@@danielscott9137 very true, but I have to say they actually are perfect tyres for the bashing and grass running I do with it, if a track or somewhat more specific situation arises needs different tyres then I'll do what everyone else does, and upgrade, that's half the fun of the hobby is it not?.. and let's be real, the bison fares no better on that front. 1 thing has to be said though about the wheelie bars, if u break it on the vkar the lights don't necessarily get done in too, where as I see the jlb does have that issue
Simpler to take the wheelie bar off, can get better wheelies that way and teaches good throttle control as a bonus, personally I snapped my rear wing off straight away but the wheelie bar still survives
REALLY like that 1/8 Land Rover Defender. If I didn't think my wife would "kill" me, I'd get it. However, considering one gotten 3 crawler kits since early October (with a 4th enroute), guess I don't really need it (for now).
Outcast is way better then rustler by far. Way more durable. More fun. Way more car compared To rustler. And less problems out of box but rustler is a nice truck but needs upgrades
They need to fix the revo issues first its a really fragile rc in my opinion they should redesign the whole car pretty much... they dont do stuff "new" i want to see something new completly new they have the money but doesnt do it
iDs Hunter lol wow that’s definitely the opposite. My outcast is amazing. No issues. Broke chassis but that was definitely expected I have so many upgrades on rustler and just got to be to much needed. And that’s crazy cause the 3s Arrma is exactly the same as 4s just shorter arms. Weird.
Owning the rustler 4x4 and outcast 4s. Outcast has a better shocks tires and esc. My rustler driveshafts in the rear breaks in a matter of time i cant use more than the stock pinion on 3s or it overheats. And the customer service i dissagree horizon hobby sended me almost 200$ on stuff without any questions while traxxas refused to remplace their defective esc. They made a "courtesy for my blown tire and driveshaft and it was it vs horizon sended me two motors an esc a diff and so. Weak point on any arrma is change all of the bearing even the bearings thats why i have been send 2 motors.
Motor bearings* and also the rustler is so tiny vs an outcast 4s. In my opinion the outcast 4s is better in almost everything exept the plastic diffs who holds it down. And the rustler 4x4 wheelie bar needs to be remplaced because everytime i had a bad landing on the wheelie bar it gets shoved in the bock of the mody and with time it created a massive hole in the back every corner of the body in the back was cracked everything was held with shoe goe(god glue).if you have the money modifying the rustler 4x4 to make it a true beast with megal shocks 3.8 inch tires and understructable body and driveshaft your going to have a bullet proof rc. But got D i dont like the 4s arrma diffs i wish they would have been metal the granite i dont care its fine but on 4s power its just barely accetable it works fine yes but when you dont set your sliper correctly(like most of us) or make it 6s no chances for the diffs
thing is a call takes 30 secs to get through to traxxas, 5 mins if they're busy and HH it's like 90 mins. Sorry to hear about your esc with traxxas. I could do a whole video on my experience with the Super Rock Rey telemetry not working, so far they've sent 3 transmitters, 3 receivers and 2 telemetry kits, none of which work. So they've sent me a few hundred dollars of stuff but nothing will make the telemetry work. They said it's a problem they are working on. SRR has sat gathering dust since June, which was the last time I heard from them. 10+ calls of 90 mins wait each time. You too would be losing the will to live.
Yeah i agree the time to wait is quite long but i always use the call back option. Losi had a few issues on the super rock rey hope the telemetry is going to be fixed
for me they tell ask for my purshase receip and ask whats going on after that they send me a email and reply with part numbers and 2-3 days after part is shipped they dont mess arround about motors or escs. Rhey remplaced a few stuff because of the stock bearings melting plastic so thats really nice from them. I can sleep without worrying when something happens that should have not happen. They are there for back up

I have to be honest the jlb J3 speed is a better choice over the Vkar bison imo

Surchaufeur they are greedy. But I feel the 2.0 revo needs minor upgrades but In 1/6 those problems won’t happen cause now beefy it would be
