Today morning I was filming agriculture Fruit Tree farm and my drone mini 2 crashed into the branches and fell to the ground. Luckily there was no physical damage but the gimbal was off centric in the app it said gimbal stuck the video was fully shaky after seeing many UA-cam videos I landed in your video
I did the adjustment with 2 screwdrivers and magic; the gimbal was in right position and working perfect!
I am very grateful as I belong to middle class family and middle age man trying to achieve big in UA-cam; I bought the drone with much financially stress! It is just 3rd time I am using and the accident happened! A small tweak from you saved my gimbal. I live in India and dji drones don't have official service centres and the service might be very costly as well.
You saved my money my drone and my happiness!

Had 40002, gimbal stuck error code. Tried all the rotating to clear debris and nothing worked. Noticed that a firmware update was available. Installed and issue is resolved.

I'd have to caution doing this, my mavic mini 2 threw this error code, however it only threw it on my Samsung tablet A10, not my Samsung S20. A power down restart on the drone and controller resolved the fault on my tablet

@Kari Rissanen Thanks for pointing that out! Apart from the error code I could visibly see the gimbal stuck further into the drones body. Best to be cautious like you said.
@@EdgarNavarrete yours is a great tip. I only recognized what was going on after inspecting the gimbal assembly closely and not seeing anything wrong. Fired up my phone and it calibrated right away... aha moment! Tried my tablet gain after power cycling everything (including the tablet) and it worked properly...
Someone else had a problem with a bad link. Kept beeping after a firmware update. Power cycle fixed that too

Hey Gabriel! What I basically did to get my gimbal to be loose and unstuck was to pull it out slightly using two screwdrivers. This worked for me. I hope it works for you too.

@@marcoroti570 mi è successo un po' di tempo fa', se non ricordo male il supporto in plastica del gimbal era uscito dalla sede, e tornato a posto facendo come si vede nel video, deve tornare nella sede dell'incastro colpo secco e va a posto, prova senza timore.

@rudvs I crashed the drone into a tree and the gimbal got stuck! Luckily this trick worked for me and fixed the gimbal. 👍🏽
Mine took a small crash in my house and I didn’t know for a little while that my gimbal or the arm was damaged, I managed to fix it by watching a video on it on UA-cam but now my gimbal will not move, it moves properly when I start it up but when I connect it to the remote it still says gimbal stuck, I tried to take off the cover but two of the four small screws stripped on me trying to take them off now I can’t take two of the screws off to look inside where the gimbal is.

Buy a scrapped drone or a new gimbal. They're hard to find but ebay has them

Sorry I misspelled it’s gimbal. The gimbal is what stabilizes the image as the drone is flying through the air.

Edgar Navarrete Edgar Navarrete it didn’t work but I found a lot of debris between moving parts in gimbal like pieces of sand and dust. I cleaned it up with compressed air and now it works good
