (only tested with tap jump on) sonic will bounce up while still being in the charge form. As he lands, immediately tap the control stick up again to bounce him up again. From when I did it, he could be bounced 5-6 times before releasing the spin dash (or charge or whatever). This could potentially be used for mindgames to play around with the objective of landing the spindash, although the speed once released is minimal. It also just looks really freaking cool. Could you look into this for us? Keep doing what you're doing man

Damn you are lucky! I have seen way too many do this. Granted most do it incorrectly or don't react on time, the ones that can do it can be tough to beat.
this is why i main yoshi. i dont have to worry to much about this. but little mac might be a problem...
But Yoshi can be killed with a simple footstool. Lucky for you most people seem to not know how to do it, but if they practiced like me you would be in a real struggle
Andres Sagredo it is a 50/50 and yoshi can use egg throw to protect himself him from footstools
but if the second jump is started and Yoshi doesn't react with the up b, he will die.

Would a counter be a good option when getting up from the ledge? I remember the fact that if you mash counter after neutral get up, they will instantly counter.
pretty sure they don't "instantly" counter. even if they did, the counter franes for most counters don't start until about 7 or 8 frames.

Tech for Luigi mains.
Remember that tech where you immediately slide after throwing an object? Press jump and z (or any button that throws) at almost the same times? It's almost the same for this tech. Run forward and press jump and up-tilt almost same times and you should notice how Luigi almost looks like he instantly just slides into that direction. I've tested this on Miiverse using the blocks as measurements.
Run and up-tilt
6-7 blocks
Run, jump and up-tilt
9-10 blocks

1:48 so what can Luigi do to kill Lucario early (as in a confirm to kill him pre-100%, not a read with Shoryuken. I'm trying to find a way to reduce the amount of risks I have to take) or otherwise avoid getting caught offstage at all, if anything at all?
there's something called tier list and this is why it exists, some characters just cant do shit against others, i never played luigi b4 but i heard he was high tier when the game came out also lucario was high - top tier ,both characters got nerfed but luigi got hit harder i heard( idk cuz i never played him)

Really Important for Lucina players. You can use jump and input an Up b instantly and you are 100% invincible throughout the action. It requires strict timing but in such a dangerous position its worth a try.
